I liked the hotel. There is a shop, a cafe and a chic city beach with a stunning sea)The hotel itself is on a 5-point scale: the room is 4 (large, comfortable, the humidity in the bathroom is high, the rest is normal)
, breakfasts are 4 (fresh, the variety is not great, but everything is delicious), room service is 5 (water, tea, coffee, sugar and fresh towels were brought every day, they asked about cleaning)
In general, for me, the hotel is more of a solid 3, but we were comfortable and had enough. We came by and large over the sea, not for the service)
P.S. There is a lot of free transfer at the hotel, thanks to which we visited Sharjah and even Dubai (transfer to the City Center of DEIRA, and there by metro to any station in Dubai.Yandex maps to help)A very significant plus for the hotel!!!
The hotel is on solid 3. No frills, but you can safely spend the night, eat, relax.
After reading the reviews, we tuned in for the worse, everything turned out to be fine.
The hotel is quiet, in need of repair, the furniture is already shabby, 10 years ago it was certainly good, for three of us we got a two-room room with two bathrooms, which surprised us. Friendly staff, the room is clean, towels and linen are clean. The food is not very diverse, but you will not stay hungry, everything is edible and yes, delicious, you can say at home, for lunch / dinner 3 hot, 3 side dishes, salad, dessert, watermelon, there are soups, but have not tried, no frills. It was also nice to receive a very bulky lunchbox upon departure, which was asked to be assembled in advance.
Of the advantages, walking distance: the beach, 7 minutes, but you have to cross the road, you get used to it; there are small grocery stores + a large Nesto Hypermarket in a 20-minute walk and the Sharjah Aquarium + marina to get to Dubai
For your money, a normal hotel, we plan to go again
Polite, friendly staff. The hotel is a solid three plus. The breakfasts are average, but everything is fresh. You can eat. We didn't starve. Lunch is more varied than breakfast, but without much invention. Meat, fish, chicken, potatoes, salads and watermelons, pies, beans, pasta. Delicious. The beach is close. It was clean, smelled delicious in the hotel and rooms. They took me by bus for free to the big shops of Sharjah. I had to beg for towels in the room, as well as bathrobes. In other rooms, they said that there were no slippers, we had them. But soap supplies were always replenished, there was a razor, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. The room was large and cozy. But the window behind the blinds, which did not open, did not even see what was outside the window. The hair dryer is terrible, it should have been dumped a long time ago. It turned on itself and did not dry properly. He was growling terribly loudly.
The location is gorgeous. It's seven to eight minutes to the beach, and it's five minutes for the sprinters. The beach is simply magnificent and you can forgive the hotel a lot for it, except for room 420. A room that can ruin any vacation. I don't want to describe the negative - my goal is to warn. When we were relocated, everything began to play with different colors. In general, the rooms are large and normal, although "tired". I've read a lot of reviews myself, and most of them are true, so I'm just joining in. In the kitchen. At the end of December, there were no fruits at all. And here's the opinion "you won't stay hungry" - right to the point. It is hardly possible to enjoy food. But to get enough, yes. If the system is breakfast + lunch. This means that you will be marked in the afternoon and you will not be able to have dinner. But if you didn't go to lunch, just come to dinner - a special list will show that you didn't have lunch and have dinner to your heart's content. The service is the same as most people write - they try to please, they are polite. There's nothing new here. We messed with people... we heard this beginning at least three times - "when we checked into the hotel, we were shocked, but then we got used to it," Here we are exactly the same. Do not build expectations and hopes that you will like the hotel if there is something to compare it with. But you go out to the beach and forgive him everything. Remembered. Gorgeous mattresses. Wow, you can get enough sleep.
The biggest plus is the proximity to the sea. The hotel is quite modest. I didn't like the kitchen and the food, it's very poor, of course you won't stay hungry, but not for breakfast. Once again, do not fill anything, they will not add it. The oil is taken out reluctantly. The breakfasts are very meager, there is nothing to eat. Lunch is more or less something you can eat. The kitchen is clearly 3 stars or more. There are very few tables, you will have time to eat on time, no, you can stay hungry. The juice is one kind and it seems that it is a JUPI, diluted juice powder. Of the fruits, only watermelon, which also needs to be put on the table in time. Taking into account the fact that this hotel mainly has the population of Russia, and people like to collect a lot, it is necessary to occupy a table in advance. For example, to get hooked with those who had free seats, people are not particularly happy to get two people hooked. Unfortunately, this is the case. The room is very tired, everything is old. The walls and various shelves are not washed, the dirt is not washed. The bathroom, toilet, sink are clean. But the walls are dirty. There is a refrigerator, an ironing board, an iron with a dirty sole. It's impossible to iron, to be honest. The board is also all broken up. There is a kettle and glasses. They only gave us one tea bag, although there were two people in the room. There are no balconies in this hotel, so the linen does not dry, keep in mind. The humidity is high. Towels were not left for us to replace from the third bottom, as well as other vacationers. There are beach ones, but they also need to be taken in advance. There are not enough of them. Near the hotel there is a McDonald's, cappuccino coffee 10,12,14dirhan. Combo from 21 dirhans. There are shops not far from otletel, such as Lenta. There is an aquarium and a museum not far from the hotel, but everything is in Arabic. The only thing that makes you forget all these nuances is the sea. It's beautiful:warm, clean, sand does not bother. The beach is cleaned every evening. The sand is clean. Taxi with taximeter, within the city limits up to 30 dirhans.
Nice hotel.I liked it, close to the sea.they clean it every day, they give it water.the towel is being changed. There is tea, sugar, and a kettle in the room.shampoos are reporting.we bought tours from Karim, responsible, well suited to his business, explains each tour. the guides are Russian girls, we came across Albina, Lena tell everything very well.the beach is 7 minutes away from the hotel.the food is good, the breakfasts are the same, lunch and dinner are varied.the battered fish is very tasty and tender.at the reception, a woman who speaks Russian, understands, solves all issues.there are no balconies only in the hotel.things were dried on the roof, if you eat, then take clothespins and a rope for things. The hotel is modest but beautiful.cafes are located nearby, shops are located nearby, there is a hypermarket on the left side, you need to walk 100 meters under the bridge across the road, pass the mosque. There are a lot of mosques in Sharjah.
