A great option for your money. The only downside: it's a little old. But at the same time, the furniture is all comfortable and clean, the staff is very friendly. The pool is small, but clean and warm. There are few sun beds, but there are almost always free ones. The breakfasts are not very extensive, but everything is fresh, delicious, and you can choose something. It's really cool that the building has both a supermarket and a McDonald's. You can always come up with something with food. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the metro in one direction and 10 minutes in the other. Yes, it's a long way from Burj Khalifa. It took us exactly an hour to get from the room to the fountains by metro. A clean ride of just over half an hour of that. Al Mamzar is beautiful, let's definitely go back there. We went to Deira Mall, to Sharjah, to walk along the Creek, etc. it doesn't take long to get to these places. I would like to say a special thanks to the hotel for the early check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., exhausted. At 8 we were escorted to our room.
This is not the first time in this hotel! Excellent location (metro station nearby). Shopping center, clothing store, McDonald's, supermarket. Check-in is fast. Many thanks to the Fadi manager!!! The most friendly, responsive, professional in his field. He helped us solve all our issues during our stay at the hotel. Fadi, thank you! The hotel provides a bus to the beach at 9:00 there and at 13:00 back. The breakfasts are a Swiss table, omelets are traditionally cooked, waffles are baked, there are fruits, there was enough food. The hotel has a supermarket. We bought and cooked shrimp and fish. The room is equipped with a kitchen, convenient. Refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. I liked everything.

Nice hotel. It is very convenient that the supermarket is very close in the same building as the hotel. The food court is in this building. McDuck. The room is beautiful, clean at the entrance. They take you to the best beach for free. Everyone is smiling. The metro is very close. They took a pen for the window, but they didn't need it. We took the adapter to the outlet and the extension cord with us. They were very useful.
But they don't clean well. They put up a sign asking to get out, just adjusted the blanket. I could have done that myself. The garbage from their old ironing board is still lying on the floor, etc. The floor is dirty, they don't wash it, you don't walk barefoot. The water is not replenished until you ask for it. Paper too.
The air conditioner blows strongly directly onto the bed.
The breakfast is not tasty.
The pool is very cold. I don't understand why. Why do they pour cold water there... It's too hot on the sunbed, it's too cold in the pool :(
A great budget option!
It's a long way from the center, 40 minutes to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, but the metro is literally a two-minute walk away. There are also decent cafes nearby, currency exchanges, a shopping center and a food court on the ground floor of the hotel. The airport is also literally 10 minutes away, but there are no planes in sight.
Every day, a free shuttle service from the hotel takes you to the pristine Al Mamzar Beach, and there is also a shuttle service to the Dubai Mall.
The breakfasts are very diverse, everyone will find something to suit their taste, every morning there were hash browns, pastries, omelets, vegetables, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, boiled eggs, cupcakes, juices, tea, coffee, French toast and much, much more.
The rooms have a small but very functional kitchen, with pans, pots, a toaster, a kettle, and a refrigerator. We bought shrimps in the store downstairs, they cleaned them for us there, and we fried them in the room)
The staff is very friendly and helpful! We were brought to the hotel at 10 a.m., and they checked in from 3 p.m., but we were immediately checked in without any extra charges! We also needed a third pillow and a second robe, and we were provided with everything right away. Robes with holes, of course, but I was very pleased with their presence. Towels were changed every day, bed linen on demand, in general, I rate the quality of cleaning at 7 out of 10: the bathroom was not cleaned every time, and the floors were washed every other day. The rooms themselves are very large and spacious, very comfortable mattresses, a large roomy wardrobe with lighting, a makeup table, a large TV, ironing facilities and other benefits of civilization. I was especially pleased with the audibility - for all 11 days we did not hear anyone from the neighboring rooms) The Internet was weak, but it worked)
Free laundry service, helpful receptionists, a cute little rooftop pool, a very modern fitness club
This hotel has one big disadvantage: it is very easy to get lost in it, even if there are a lot of signs) otherwise, we are happy with our stay in Al Bustan and would like to return again!
