04.10.2023 I take from them a thing for shares: coca Cola, fanta and as a gift a mug with a logtoip of Coca-Cola. It was all sealed in a bag, it was not fashionable to see the expiration date, storage conditions and so on, on the same day at 23:00 somewhere I'll check that the fanta has an expired expiration date, on the morning of 05.10.2023. At 07:30 I go there for a refund, and they tell me: "Come back after lunch, we already closed the cash register yesterday, so we won't be able to file a refund, we'll ask another cashier for everything." After lunch at 16:30, where another cashier says to me: "Bought 04.10.2023, you need to return it on the same day, everyone knows that the cash register closes the next day" and refuse to return the money (or exchange)" I tell them that I will call the police, and I will file a refund through them, they said "Call, but we will not refund the money." I called the police, as that cashier comes to me and says, "Give that fanta, we'll give you another normal one," and I canceled the police call. Question: was it possible somehow without it!?