The hotel is very close to the sea. 5 min walk. The beach is wide, there are showers, toilets, changing rooms at the end of the beach and there are always fewer people at the end of the beach. The sloping entrance is just great for children. There is also a small playground on the beach.
The food, in principle, is monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. They cook delicious. In the morning, usually an omelet, boiled eggs, pasta or stewed beans, greens, cheese, toast. Very rarely pancakes or omelets. Tea, juice, coffee. Watermelon was given for lunch from fruits. There was no fruit for dinner. They give out a bottle of water per person every day, but you can also get water from a cooler in the restaurant.
The rooms are ordinary, beds, armchairs, tables, chairs, there is a TV, we only had a TNT channel, there was YouTube in the next room, there are refrigerators, kettles, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe.
There is a shuttle service to the city center every day. Near the hotel there are shops, cafes, KFS, and right in front of McDonald's.
The staff is polite, we had no problems. We were settled almost immediately upon arrival.
There is a swimming pool on the roof, the water is cool.
Of the cons: they can clean the room, pick up towels, and bring new ones after lunch and, coming from the sea, usually there is nothing to dry off with.
You need to take a towel to the beach right before breakfast, then they may no longer be there.
On the roof, where there is a swimming pool, old chairs and sun beds, a lot of broken ones. The roof has probably never been cleaned at all.
A 4-storey hotel. Located near Al Khan beach. When it was new, it probably corresponded to level 4*. Now the room stock clearly needs to be repaired. But it's clean enough, I clean it daily and with high quality. There is only one towel per person in the room. In the morning, you can also take a beach towel (rather shabby) at the reception. The rooms are large in size. There is a kettle with tea bags. Every day - 0.5 liters of water per person. There is a woman at the reception during the day who speaks a little but quite passably Russian. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are served in a fenced area in the lobby. Everything is quite edible, the choice is small, but you will not stay hungry. The presence of a large beach nearby is a good advantage of the hotel. A piece of the Persian Gulf is visible from a small, dusty window. There is also a marine station with ferries to Dubai and an oceanarium nearby. But the center of Sharjah, where you can walk around the sea bay, is 3-4 km away. My wife and I walked there three times in the evenings. Of course, like almost everywhere else in the UAE, roads often have to be crossed-run across outside pedestrian crossings. Next to the hotel there is quite a decent small grocery store with some other small items, several cafes. One small one (to the left, 40 meters away), where there are excellent two types of pastries and coffee, visited three times. 15-20 dirhams went by taxi to the new Zahia shopping center in one direction.
In general, if you take into account all the advantages and disadvantages of the hotel, you can stay here.
They were from October 21-26, 2024. I liked almost everything. The sea (bay) is within walking distance. That's +31! But to wash off the sand, before leaving, it was necessary to go to the end of the beach. Usually they put a shower before going out.The food was monotonous, but we weren't hungry. It's a pity that coffee and drinks could only be drunk during meals (or for breakfast, lunch or dinner) There are air conditioners everywhere.
The room was clean, cleaned every day, although there was often only hot water in the shower. We survived it! At the reception, a Russian-speaking girl (woman) copes with any question perfectly!
I recommend it!
P. S. Do not swim in glasses! We lost them.(as it turned out, we are not the only ones...)
We just arrived home, rested for a week at this hotel, so I will write the most recent review. The hotel is small, 4 floors. The rooms are quite simple, not new! But everything you need is there: a hair dryer, an ironing board and an iron, a TV, mirrors, bathrobes, soap accessories and toothbrushes, shower gels and shampoos are updated every day. Towels are also changed every day. And every day they bring 2 bottles of 0.5 water to the room. The air conditioner in our room worked perfectly in all modes, they put a car on at night. There is a safe, it is free. There is no balcony, I'll tell you right away. It is almost impossible to dry things in the room. You can hang things by the handles of windows on the street, as long as nothing falls. Or you can hang things on chairs on the roof, where they will dry quickly. Roof (letter R on the elevator) : it has a swimming pool , 6 sun loungers, chairs. We went to the pool a couple of times to swim when the sea was stormy and there was a red flag. Nutrition: eggs, sausages, yogurt, cheese, salad for breakfast, there are cereals and muffins with jam. Lunches and dinners are more varied: soups, fish, beef, chicken, a couple of side dishes to choose from and salads. Drinks always include water, juice, tea bags and instant coffee. Personally, I was satisfied with the food, we took breakfast and dinner. Dinner can always be changed to lunch if desired. It is also possible to book a tour with three meals a day. But we didn't need it, because there are shops nearby, there are fruits, ice cream, cheeses and milk - just enough. Al khan beach is very close, there are sun beds (10 dirhams) and umbrellas (30 dirhams). But we didn't use them, we spread a rug on the sand, like most people. The most comfortable hours for the beach are to go immediately after breakfast at 7:30 and relax there until 11 o'clock. And then from 15:30 to 18:30 (sunset around 18:00). By the way, do not take beach towels, they are given at the reception, at least several times a day, take them and hand them over. In general, the hotel staff are very friendly, they will always help and answer all questions. And another point: Sharjah is the most sober area in the emirates. You will not find alcohol here during the day with fire, so shop well in the dutik. There is a McDonald's in front of the hotel, behind it there are cafes and the SAID TOURS tour bureau a little to the left. We took excursions here. And they can be paid by transfer from a Russian card. We went to Dubai twice for a sightseeing and evening boat trip around the Dubai Marina. And we also took jeep safaris in the desert. We liked everything very much, there are a lot of emotions. I heartily recommend it. For our first acquaintance with the Emirates, we liked this hotel and its location. If you plan to travel to other emirates yourself, do not mess with transport, order a taxi right away. It's not expensive here, this is one time, and it won't be as painful as walking an hour to the bus station in the heat, and then making several more transfers. About the currency: here only with dollars. You can change them for dirhams either upon arrival at the airport or at any supermarket: you give them dollars - they give you change in dirhams. They count at the normal rate of 3.6. I hope my review was useful! Hugging everyone!