I've been there more than once. I monitored and bought vouchers with good discounts. I like the price-quality ratio. An apartment with a kitchen and a set of necessary utensils. The room is cleaned , but without straining. The breakfasts are monotonous and satisfactory. On the ground floor there is a good supermarket, a McDonald's and some other fasfut. We didn't go. We bought ready-made food in the supermarket and warmed it up in the room and went to the cafe. Morning bus to Al Mamzar beach. The beach is paid, inexpensive and it's worth it. There's a public beach nearby, but it's a little dirty. Near the hotel there is a metro stop, supermarkets, currency exchangers. The hotel has a small swimming pool. We went once, on the day of arrival, as we didn't have time to catch the bus to the beach. There is also a gym, hammam, sauna. The staff speaks English. There were no problems. There is no safe in the room. A free cell is provided when contacting the reception.
It is located a 2-minute walk from the metro, which is very good. The hotel itself is clean, pleasant, and the reception is always ready to help. The breakfasts are of the same type, but delicious. The only drawback is that there is nowhere else to eat besides McDonald's, KFS and a small restaurant on the 1st floor.
If there is no adapter for an outlet, you can get it at the reception, as well as with a window handle. But it's better to have everything of your own.
Convenient location, the metro is 5 minutes on the left, and 15 minutes on the right. there is a LuLu where you can buy groceries, there is also an exchanger on the way you can buy clothes for children and adults, in the 1st floor hotel. a large selection for breakfast and a grocery store, a 15-minute transfer to Al Mamzar beach. From 9 to 13.00 , there is a swimming pool , sauna, gym, the only thing is a lot of rooms on the floors, so as not to get confused, it's better to go into the same elevator in your block😉have a good rest and mood
We liked it, it was clean, the metro is close, the al nahda green line station, the shuttle takes you to the al mamzar beach, the entrance is 5 dirhams per person, the breakfasts are good, there is plenty to choose from. The pool was not used, tennis was played, on the 4th floor, the net is not very high, the ball flew away once. The staff is friendly, do not forget that they do not have sockets like ours, for some reason the travel agency did not tell, the sockets have 3 rectangular pins.
Nice hotel, located 3 minutes from the green line station Al-Nahda. The rooms are apartments with a kitchen and an electric stove, a small refrigerator, and no washing machine. Breakfast is a buffet, with a small selection, but really there is enough of everything. They roast waffles and fried eggs, and fruits every day. There is an excellent supermarket in the hotel building, and a 10-minute walk away is the huge LULu hypermarket, where prices are lower. The Burj Holy Fa is a 40-45-minute drive from the hotel, and the Ferris Wheel is a 1-hour drive away. I recommend it!
A good budget hotel.
+
Delicious breakfast buffet
Transfer to a very nice beach (5 dirhams per person entrance). On Mondays and Wednesdays they take you to public transport. Buses leave the hotel at 8:30 and 9:00, and return at 12:30 and 13:00.
TV
Kitchen (optional)
There is also a swimming pool, fitness and sauna, but we did not go.
The metro station is 3-5 minutes away. Please note that on the Island they say that the nearest station is the Stadium, but in fact there is a closer one, the next one after the stadium. It's a 10-minute walk from the stadium.
-
The smell of dampness!!!
Oddly working air conditioner (either hot and stuffy, or cold)
Key cards are easily demagnetized. I had to go to the reception several times in 4 days to fix it.
The windows don't open, but they say you can get a window handle at the reception.
Don't forget about the adapters for English sockets!!!) Of course, you can cram it in like that, plus they can give it to you at the reception for free, but we barely suffered them, not everyone speaks English well, plus Hindi English is a challenge even for English teachers.
A great hotel for your money. It feels like 4 rather than 3 stars.
