The hotel is very old, the rooms are smoky, there is enough hot water for one person, they rarely clean the room, there is a problem waiting for the elevator, there is no food at all, the staff is not very good, they do not bring water when you ask, they send you to the store and it is wildly noisy as if there are no windows, a complete disappointment, I don't recommend it to anyone!

I am not satisfied with the service of this hotel. There are no buses, a terrible manager in the restaurant and at the reception. They spoil the mood of the guests. They only know the word Sabr, sabr. Smart guys.