We rested from October 10 to October 17, 2024. Excellent staff, cleaning every day, changing towels every other day, the hotel itself is not modern and there are no balconies for drying things, but the room is very large and spacious, the bathroom has a bathtub, hairdryer, all accessories. In the hallway there is a comfortable wardrobe, kettle, iron, board. A hair dryer and a blackboard are not very comfortable, but a powerful air conditioner, always hot water, free Wi-Fi and an adapter for charging the phone was given at the reception and 1 more was in the room. It is a 6-minute walk to the beach, the only thing is to cross the road , but we did not see any difficulties in this, the sandy beach is ideal. There are cafes, shops nearby, everything is convenient. A large selection of excursions, we monitored the prices and took a Sail in the lobby of the hotel, agent Karim was there and he organized everything perfectly, they accompanied us from and to us, fed us well and liked the program. They were also able to pay in rubles. Dollars are also exchanged for dirhams in the lobby of the hotel and in the supermarket across the street.
We are currently vacationing at this hotel. Honestly, we went to the UAE not for shopping, but for the sea.... Therefore, the proximity to the beach was important. We took only breakfast, the tour cost 111p. the breakfasts are meager, if you wish, you can have lunch and dinner at the hotel, the cost is 40 dirh per person. the main advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the beach. This is where all the advantages end. There is no balcony in the room and the window is small, which does not fully open. It is unrealistically difficult to dry things.
But the staff and the hotel receptionist are friendly and try to help. There are a lot of cafes and supermarkets around the hotel, where you can have a delicious meal for two with a maximum of 100-130 dirhams. The portions are very large, quite 1 serving can be enough for 2 people (then 50-65dirh will come out)
Quite a good hotel, friendly staff. The rooms are large, there is everything you need (soap accessories, bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, iron, towels, kettle, tea, coffee). Yes, the hotel is old, the bathroom especially needs renovation, but it's in the description, the year of construction and so on.
We took full board, we are satisfied.
Breakfast: cereals, eggs, sausages, bread, mini sandwiches, cereals, cereals, greens, vegetables, stewed beans, chickpeas, jams, sour cream, feta cheese, tea and coffee bags, sprite, juice;
lunch (watermelons, soup, rice, potatoes, pasta, beef goulash (delicious and soft) , fish in batter, broccoli in batter, chicken, various sauces, olive oil, dessert - cakes, whipped cream, pudding;
dinner: lunch assortment, but another cooking option, for example - mashed potatoes or fries, breaded chicken, no fruit.
You can't take it to the room.
The hotel has an office of a tour company, the manager is Fuad, speaks excellent Russian, our former compatriot from Baku. Prices are lower than others by $ 10-15, the range is large, he will advise and tell you. We took 4 excursions from him.
The sea is nearby, 5-7 minutes on foot, the roads can be crossed without problems.
Within walking distance of 7 -10 min. min. Nesto hypermarket (turn left, straight ahead, without turning anywhere, just behind the mosque). Prices are normal (mango from 10 dirhams, strawberries 2.5 dirhams, etc.) Along the way there is a pharmacy, cafes, KFS, shops, flowers.
There is a daily shuttle service from the hotel, see the photo for more details.
It is not suitable for children under 3 years old for sure, there is nothing for them, there is practically nothing to feed them, there is also nowhere to walk.
We had a great rest in this hotel, we liked everything, friendly staff, clean, beautiful, delicious, I would just like more fruits, we were also satisfied with the location, the beach is within walking distance, various cafes and shops, I recommend the Al Bustan hotel
I liked the hotel, the helpful
staff, the food is good if you want something else, there are cafes, McDonald's, KFC, shops nearby. There is a beach nearby, across the street, and there is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel.Mango and guava juices were taken from the store nearby, beach towels and parasols can be taken at the reception. In the evening, go out into the jungle of skyscrapers and walk along the bay.
A good hotel with spacious rooms, cleaning every day, shampoo, shower gel and cream are brought every day, there is a refrigerator in the room, water is also provided every day for free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, opening hours are from 9 am to 19 pm, towels in the room are also changed, the nearest beach is 300 meters away, you can walk on foot, free of charge with a voucher from the hotel, you can take a towel to the beach for free at the reception.
We got to Dubai by taxi, approximately 100 dirhams in one direction.
The Al Bustan Sharjah Hotel is a good budget holiday option if you do not apply for a suite) yes, the rooms are already tired, plumbing and bathroom tiles need updating, but in general everything works. There are no insects (I read about them in the reviews).
In 2018, I was at Al Bustan in Dubai, where the food and the rooms were better. The network is the same, but the level is different. In Sharjah, I would put this hotel at 3*, not 4*.
I chose a hotel within walking distance to the beach so as not to be tied to the transfer, plus the proximity to the ferry to Dubai was important for me, since we went there on our own (ferry + metro). And this hotel has coped with these criteria perfectly.
Russian Russian hotel) all the staff here understands and speaks Russian) and all the tourists are Russian, I haven't seen any others all week)) Cleaning the room every day, there were no problems. Beach towels are provided at the reception.
The beach is excellent, paid for everyone except tourists who belong to it (for free to us). Walk for 5-7 minutes at a slow, calm pace. There are no pedestrian crossings, we ran across the road, but everyone does it here) the beach itself is beautiful: clean white fine sand, clear water, shower/toilet/changing rooms at the end of the beach. Umbrellas 30 dirhams, sun beds 10 each.
Food at the hotel: we took breakfasts + dinners. Dinner can be changed to lunch if desired. I've read reviews that the food is not very good. But in fact, everything is delicious, there is little variety, but you definitely won't stay hungry. There is even a watermelon of fruits for lunch. There is always hot meat/chicken/fish. Two types of side dishes. There are two types of cakes from desserts. There are soups too, sometimes even very tasty. Breakfasts suffer a bit, but again: you won't stay hungry. Fried eggs / boiled eggs / omelet are always there, toast with jam / honey, vegetables, cottage cheese, sour cream - always there. Probably the only thing missing was baking.