The breakfast is good, not too varied, but everything is there and everyone has enough
I do not advise you to take lunch and dinner with vouchers, I did not like it at all, we ate there once and did not do it anymore
Very nice staff at the hotel, they all prompt, help, gave an adapter for charging, the safe was broken - it was fixed within 15 minutes after contacting
The room was nice, the kitchen was very useful, sometimes they cooked in the room. Water was put on every day, although they are not required, cleaning is not always perfect, but towels are changed every day and even dishes were washed sometimes....
Transfer to the beach is super, very convenient, if you want to leave the beach later, there is a regular bus for 3 dirhams to the next metro station, from there 10 minutes on foot, or you can also go to the Lulu hypermarket for lunch :)
We went to the free beach almost all the time (5 minutes from the paid one), it's also great and pleasant there, but it's fun to take pictures on the paid one, but not on women's days (it's forbidden)
The pool is questionable, small, but taking into account the other advantages, it did not bother much
In general, the feelings are only positive, thanks to the hotel staff for a great stay!
I can safely recommend this hotel)
We had a vacation in January 2025.
Advantages:
The price. It is very inexpensive for Dubai. Pleasant and friendly staff. There is a large supermarket on the 1st floor, two more across the street. On the 1st floor there is a food court and a McDonald's 24/7, and there is also a food court across the street. There is a metro station 5 minutes away. Quite close to the beach and Al Mamzar Park, there is a shuttle or 15 minutes by taxi.
Cons: the rooms are too shabby. And there was always an unpleasant smell from the garbage collector on the floor.
Normally for your money - a brief description of the hotel. We chose an inexpensive option that includes only breakfast.
We went out together at the end of November.
About everything in order. The hotel staff is quite loyal, we arrived early, and checked us in at 9 a.m. without any additional charges (as well as checked out of the hotel when it was convenient for us). 10 dirhams/day tourist fee, to be paid on site in cash. The staff is English-speaking, so it's a great opportunity to improve your level of spoken English. They were supposed to settle us no higher than the second floor, but they gave us a room on the third (as I understand it, there is a division into rooms for smokers and non-smokers) overlooking the courtyard. The room has a bed, smart TV, air conditioning, kitchen with a small two-burner stove, toaster, kettle, extractor hood. All cutlery is 2 pieces each. The pot and frying pan are not in perfect condition, it is clear that they have already lived. There was nothing additional (such as salt, pepper, oil, spices, detergent, dish sponge), so either take your own, or you need to buy it in the store, although they will cost a tidy sum, taking into account the price list of the country. But, as I understand it, this does not stop people much, since, basically, guests do not visit the hotel for the first time. The room is very stuffy, the window does not open because there is no handle. There is no ventilation, respectively, things dry for several days. In the room, as in the whole hotel, there is a rich smell of Arab oils, apparently. It should be borne in mind that the outlets there are not European. They gave one adapter at the reception. It is somewhat problematic to charge several devices in turn.
The room service does its job by five points. The room is clean enough, water, tea (it is so disgusting that it is better to buy another one), sugar were replenished daily. Towels were changed every few days. During the week we were there, the bedding was not changed, and it was not necessary.
The breakfasts are standard and classic, nothing special, as in all other hotels in other countries. We didn't leave there hungry.
From the inconvenient: breakfast from 7 to 10:30, transfer to the sea at 9 a.m. (three buses departing one after another with a short interval, so there is enough space for everyone) and back at 13:00. It feels like only Russians go to the sea.
The beach is 10 out of 10. They bring you to the paid Al mamzar beach with two women's days a week, but a five-minute walk from it is not a bit inferior to the free one without any restrictions. There are no sun loungers, but you can comfortably sit under a palm tree in the shade. The sea is very warm, you can see fish, crabs, starfish, cuttlefish, shellfish. The coastline is long, not a paddling pool. If you do not use the transfer, there are two buses with transfers, taxis about 30-40 dirhams one way.
The hotel is located five minutes from the metro station, which is very convenient for tourists. Al Nahada Station. But! It takes about an hour to get to the main attractions by metro only. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, and we are tired of public transport during our vacation. It is better to read about the need to buy Nol cards for transport in advance and the available tariffs.
