Today we decided to celebrate a friend's birthday at your institution. They forgot to bring us a portion of pasta and remembered only after our reminder, a cockroach was found in a glass of lemonade. When they came up to show it, they simply took the drink without words of apology, not to mention any compensation (they made a discount after our question about it). I was also surprised that in restaurants it is customary to congratulate the birthday boy, and here, again, we had to buy dessert ourselves and ask to congratulate.
The impressions were not entirely positive
Nice spacious place with delicious spaghetti. Polite staff. Cooking in 19-15 minutes. I was very pleased with the promotion of 2 servings for the price of one - that's the best thing for lunch! 👍

For me, this place is an opening. That pasta, that pizza is just fine.

The evening was ruined, people killed pasta, finished off tartar. I thought the salad couldn't be ruined, but how wrong I was. Terrible kitchen, no wonder there are no people there.
Pasta is really al dente! As I understand it, this is a rarity in Minsk. You guys are great cooks! Who makes the dough? Show him to me, I'll shake his hand tightly!
Ravioli, homemade pasta with cream sauce, focaccia. And the mood for the evening is guaranteed!

I'm lowering my grade for pizza. No better than any network one... The dough is very weak, not fluffy, the filling is Margarita for three.
The most delicious food in the Frunze district. They simply have no competitors. It is absolutely not clear to me when someone decided to eat in the Green, but went to another place, not to Al dente. It's good that there is such a kitchen nowadays.
I say, as a long-term frequenter of restaurants in Italy, everything is fine. This is not an attempt at Italian cuisine made from Belarusian products, this is Italian cuisine that miraculously moved from Salerno or Amalfi to Minsk. There is no hint of Lida flour (spaghetti cooks twist in front of your nose) or Bobruisk ham (there was a Parma ham from Langirano!). And what is not canned tuna in a salad? The laconic menu, calibrated in Italian, subtly emphasized by wine, leaves an impression. It is wonderful that in Minsk there is a choice — to eat cheap to kill the stomach with fast food, or expensive, but enjoying it without multiplying fat accumulations on the sides. Caesar has Caesarean, and locksmith has Caesarean.
Dinner was ruined:(
The pasta fell a little short of the aldente. I ordered bascayola sauce - it tastes like regular carbonara. The waiter warned me that the sauce was slightly spicy, but I didn't notice it. There was a feeling that salt and any pepper had not been added there at all. By the end of eating the portion, I felt the sour taste of the sauce. I didn't finish it.
Lasagna with ricotta was like porridge, lemonades - like a regular sprite with syrup.
I think that the prices of dishes in this version are greatly overstated.
Of the advantages, there are few people, it turns out to keep a distance. Nice staff.
The establishment has deteriorated. Pizza "pizzaiollo" is not what it used to be, pizza "fungi" - too much cream, pasta is overcooked, not al dente at all, tea is slag. The menu is taped together, I haven't seen this anywhere else.
The food is very mediocre, unreasonably expensive. A paper menu glued with scotch tape, a tube of cardboard in mulled wine, which successfully fell apart right in the glass.. the service and toilet are normal. Definitely not a place for a date and not for gourmets.

I will not evaluate the dishes - everyone has their own taste. But the issues of cleanliness and hygiene are basic for me. Therefore, if crumpled stained menus, garbage under the table and the untidily pasted "Al dente" logo on the cup are as abnormal for you as for me, it's better to look for another place. It's a pity that I couldn't add a photo to this review

A wonderful place! The staff is very pleasant. The hostess communicated as if I were a really important guest, the waiter was nice and friendly. Very tasty food, large portions and decent prices.
It hasn't been that long since the opening, and there's no quality, no visitors. The dishes are very small and unreasonably expensive. The most expensive sala with salmon is just a huge plate of greens and exactly three thin slices of salmon. Cheesecake is not a delicate curd cream, but a nasty buttery one, like in cheap cakes.
It is not surprising that the place is empty even in the evening.
I was surprised by the pasta with tuna, until the last I thought it would be tasteless. It turned out to be the opposite. Pizzas are exactly like I tried in Italy. Very delicate and full of flavor.
Delicious ravioli with mushrooms, disgusting pasta with pepperoni, mediocre Pizzaiolo pizza. Average service and pleasant atmosphere. It's just very difficult to put a higher rating.