Recommendation: come for breakfast / lunch / dinner not at the beginning (for example, not by 19h for dinner, but by 20h - then all the tables are free and there is no queue, you eat calmly and bring fresh) otherwise, when you arrive exactly at the beginning, the crowd will rush to the food, queues and tables are all occupied. There are not enough tables, there are queues.
There is a rooftop pool, but it is dusty and uncomfortable.
My verdict: we were satisfied with the rest) we immediately knew what level of the hotel we were going to and did not impose increased requirements on it, the hotel is quite suitable for an overnight stay as a budget holiday. The proximity to the beach, the ferry and the aquarium is ideal.
By the way, the entrance to the Sharjah Aquarium is free for pensioners. Even the document did not need to be presented. And together with my parents, they let me through for free)
Can I recommend this hotel? Yes, but only for those who are ready for a budget vacation option and will not demand more from the hotel than it can give) who, like us, are interested in the proximity of the beach and the convenience of getting to Dubai - a super option.
Poles: There is always food, even at the end of breakfast and dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful when changing rooms. There is drinking water downstairs. The beach is 600 meters away. Beach towels are provided. You are invited to breakfast on the first day, even if you have not checked in. You can eat and go to the beach before check-in.Cons- specific repairs (seams up to 7 mm thick), furniture requires adjustment (the doors are crooked). On the 4th floor, some rooms have noise from the finecooler on the roof. And I'm shooting a star because of the cockroaches in the room.
The hotel is not bad, but it is already tired:-) It definitely doesn't pull in 4 stars when compared with others.
The staff is very friendly. The food is good. I liked everything except for some disadvantages of the repair. The room has very small windows that work only in window mode. The laminate was swollen in places and was screwed on with screws :). The rooftop pool is in great need of renovation. Half of the tiles fell off. There are very few sun beds and there are no umbrellas or sunshades. A big plus is the convenient location. Not far from the beach. There is a small shop along the way where you can buy everything you need. There are also a lot of cafes with reasonable prices.
The hotel has advantages: excellent location, near the sea, large rooms, take a free bus through the Sharjah shopping center, to Dubai (Deira). They also give beach towels, clean every day!!!There is no balcony, there is nowhere to dry swimsuits, etc.Cons - rooms that have access to the road are very noisy, those who have problems sleeping, ask immediately that the windows do not face the road. The second disadvantage is the food. Previously, we were also in the 4th (Crystal Plaza Al ma Jazz in Sharjah), so there is something to compare it with. I tried a lot of dishes from them. The variety is very large, everything was insanely delicious. In Al Bustan, the breakfasts are very poor.. If you don't eat Arabic sausages, then there is nothing to eat. Well, if only the eggs.Lunches and dinners are ordinary, without any variety from the word at all. But they are cooked well (chicken and beef always). My conclusion is a 3-star hotel.
Hotel for 3
We had a rest from November 28 to December 5 at the hotel.
I'll start with a good one, I was pleased with the size of the room for 2 adults and one child (5 years old), they gave a two-room room, about 70 squares with two baths.
The furniture is not new, but it is all clean and of good quality.
There were only 3 towels in the room, there were no face kits and so on
Cleaning every day, sets of cosmetics, toothbrushes, razors, hats.
The hotel itself is small, but at first glance it is not bad, fresh cosmetic repairs, polite staff.
Now about the disadvantages
There is nothing to catch with a child here, the nearest town is only on the beach or at the aquarium.
Russian channels are not shown on TV, so there is nothing much to do in the room at all.
As for the kitchen, it's scarce... the child went hungry at all.
The staff also restricts food, they can come up and tell you everything you can't take anymore.
We asked to take a cup of milk to the room for the child so that the child could eat a dry breakfast in the room at night... they refused us
Upon arrival, they could not catch beach towels, they were fed with promises for 2 days ... I had to go with a hotel white
About the pool, ice, 3-4 sun beds and 10 chairs, the pool of course needs repair (fragments of tiles float on the bottom)
The sauna is open, we warmed up after the pool for longer than we took a dip.
About the sea, it's wow.... I won't say anything bad, it's perfect, more or less clean (I've seen dirtier beaches), polite staff, umbrellas and a sun lounger can be rented, there is a bar, and so everything is very good
An adult and two children had a rest from 7.10-14.10. I expected more than I got) the hotel itself is clean inside and the room is cleaned daily, including towels, soap accessories were also changed on a daily basis, the room is so-so without a balcony, it is certainly not convenient, I had to dry things in the pool. The hotel does not have any territory, i.e. this numerous traffic of cars came out at once, the construction sites are endless...The food is ordinary, soups, porridges are delicious, side dishes are delicious, salads are mostly vegetables and lettuce leaves, desserts, fruits are just watermelons and that's it, we are not picky, we did not stay hungry, but for 7 days we got bored of course. The sea is very gorgeous, but as the tour operator told me, what is on the first line, for me the representation of the first line, it left the hotel and you are at the sea, but here it turned out to be 7-10 minutes on foot, umbrellas and deck chairs are paid on the beach, towels are given to the beach at the reception-very good. The guide at the Ramil hotel is Russian-speaking, very wonderful, offers great excursions at attractive prices, will tell you everything and tell you, for excursions, contact only him!!!! Children are bored there, there are zero animations, children's playgrounds are also not provided, krh holidays with children are only Turkey)!!!
The hotel was very tired, it felt like ten years ago. It seems that there are conditions, even a rooftop pool, but everything is old and battered. First, they settled into a disgusting room with a side window and a view of the garbage dump. Thanks to the hotel staff for going to the meeting and, at our request, they moved us to a room that they liked more.
The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the food. Meager, not particularly tasty and as cheap as possible, it just feels like they are saving on you, as if the products are from the local "red price". Corny is not worth the money.
There are several cafeterias in the area where you can eat tastier, more varied and more satisfying. And as a result, it will also be cheaper.
There is not much place to walk in the area, the area is quite dull. There is a very cool public space - the promenade around Khalid Lagoon, but it is 20-30 minutes on foot in one direction along an infrastructure not particularly adapted for pedestrians.
But the hotel has two very significant advantages - walking distance to the beach, as well as the issuance of beach towels. Not many hotels in the UAE can boast of this, especially budget ones. The beach is cool and you can go to it several times a day whenever you want, and not just when the transfer is going.