On the ground floor of the hotel there is a good supermarket with everything you need. Fruits are 10 out of 10, the price is lower than in Russia. We tried a bunch of mango varieties.
The hotel also has a swimming pool, sauna, gym. Everything seems to be free, but they were not used, so I can't comment in any way.
Conclusions. In principle, there are enough breakfasts, because you leave the hotel for the whole day, since it is located very far from everything, and you eat anyway in another place. There are few transfers to the sea. Not everyone wants to wake up every morning with an alarm clock to have breakfast and catch the bus to the sea. The kitchen in the room is not functional. There is enough pasta with sausages to cook, but there are not enough resources, dishes and various extras for some delicious dish. The staff is friendly, smiling, ready to solve your question at any time of the day (if you were able to say what you need in English). Will we come here again? Probably not. It all comes down to finances, of course, but, in my opinion, it is better to add funds by taking a hotel on the first coastline and with its own beach and, preferably, with another meal. Cooking takes a lot of time, effort and financial resources.
Also, the hotel is already asking for renovation. Despite the cleanliness and efforts, it is clear that the furniture and other things are already tired, which makes certain impressions.
The hotel is decent, a good four
Comfortable rooms with cold floors
There is a kitchen in the room, you can cook dinner and lunch yourself, so it's enough to take only breakfast.
They give you an adapter for an outlet if you ask for free
If there is something missing in the room, you can ask the reception to provide on demand (window handle, toilet paper, water..)
The location is gorgeous, there are many shops and a metro station nearby.
Free transfer to Al Mamzar beach, entrance to the beach is paid, five dirhams per person
But it's worth it, you get to choose from one of five beaches, clean coast, sand, lifeguards... There is a park near the beach with a huge territory where you can make a barbecue. There are a lot of locals who come to the weekend with families and companies for recreation.
There are umbrellas on the beach, towels to bring with you, there are no sun beds
No matter how many people come, they all go to the beaches and it seems that you are alone on the beach, high
We just got home from Dubai yesterday. We were at this hotel. The location is good, the metro and bus are 5 minutes away at a quiet pace. There is a grocery store on the 1st floor, the prices are adequate, even there is fresh seafood. It's a long way to the sea, but we were transported for free, it took 15-20 minutes on the road in both directions.
Friendly staff, we checked in immediately upon arrival (we didn't wait for time), we also checked out later, we asked for it (because the flight was late), we were allowed to stay until 14.30, instead of 12.00
The room is nice, we really liked it, with a kitchenette and cooking facilities. A large TV with more than 60 channels, 3 were definitely Russian, which is very nice, although there was no time to watch them, but they turned on for the background. A clean, tidy bathroom.
The breakfasts were good, you could choose what you liked. Every day there are 4 types of fruits, 2 types of juice, pastries, 2-3 types of cheeses, they were even vegetarian.x1
A wonderful hotel!
He remained in it, participating in the conference on November 5-10, 2024.
The rooms accommodated several people - a large living room with a sofa, upholstered armchairs, a large dining table; a kitchen with all necessary utensils; two bedrooms (two single beds and one large); two bathrooms with a bathtub + shower - it was very spacious and comfortable!
A good buffet restaurant: a large selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Beautiful conference room.
Friendly staff.
The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym with a sauna, which can be used for free!
A few steps from the hotel there is a metro station. On the ground floor there is a food court with various cafes, including McDonald's!
I know that the review turned out to be too perfect, but in reality everything was really wonderful!
The hotel's very comfortable location is near the metro and not far from the airport - it took half an hour to walk with a suitcase. I liked that it wasn't in a tourist area, as there are local supermarkets nearby with reasonable prices. The hotel's service is also very good, with frequent cleaning, delicious breakfasts and courteous staff. The rooms are quite comfortable and cozy, despite their prostate.
Of the cons, the hotel is probably a little old against the backdrop of a tourist metropolis, but the price justifies it.