We had a rest in October 2024 from 10 to 23.
1. The food is very tasty, but monotonous.
2. I met bugs in the room in bed twice, I attach a photo. I don't know what kind of creatures, I didn't find any information on the Internet.
3. Advantages! Free Wi-Fi, free safe, free refrigerator, free water. There is a kettle in the room, you can drink tea, 2 tea bags are put in a day. Soap prenatal conditions are replenished. The room is large and cozy. The hair dryer is terrible- but not critical. It stank in the room Kurov tk got a smoking room, there is no balcony.
4. The sea is gorgeous. We have never swum so much because the water is very comfortable and clean.
5. Excursions. Our guide has a lot of money. There are two shops with guided tours on the 1st floor. They take everything from a Russian woman and we took it. There is also an Armenian, I don't know his nationality for sure, that's not the point, he got into the board, violated the chain of command, they couldn't look at him anymore.
6. Free transportation from the hotel to Sharjah, to the shopping center. There, across the street (through the passage), we went to the adidas store and next to the skechers. We bought cheap original sneakers. Cheap skechers for women on the 2nd floor at the very end of the hall. I bought myself a skechers for 2600, my husband 2 pairs of adidas a little more expensive. Very cool. Even if you walk to the mosque in the evening, there are singing fountains, very beautiful, goosebumps.
7. We went to Dubai ourselves, first by river tram, from the hotel there is a stop about 10 minutes walk away, then we got off and next to the metro. It turned out to be a very interesting trip. You can drive yourself wherever you want, everything is clear and cheaper than taking an excursion. The locals help and suggest, given that we do not even know English, we communicated in sign language or an interpreter helped us communicate.
8. I really liked the people in this country, they are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality!
9. Clothes-we went in ordinary clothes, more closed. Everyone dresses modestly compared to a vacation in Egypt, for example. One adult, "hungry" woman came to breakfast in a thong and a tulle wrap on top, we almost threw up. We still did not understand what this was about at a breakfast in a city hotel.
10. A cat comes to the hotel in the evening, hungry (asks to eat, if anyone has the opportunity to feed his tummy, do not pass by!
11. We took a taxi to the market in Sharjah, bought 1 kg of shrimp and tuna steak, 3000 rubles cost with grilling (in the same place) and a taxi to the hotel. I am attaching a photo
12. The photo shows the schedule of the free bus.
13 In the city, if you want to change money a little more profitable than in a hotel, take a passport or a photo on your phone. They don't change it without it.
14. There are 2 dirhams of ice cream in front of McDonald's. The store is very expensive.
15. There is not enough dryer in the room. There are small clothes in the shower, but they do not dry, they are wet.
16. We bought a WB adapter for an outlet, but they say at the reception they give it for free.
Great hotel. Restaurants are available and the beach is a five-minute walk away. They came to clean up every day. They always put water on, even if the last one hasn't ended yet. The rooms are clean, which is great. The kitchen is not always successful, but you can usually eat normally. It is better to get up early for breakfast, by the end there is nothing left. You can ask for beach towels. They are always clean and big.
Great hotel, rooftop pool. The food is very tasty. And the staff is very friendly. Walking distance to the beach, the beach is free for hotel guests. There are many cafes around where you can eat delicious food
The location of the hotel is convenient in terms of a few minutes walk to the beach (running across the street is not a problem). There is also a supermarket nearby..Nesto.(normal prices and there are a lot of fruits), Sharjah Museum, aquarium. From the hotel there is a daily free shuttle service to the shopping centers of Sharjah and Dubai (from Deira you can take the metro to the Dubai Mall). According to nutrition, you can easily change dinner for lunch, fruits only for lunch, breakfast is very modest, lunch and dinner are the same except for fruits, monotonous, but delicious. The rooms are spacious and the sound insulation is good.Comfortable beds, clean linen and towels daily. Tea set and a bottle of water per day per person, iron, beach towels. Friendly staff, change dollars for dirhams at the reception. Minus worn-out communications and noise from the street (near the road), those who came to sleep off and stay in the room a lot are not here. The excursions were taken at the hotel, the Russian girl Natalia is very friendly, tells everything in detail and shows, cheaper than the guide. The excursions went well, everyone liked them. A normal hotel, left a good impression.
Those who go for the delights of food, pass by... The food is delicious, you will not be hungry. A good 4*. The sea is nearby. We had a family vacation in January of the 24th year. The staff is polite, the room is cleaned every day. Changing towels, updating cosmetics. Everything was fine. From food every day, beef, chicken, fish, vegetables and fruits, pastries, ice cream, cakes, juices, tea, coffee, salads, several options, two types of first courses. Of course there are no lobsters, shrimps and other things... The pool is cold. They write that there is heating, but they have never warmed up in a week. It takes 5-7 minutes by walking to the sea. It's not an expensive store on the way. Souvenirs, food, drinks, ice cream, cosmetics and household chemicals, swimwear and towels. The prices are reasonable. It is better to pay in dirhams. It is better to change money from the guides. They will not be deceived. The hotel has a kiosk in Faye with inexpensive trips, cheaper than the guides. Enjoy your stay!!!
The location is good, close to the sea, I liked the beach, white sand, swing.
We also settled in quickly, despite the fact that we arrived early in the morning before breakfast. The room was given a very large, 2-room for three.
The hotel itself is very average, everything is old, not modern, the furniture is stripped, a cockroach was immediately found in the bedside table.
Towels were given only large ones, neither for hands nor feet were given. They say we should ask, but we didn't.
The food is of course very poor, this is the first time we have seen this. Even there are very few tables with distribution. We took breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, tomato cucumber salad, feta cheese, 1 type of porridge, but it's not tasty, bread, pita bread toasts, cupcakes of the same kind all the time.
There are no pastries, croissants and other things, no yoghurts, no fruits, sausage, cheese...
Pancakes come every other day, they are also peculiar, but you can eat.
Dinner is a little better, chicken, meat, stewed, 2 side dishes to choose from, often spicy, as always salads of tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, soup (by the way, not bad). Cakes of 2-3 types.
Of course, you can eat by yourself, it's more difficult with children. Especially if they are small.
There is no fruit for dinner either.
There is a swimming pool on the roof, but everything is also so old, not well maintained, the sauna did not work.
The hotel has several transfers to the shopping center.
Quite a decent hotel, large rooms. Pros: every day we put washing supplies, tea, coffee, and sand in the room. There are 2 travel agencies in the hotel, I took vouchers from them. Good location: near the beach, 5-7 minutes on foot, not so far from the embankment.
Minus: it would be possible to diversify the food. I didn't find any more disadvantages
We stayed at this hotel in October 2024.
The hotel positions itself as a 4-star
But judging by the repair of the rooms and the food, it would be fair to give it 3 stars.
The rooms are clean, but all the furniture in them is tired, to put it mildly, it is clear that as the hotel was built in 2008, as they bought all the furniture in the same year, nothing was changed.
If, like us, you prefer only to sleep in the room, then this option will suit you. Smoking is allowed in the room, even there are ashtrays that are changed every day, cleaning and changing towels also every day, toothbrushes are changed every day, shampoos, shower gels, soap and toilet paper are put on.
There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, which is closed at night, we went there once, just to look. A small pool, not half working, exists purely for show.
The most important advantage of this hotel is walking distance to the beach, when people are taken by buses from other hotels, it takes 5 minutes to walk
There are also 2 grocery stores nearby, souvenirs are also there, prices are more than adequate, but it's better to buy in the city, it's cheaper there.
The food at the hotel is delicious, but the variety of the menu suffers
There is nothing more from drinks, including coffee and 2 types of tea, water and ONE type of juice, multifruit.
The menu is also standard for other meals
There is always one kind of soup
Always chicken or fish
And simple side dishes
Salads and desserts are always the same
In principle, the hotel is not bad
And all the disadvantages are blocked by walking distance to the beach
And if you are tired of eating
There are 2 restaurants nearby
And there are many cafes on the other side of the road
Including McDonald's
And you can walk all the way to Sharjah and eat
Trip 29.11.2024-07.12.2024. The main disadvantage of this hotel is that it is located right next to the roadway with heavy traffic. Room 302, in which we were settled, is located with windows directly on the roadway, there are simply no seals in the window frames. The noise from passing cars is annoying in its constancy. The air conditioner works well, but there is a big disadvantage — its engine works like an airplane on takeoff. Balconies in this hotel are not provided structurally. There is an adult and a children's pool on the roof, the water in them turned out to be cold. There is an aquarium within walking distance, entrance is 25 dirhams, it is worth going to see. There is a McDuck across the street, next to the KFS gas station. And also within walking distance of the city beach (doors are closed at night, do not leave the pebbles in the water). The food is monotonous. Well, something like that
Located within walking distance to Alhan beach. The hotel took guided tours. I really liked the Parus agency. We took into account all the wishes, a convenient form of payment, even in rubles by phone number of the Russian Federation. Special thanks to Rasim for the organization and recommendations.
A good four, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food,I recommend full board, the sea is a couple hundred meters away, the beach is clean, the sand is fine, the entrance to the sea is smooth, rescuers are constantly on fox. There is a free daily shuttle bus to Deira Mall, round trip.A 16-meter rooftop pool and a paddling pool, sun loungers, tables and chairs, a sauna and all other amenities.Excursions can be safely taken directly at the hotel, as you enter, on the right side, where the currency was changed to dirhams at the best rate.Sail
It's a sin to complain, there are disadvantages, but there are enough advantages. The staff is executive and friendly. 10 minutes lazy walk to a great beach. Dubai, figuratively speaking, can be reached on foot. A relatively humane price tag.
The only thing I didn't like was the lack of normal windows and the ability to dry things. But they adapted by hanging hangers on the slightly open transom
I'll make a reservation that we didn't find fault, we weren't used to living in luxury, but we were just shocked here. Fall for 4 stars. The hotel got tired about 10-15 years ago. The furniture is old, dark, and creaking. The rooms are small, dark, damp, the bathroom is mildewed, cracked tiles are all around, faucets are broken, and in some rooms water flows from the ceiling. It is very unpleasant to wash in such a dirty place. There are shaving kits, toothbrushes with paste, shampoo and lotions. The hair dryer in our room did not work. But it was also scary to pick it up. There is a safe in the room, it is free. Yes, cockroaches really walk, they were personally seen at the distribution. The food is tasteless and monotonous. I do not know who finds what there, but it is very rare to have a delicious meal. The cheapest instant coffee, instant powder juices. All forks are bent. The dishes are gray, but once they were white. But there is also no bar where you can buy a normal coffee for money. We went to the nearest cafes and supermarkets, ate there. Opposite McDonald's, you can have coffee in the morning. Therefore, I recommend going without power. For a fee, you can always have lunch at the hotel if you want to experiment. The cleaning is strange, I had to ask at the reception. There was no sign in the room - do you need cleaning or not. At the request to give such a sign, the hotel did not find it superfluous. At the beginning, they gave out two large towels, I had to ask for an additional hand towel and a towel on the floor, as well as, only on request, disposable slippers and bathrobes. The hangers in the bathroom are also mildewed. It is very unpleasant to hang white towels on such hangers. There is a swimming pool on the roof, but it is very old, the tiles are falling off, it has not been working from its parts for a long time. In general, the roof is dirty, there is garbage everywhere, no one cleans it, steers are lying around, empty bottles, sun beds and chairs are broken. The tables are old and dirty. It is very fastidious to be there. There is a sauna, but it only works in the women's section, but everything is bad there too. There is an old smelling carpet in the corridors of the hotel. Beach towels are provided at the reception. Al Khan beach is within walking distance. The main contingent of the hotel is retired people. All Russians, foreigners will never come there. Therefore, it's a shame for compatriots - firstly, these are queues for food, they grab with their hands from common plates, put themselves a few plates of watermelon so that the rest do not get it, and then leave all this unfinished. We really saw the struggle for fish between women. Basically, people put huge plates on it, all this is then thrown away, and someone did not get this or that dish. Plus, everyone is satisfied with this state of the hotel, why make repairs, change broken deck chairs, cook efficiently, if the flow of Russian tourists flows anyway and everyone writes good reviews. Personally, we were shocked, very disgusted, dirty and unpleasant....