The location of the hotel is good: the metro is close and it is convenient to get to all the attractions. In the building of the hotel itself there is a supermarket with food and good prices, a food court with McDonald's, a pharmacy. There is also a Lulu supermarket nearby, where there is even more choice and the prices are also very good. The hotel itself is not noisy. Our room was reasonably clean, cleaned on request (they asked every day if cleaning was needed). Upon arrival, there was a smell of chemicals that had worn off during the day. The air conditioner in the room was working, the temperature can be adjusted, or it can be turned off altogether. The bathroom has everything you need: soap, shampoo, comb, towels and more. All this was replenished if necessary or upon request.
The kitchen in the room had a set of dishes for two, a toaster, a stove, a refrigerator, a kettle and a tea/coffee set. The breakfasts were hearty, everyone can choose something to their taste: there were omelets, waffles, vegetables, fruits, juices, pastries, meat products, local side dishes and sauces, etc.
The staff speaks excellent English, so all issues were easily and quickly resolved. If something does not work in the room or is broken, then after contacting the reception, everything was repaired or replaced within an hour.
Thanks to Abhishek from the reception for the good attitude, help and responsiveness.
I've been staying at this hotel for almost a year. Everything is fine and convenient, although the area is not the most successful. Shops, Macs, Pharmacies - everything is within walking distance and so that you don't have to go outside at all. An excellent choice for people with disabilities
The first thing I would like to write about is: do not choose this hotel if you plan to have an active vacation here with visits to many places, and if you plan to travel by metro. It takes about an hour to get to the city center, an hour and a half to get to the Dubai Marina, and 2 hours to get to the MotionGate amusement park. The problem of long trips is compounded by the fact that the subway is almost always crowded here: you have to ride standing up, and after a whole day on your feet it's very difficult. Plus, there were times when it took about 5 times to get on the train, because there was no physical space, trains do not travel often. By car, the travel time (according to the navigator) is 2 times less, so for those who will rent a car, I think they will not see any big problems with movement (this is an assumption).
It is necessary to choose a hotel for those who come here to lie on the sand by the sea, take a walk around the neighborhood and just relax. This is the first advantage of the hotel, the daily transfer to the Al-Mamzar Beach park. There is a free and paid (5 dirhams) beach. Buses take you away at 9 a.m. and pick you up at 1 p.m. It sounds convenient, but in winter, when we were there (on December 20th), it was cool at that time, and it's probably better to go there at lunch or in the late afternoon (we were there only 2 times in the morning, because we didn't have time, we wanted to visit other places).
The second advantage of the place is that the hotel is relatively inexpensive, and for the money you get a good room (although the closet certainly didn't smell very nice inside, but there were no complaints about the rest: the bed is large and comfortable, the illuminated mirrors are cool, a large TV where you can watch YouTube after a hard day on your feet; the room is spacious and has a kitchen with dishes and appliances, which can save money if you want to cook something).
There were no complaints about the daily cleaning, the water was also renewed every day, although they wrote on a piece of paper at the entrance that it was issued only once.
On the ground floor of the hotel there is a shopping center, where there is a supermarket (you can buy large shrimp for 20 dirhams, and all kinds of exotic fruits, there is no alcohol), McDonald's and various shops.
Lunches and dinners from the hotel can be obtained here at the food court (it looks like a canteen). The peculiarity is that you need to leave the hotel and go through the shopping center, on the first day it was just difficult to figure out where to eat. Otherwise, just come up and tell me the room number at the checkout. Lunch and dinner are not great, but you can eat normally, you get the first, second, vegetables, a drink, a plate of cold fruits and you can take a cake.
The breakfasts are served in the restaurant next to the food court, and I liked them. The food is delicious, maybe not very diverse, but we didn't get tired of it during the week and went to them with pleasure, while we even missed dinner once and didn't really regret it.
The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous.
If you ask, they give you an adapter (we brought an extension cord with us, so there were no problems with charging), and they open and close the window, which you can't close yourself, ostensibly for security reasons. On the very first day, they asked to open it and we lived like this for a week, without air conditioning, because it was no longer hot outside.