If you are thinking about booking this hotel, then do not even think: do not decide on it in any case
There is much better nearby .
Of the advantages, only the proximity to a good beach and the issuance of beach towels (if you really get them). They give water to the room , and when checking in, a couple of tea bags, thanks for that too .
All. This will end the advantages.
1. The room stinks of either mold or paint (room on the 3rd floor, standard). Repeated requests to the reception did not give any result. The number has not been replaced, the problem has not been solved. Despite the fact that two young children and a pregnant woman live in this room. Breathing paint 👍
2. A dirty corner window with a view of the trash and a dirty mattress pad with old stains.
3. Creaky collapsed furniture
4. There is no shower hose, it is possible to take a shower only from a stationary sprayer. The bathroom floor is stained.
5. The hair dryer is antediluvian, barely releases a stream.
6. The iron was given out at the request, it barely works. Without steam and carbon deposits, I ruined their clothes.
7. Well, the cherry on the cake is the so-called restaurant. There is little food, the food is not tasty, if you come 2 hours after the start of the meal, there will be nothing to eat. Dishes are not updated . Instant coffee, cheap packaged tea, plastic spoons, powdered burda instead of juice. The final impression of the hotel was spoiled by the waiters, who slowed down two children who took several slices of lemon and a small piece of cake to the room for tea. It was symbolically brought to tea , not in plates . They were not given it .
I really like the UAE, I like our rest and leisure anyway, we practically do not spend time at the hotel, only breakfast and dinner and I did not count on super service and conditions, but ... It's really just the bottom of the hotel business.
I recommend. We arrived in the morning at 6.30 a.m. local time. We were invited to breakfast, and after breakfast we were checked in immediately, although we only checked in at 2 p.m. Friendly staff. The atmosphere of the hotel is good, you can say homely. The rooms are not 5+ and the food is good, we were always full, but you get tired on the third day from the monotony, but this was not the most important thing for us. The most important thing was the sea, and it was just around the corner, 5 minutes from the hotel and visible from the roof, where there is also a swimming pool. And the sea, or rather the Persian Gulf with its excellent Al Khan beach, pleased us. White sand and warm sea at the end of December, that's what we needed. The vacation went by with a bang.
Our favorite hotel. We've been there 3 times already. The location is great. They take you to all sorts of places, including Dubai. The food is tolerable, with care so that the guests do not overeat))) the main thing is that it is close to the sea on foot. The McDuck opposite will be completed soon, the ice cream is 2 dirhams each) You can walk to the embankment, the aquarium is nearby. In general, I like it. And, for souvenirs, I recommend a shop near the Sharjah city center. There are all prices from 1 to 20 dirhams. Something like a traffic light, only a much larger assortment, the prices are really fucking cheap, even with our dollar exchange rate.
We are here now, on vacation. A 4* hotel does not pull at all. Upon arrival, no towels or water were put in the room... nothing. I had to go down to the reception, ask for😵. There are no windows in the rooms, except for a tiny window in the corner of the room. The hair dryer barely blows, it is very slippery on the bathroom floor (if water drips a little), the central air conditioner works and cools down very much, it does not decrease, you have to turn it off for a while, swimsuits do not dry overnight (humidity is high). You won't stay hungry in the restaurant, but the assortment is not great. Although everything is delicious. Walk to the beach 5-7 min. Admission is free on the beach, and umbrellas and sun beds are paid (50 dirhams per sunbed) (even for the shade from the umbrella they charge 🤨). But of course the sea is beautiful, the water is warm, clean; the weather is hot. It takes about 1 hour to walk to the center of Sharjah. You can walk there
The 4-star hotel matches its stars, with some minimal exceptions.
Close to the beach, the city center and the aquarium. There is a gas station and shops nearby. Everything you need!
The main advantage is close to the sea. There's also a McDonald's across the street) By the way, there is also a great cafe across the street. Huge menu and very friendly staff 👍
The hotel is clean, located five minutes from the Persian Gulf, but across the street. The hotel itself is beautiful, lots of flowers. The food is not varied, but everything is delicious. The staff responds quickly to any request. The room itself is large, we got a two-room one. There are several mosques nearby. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the roof of the hotel. Nearby shops
We were at the hotel on vacation November 2023, the sea is super +30, the sand is super, there is no snorkeling- there are small fish and no corals, there are locker rooms and showers for free, entrance to the Alkhan beach for albustan is free, everything else on the beach is paid, beach towels were given out at the reception every day and a beach umbrella was given out 1 time for the entire period stay. There are volleyball nets on the beach, you can play for free. The disadvantage is that the rescuers do not let you swim in a storm, they whistle disgustingly and shout "shit, shit", they themselves are shit, and we were so happy at first. In Egypt that year there was a red flag on vacation all the time, so there was fun on the waves to ride. In the hotel, the usual Breakfasts are continental Europe, dined in the surrounding restaurants and KFS, in the hotel the food is much more expensive. There is a free bus from the hotel to Dubai, Sharjah and the Sahara Mall. There is no point in buying anything, the prices are either like unas or much more expensive. It is interesting to go only to Dubai, they drop off just at the metro station 16 stop of the red line and go to Burjhalifa to the 25th stop, there are 14 derhem / person. A variety of fruits and ice cream - prices are affordable. Yes, the rooms in the hotel are sub-commissioned, and as a builder I see that the crooked finishers were originally built, hence the shoals in further operation. We were in room 336 - the windows were not tightly closed - I had my own taped with paper, the noise from the street became less; the drain from the bathroom and sink for some reason was tied to a drain drain in the floor, its valve stuck and there were decent puddles; there was no makeup mirror, it was invisible to shave. There is hot water, but it is necessary to drain the cold one. On the roof there is a great swimming pool with views of the sea and the city. The sauna is only 100-110gr, not enough, but if you put it on the stones, it's already good, and I carry eucalyptus oil with me, so I sweated a lot.The disadvantage is that the roof is closed at 21:00.Next to the hotel there is an oceanarium with a museum, very interesting. I was struck by the fact that the ancient beggars Arabs screwed the keel bar with bolts and nuts. Guided tours for an ordinary family with children are fabulously expensive in dollars, Fuad's hotel guide is 20-40% cheaper, but they are still skins, and Dmitry Korelovsky guide is also rude, and children are being robbed - as holidays so prices are being lifted up (I think because of this the hotel was empty than travel agencies think, it's unclear. As the holidays ended, children began to appear, but they need to study!)) and on purely children's excursions to attractions, etc. parks are interesting only to children, adults are only accompanying, so they take money from everyone, horseradish them walrus and not dollars, they sent them through the woods, went to the sights by self-propelled for derhems, everything is nearby, saved a lot of money and more interesting. Mango 5 derhem / kg was taken in the shops of the Carlton hotel, it is nearby, the Syrian from Homs Muraf, he has very good candies and dates, the only thing he does not change the greens and does not bargain absolutely, even unpleasant, but you can confuse. His Egyptian neighbor Ali has a test souvenir from Luxor, if we talk, we can bargain on the price and change the greens at 3.60, not 3.5. In general, I really liked the 9-night tour.