The hotel also has a small swimming pool and a fitness room, for which I can't say anything because I haven't been there.
Wonderful hotel, large number of rooms, excellent breakfasts, good location (buses, metro). It may not be ultra-timely, but it's clean. There is a small kitchen, you can eat by yourself, there is a supermarket downstairs. We liked everything)
I'll write right away, the review is not registered. I have rested in many places, but I have never seen such a wonderful attitude of the staff towards tourists. I am very grateful for a wonderful week in Al Bustan. Firstly, we were checked in immediately; secondly, we were allowed to leave tomorrow at three o'clock in the afternoon, we were allowed to stay, thereby we still stayed quietly on the beach and the transfer would bring us to lunch, which, by the way, we were also happy to change with another day that we were absent from the hotel (we were the whole day on an excursion). The kitchen is in the room, everything is there for cooking. The supermarket is downstairs, take it, buy it and cook. The shrimp will even be cleaned at the market.. The sea is 29, the air temp is 30. We rested and spent 100% of our time. The metro is nearby, so no problem. The food is on the food court, you have to walk a couple of meters, but it's not scary at all. It's very tasty, the portions are huge. The fish is wonderful. Look for her cons. Just take a good mood with you and the rest will be wonderful. Next year I will go to Al Bustan, well, if the prices do not rise. Yes, and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.
An excellent hotel, on the ground floor there is a shopping center with a food court, there is a bank, a grocery store, a McDonald's, a metro station in a 3-minute walk.
The breakfasts were good, everything was delicious.
We arrived at 6:30 in the morning, at 7:00 we were invited to breakfast, at 8:00 we were checked in, it was great, considering the night flight and lack of sleep.
Upon check-out, they were also allowed to stay in the room until 14:00.
The room itself is certainly not new, but the room has everything you need, the hotel staff is trying very hard, although not new, but everything is clean.
The most important thing for me is clean linen and towels, a comfortable mattress and pillows, everything is fine here.
There is also a new large TV with YouTube and a movie search in the room.
And a very good free wifi ✅
There is also a heated swimming pool and a tennis court on site.
Dubai Mall is a 40-minute metro ride away. The beach is 15 minutes away by free bus or taxi (30-40 dirhams).
From the recommendations, take a window handle with you, they are not in the room.
There were no disadvantages, the rest was excellent. We would come again.
The hotel was good, the food was varied, but even outside it was not very expensive and delicious, right across the street
I really enjoyed the Sail tours from Timur's water pipeline
Everything is fast, well-coordinated, the excursions are amazing
Very cool, just refreshed the rest
We were in Dubai for the first time, we chose a budget vacation option. The hotel is not bad, there is a two-room room for three people, electric stove, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, TV. We took an adapter to an outlet with us (I read that they can give it to the reception, but they bought it at home) and a window handle. The breakfasts are normal (omelet, scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, cake, vegetables and fruits are a poor choice. But basically everything is fine, I'm not hungry. The sea was cold, so I don't think it's worth going in February. We took 2 excursions- a sightseeing tour of Dubai, and the Emirates + swimming in the Indian Ocean- a cheaper tour from the guides who go around the hotel (more expensive from the travel agency). There are no alcoholic beverages, only specialty stores, but you have to go there (taxi, subway). Some were purchased at duty-free on arrival. The pool is warm, but small and shallow, more for children and only one, although there have always been places. There is a paid and free beach, we went to a paid one once, the park is of course beautiful to the beach, but the beach itself is not very good, the view of the sea is some kind of stones, like in Gelendzhik. Russian Russian is not well understood, download an English-Russian dictionary, or learn English
Great hotel, you didn't notice the cons. The metro station is two minutes away, you can get to a lot of places on your own, there is a small Lulu shopping center nearby in 10 minutes, you can buy something there. The hotel is large, there are a lot of rooms, at first we were a little confused, the breakfasts are wonderful, it's convenient that they take us to the beach from 7 a.m., 15-20 minutes to go
A good hotel for tourists. The metro is nearby. The supermarket is on the ground floor. A transfer takes you to the beach and picks you up. The staff is good-natured and friendly. We had a late flight, at the reception they offered to stay in the room until 15.00. I really liked everything
A good hotel, the breakfasts are super, the location is excellent, there is transport from the hotel to the beach. They offer discount coupons for the food court, but today the cost has increased by almost 60%. There is a supermarket on site. The staff solves all issues in the shortest possible time.
I liked the hotel, it was clean, very large, we arrived for a week, towels were changed twice a day, cleaned efficiently, there are many shops and a grocery supermarket in the lobby of the hotel, there are self-service ticket offices (if there is a card) conveniently.
The hotel as a whole is not bad. Good breakfasts. The location is close to the metro. There is a grocery store on the ground floor.
There is a free shuttle service to Al Mamzar Beach. there is a paid beach and a park (5 dirhams), a little further away it is free.
A nice, large hotel near the metro and not far from the airport. The room has everything you need and even a full kitchen with all the necessary equipment. There is a private pool. Delicious food. We took breakfast and dinner. The rooms are clean and large. The beach is 5 km away, so they take a bus. You can relax on both a paid and a free beach. We liked it even more on the free one. There is also a supermarket at the hotel. Although of course the hotel is located near the metro, but it's a long way to all the attractions. If it is essential for you to have the sea and attractions nearby, then choose another hotel.
The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly, they clean often, and the breakfasts are very satisfying. The hotel is located in Deira, but the metro is just 2 minutes away. The reception will solve any questions you may have, in general, we were satisfied with our 7-day stay.
15 minutes walk from the airport! Price and quality - excellent, helpful staff! We stayed in room 2203 with three rooms, two bathrooms, each with a bathtub! And the kitchen- refrigerator, stove, two sinks, a set of dishes! There are rooms for smokers. There is a supermarket on the ground floor!
The hotel itself is wonderful, the rooms are clean, the service is good, but the area from the sights of Dubai is 1.5 hours away by metro. There's nothing to do in the evening, you can splurge on a taxi. If this hotel were closer to the center, it would be priceless.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, delicious and varied breakfasts, metro is 100 meters away, shops are nearby, but there is nothing interesting within walking distance.
A hotel with a 5+ room service. If problems arise, everything is solved instantly. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. Of the cons: the hotel is of course old, as evidenced by the plumbing and bathroom, but bed linen is changed often, free water, towels and toilet paper are new every day. There is a TV, a kitchen, a kettle, etc. Transportation to the sea every day and if you walk to the left of the paid beach, it will be free. There are no sun loungers, but there are palm trees under which you can lie down and very few people. The water is clean and without waves! There is a metro nearby and just because of this, we chose this hotel because excursions are very expensive, but you can get everywhere by metro yourself, and see everything. I definitely recommend the hotel! The service of the hotel staff and the breakfasts outweigh the disadvantages. We lived in three-room apartments, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The room is normal, tired. Cleaned decently. The breakfast was normal, and there was plenty of food.
We took dinner and regretted it very much, the food was spicy, some kind of mess. Fruits and dessert are only normal. They were very sorry. You can cook in the room, everything is available. The store is downstairs. The hotel is far from the sights, only the safari park is close, the subway is crowded. Taxis are expensive and they try to take longer, even through the app. The beach nearby is great, repairs are free now, after that there will be a super beach with sports areas and cafes. The area itself is old and unsurprising. There are a lot of evening dress shops in the hotel, it's very beautiful, like at the exhibition, I'm not sure about the quality, the styles were interesting.
It's a long way from the center. The subway takes from 30 to 60 minutes each way, sometimes longer.
Nearby there is a Lu-Lu hypermarket and several smaller shops.
It is possible to have a snack or eat without leaving the hotel building for a reasonable fee.