We arrived today) therefore, as they say, "with fervor from the heat" I write about it.
I arrived with two children almost at lunch. They told us where to go and gave us a number, but when they opened the room they got cold) First of all, a room with no exit anywhere)huge wide blinds that do not open, that is, the darkness is solid. There are two separate beds, but God help us, we pulled out the bedside table and moved the beds themselves. The cooler is Schumer at night, we pulled it out of the socket. In the Toilet, rusty, cracked, without a mat, they put one towel for us for 5 days, as well as soap and soap accessories. And there are three of us!every time I ran to the reception and asked to add. There are two pillows, I asked for another one, but without a trip) I slept on towels) I didn't like it, there's no place to walk, everything on the roof is also scary, old, dirty, not washed.
We had a rest in December 2024. First, about the cons. The rooms were old and dirty, and cockroaches periodically ran through them, so they left their suitcases in the cold on arrival so as not to bring them home. They are poorly cleaned. But they constantly replenish shampoo, soap, etc. Every day they leave 2 0.5 liters of drinking water. The food is certainly not like in Turkey, but we were quite satisfied. For lunch and dinner, there is always meat, chicken, deep-fried fish, side dishes, sweets. They always replenished it in a timely manner if something ran out. We had breakfast and dinner. But you can come either for lunch or dinner, you don't need to warn anyone. We went on an excursion once and didn't have time for dinner, we talked at the reception and the next day we went for lunch and dinner. The woman speaks Russian at the reception desk and tries to solve any problems quickly. They also exchange dollars for dirhams, but the exchange rate is not profitable. It is better in exchangers. In general, it is more profitable to buy dirhams in Russia, and you can use them to buy excursions. The hotel is very conveniently located. Not far from the sea, within walking distance to the central embankment, singing fountains, fish and clothing markets, etc. We walked every day to new locations. The beach is paid for by locals, tourists are allowed in for free. There is a shower and a changing room near the end of the beach. The beach and the sea are clean, cleaned daily. We liked the hotel guide, she told us where and what to see, and we bought 3 excursions from her (a sightseeing tour of Dubai, a boat trip to Oman, and a jeep ride in the desert) We liked Dubai and the boat in Oman, but the guides were weak (I compare them with trains in other countries). If you go on a boat, then immediately take a pill for motion sickness, which is given on the ship, because it shakes a lot and it was very bad for three tourists, and it's too late to take pills when the condition worsened. A trip to the desert by jeep was not inspiring at all, compared to the same excursion in Egypt, but if you have the time and money, then you can go. The food is good on all excursions. At the hotel, the woman bought an excursion to the flower park and the global Village exhibition. She organized everything very quickly. The driver drove the two of us along the route, waiting everywhere. Her tour cost $50, while others cost from $70. The park and the exhibition are simply gorgeous, I advise you to visit. Alcohol is not sold in Sharjah, but you can take up to 2 liters with you. We took it with us. We drank in the evening in the room. If you need to buy alcohol, you can go to the neighboring emirate, the hotel guide will tell you how to do it right. There are several Russian channels on TV, and the hotel has good internet access. There are several cafes nearby, and the portions are large. On average, we had 60-80 dirhams for dinner for two people. We bought groceries at the supermarket, which is located behind the automobile bridge (if you leave the hotel and go to the left, near the mosque you have to go under the bridge and straight for another 100 meters). Prices are mostly higher than in Russia. We took a free bus from the hotel to the mall, but the prices there are higher than ours, and you won't see anything new there. A waste of time. If it weren't for cockroaches and poor cleaning, the score would have been higher. But considering the cost, compared to other hotels, we will assume that it is normal.
In general, this is a three-star hotel. There is no beach of its own, but go to the public one across the street. There is no kitchen of its own either - food is brought. Food - again, somewhere between 2-3 stars. There is no such variety, but you will not be hungry. Everything was delicious. It is better to come right to the beginning of the meal. Because sometimes there is no blue vine, it was gone after 15 minutes. The linen was changed once in 7 days. And we personally constantly forgot to report one towel))
The location is very convenient, a few minutes walk to the beach. There is a daily free shuttle service from the hotel to the shopping malls of Sharjah and Dubai. The food is good. Comfortable beds, clean linen and towels. A tea set and a bottle of water per day per person. Friendly staff. The only drawback is worn-out communications and repairs would not hurt.
Good people work at the hotel. The dishes are clean. The food is monotonous. But there is always something to eat. The furniture is shabby and not new. The bed linen is clean and white. In general, it's not bad, especially the location. 5-7 minutes to the sea.
The food is monotonous, but you can eat. We didn't starve. There is no balcony. One window in the room is small, dark and stuffy. You can open it, but the hotel is on the road - it's noisy at night.
Rooftop pool: no umbrellas. It was hot during the day.
But it's ten minutes to the sea and the hotel is not expensive.
The repair is tired, you need to take water at lunch in a cooler.
In general, it is normal if you are not picky.