The hotel is nice. The rooms are being updated, we got the updated furniture, and the plumbing remained the same. The location is very good if you need a beach, this is the best beach, quiet and not crowded. This is the second time we have come to this beach. We generally liked it.
I really liked it. A photo of our room. The service is excellent. The staff is kind and helpful. They took only breakfast, the restaurant was clean and cozy, the food was of high quality.
Great hotel! I recommend it right here! A gorgeous three, even with a plus! There is a good supermarket downstairs, you can buy anything you want. Very tasty shrimp, prices are 3-5 times lower than at the Marina. The metro is a 4-minute walk away. A large Lilo hypermarket is 10-15 minutes away. Transfer to the beach every day at 9 am, at 13:00 back, the beach is paid 5 dirhams per person, cleanliness, there are almost no people. The breakfasts are decent, the staff is wonderful! Buy a window handle, we haven't found it in the area. Alcohol store 2 metro stops
The center of the old town..There is a metro stop to the nearest megastores.. The breakfast is good..the rooms are an ordinary hotel, the service is excellent ++...they don't take tips))..the hotel has a market where prices are democratic..
I am at the hotel today is the first day
The hotel is somehow not enthusiastic about the word at all🤷🏼♀️
I don't even know what to call one of the advantages....
Well, probably that it is located within walking distance from the metro, McDonalds and there is a grocery supermarket nearby
The hotel is located next to the Airport 10min drive away
The hotel is very boring, like a hotel with stagnant temporary
The room seems to have everything you need, but everything is kind of shabby
Plumbing is flowing in the Bathroom and there is a puddle of water on the floor, there are 2mini tubes of shampoo, a tube of body cream, five pieces of cotton swabs and, most interestingly, a small piece of cotton wool, I assume this instead of cotton pads, the curtain over the bathroom is short, when you wash the water flows by, towels and a bathrobe are not the first freshness
There is an ironing board and an iron in the closet, but there are no hangers for clothes, the safe is not working, it was replaced by bringing it from another room, the TV does not show
The mattress on the bed looks like it's made of wood, but the bed linen is white
In general, I'm disappointed so far
Wonderful hotel "AL Bustan": clean, comfortable, cozy)))*** Located in old Dubai, ten minutes from the airport🛩️ Near the metro station from where it is convenient to travel around the city🚝 The rooms have a small kitchen where you can cook🍽️ We don't need to use it yet, because breakfast and dinner are quite enough😊 You can have a snack somewhere during the tour. Sometimes at lunch we drink tea with buttered buns in the room. There is an opportunity to take pastries or something else with you.
The room is cleaned every day. The towel is changed every day)) If necessary, change the bed linen)) Everything you need is left in the room: soap, shower gels, cotton pads, sticks, etc. Air conditioning, TV,
hairdryer, iron are available in the room.
The staff is very friendly, but there are few Russian speakers. Here there is an urgent need to know English. It's hard when you don't understand at all 🥵
The only drawback is that there is no balcony. There is nowhere to dry things, because of the increased moisture they remain damp for a long time... Therefore, you need to take more underwear and necessary replacement items.
And so the hotel deserves instead of 3 stars, that's it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Undoubtedly, we are happy for a lavish vacation in a fantastically beautiful country. We are grateful
to the staff at the reception of ABHISHER, AHMER for their competence and responsiveness. A hotel with decent service😍
Thank you for a wonderful stay🙏😘
The rooms are cozy, but not everything was cleanly cleaned upon check-in. It feels like they didn't dust or wash the plumbing before our arrival.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook or warm up food.
The hotel is well located - the metro is really only 250 meters away. Very good breakfasts. They try to fulfill the requests of the guests as soon as possible. I would stop again.
Good location: clean, cozy, close to the metro. A normal menu, reasonable prices.
There is a swimming pool, the staff is friendly, always ready to come to a meeting)
Thanks to the owner and the team - the vacation was a great success)
There is a metro nearby,
the food is delicious and varied at breakfast,
the rooms are good, and the kitchen is generally a credit.
The staff is very polite.
I liked everything.
