When I arrived at this hotel with my family, I was greeted by a young man named Jamoldin. He kindly offered us a better room. I was glad about this. The rooms are cozy, neat and bright.
P.S.: don’t forget to write a review, it will be useful to you and others
The hotel is not bad. It is located in a quiet location, there is a bus stop nearby and a little further there is a metro station.
The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The room has a TV and air conditioning.
Good breakfast buffet. You just have to come by 8.00, otherwise you risk being hungry. Well, of the drinks there is only boiling water for tea and coffee.
There is a parking lot.
Of the disadvantages, I can only single out the work of employees:
1. During the 5 days of stay, there was never a cleaning in the room, no one took out the trash and did not change towels. Even I had to run around the floors to get toilet paper.
2. We were warned twice about moving to another hotel due to sewer repairs in this one. I do not know how to accept reservations and plan sewer repairs at the same time. Moreover, new guests came to the hotel every day. As a result, they were never transported anywhere, the sewage system worked, but this issue did not add comfort.
A quiet place. The rooms are very well decorated. There is a laundry room and even a gym. The beds and mattresses are new, clean and comfortable. The bed linen and towels are also new and clean. The room has a TV and an electric kettle.
The bad thing is that there is no refrigerator even in the common hallway.
The maintenance staff sleeps on the move. No one thinks to clean the room.to take out the trash, you need to bang all day.
The breakfast is not tasty.
And, in general, you can live.
Quiet area, metro is a 10-minute walk away, the city center is nearby. There are breakfasts and hot water...
It was once a very good hotel.
But that was a long time ago. The rooms are very "tired". The carpet can no longer be washed, the walls are crumbling, springs are sticking out of the mattresses, the hair dryer turns off after a minute from overheating. Sockets are falling out of the walls, bedside lights are not working. WiFi... consider that it is not there. etc. and I.P. - it can be listed for a long time.
The audibility is tolerable, unless you have 5 students living in the next room, introduced to themselves.
The staff is trying to help - thanks to them, there are guests who really like everything, but these 6 nights were a test of strength.
A very nice modern hotel, the room is excellent, the mom hotel is located among residential buildings.
Very close to the metro station.
Near an amusement park, supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants
In general, a good hotel for your money in the city next to the metro. In order to spend the night in comfort, relative silence and coolness will do.
Of the advantages:
1. The rooms are spacious, although they are all slightly different, even among the same segment. It so happened that we checked in/out 3 times within two weeks, and each time we were provided with different rooms and they are all a little (not fundamentally), but differ from each other in size.
There is air conditioning, a TV and a kettle everywhere, and some rooms have a refrigerator.
2. Good location - inside a residential area, quiet, you can't hear the noise and dust of a busy road. The metro is a 10-minute walk away.
3. You can pay in different currencies (amounts, dollars, euros, possibly rubles - I did not ask). They do not cheat at the rate, and perhaps they will take a little less, as indicated in the application through which you made the reservation.
4. We were twice allowed to leave a large bag and a backpack for storage for a couple of days without additional payment.
5. In general, the guys at the reception are responsive, everyone speaks Russian.
Of the cons:
1. There is breakfast, most often it is included in the price, but you can not count on it much. There's really nothing to eat. Boiled eggs, some muffins and tasteless/cold porridge. Well, packaged tea and instant coffee.
2. Toilets are often floundering, shower doors can leak.
3. Laundry is paid, we were offered a price of ~ 100 rubles for one thing and ~ 1000 rubles for one machine.
Oh, it even takes hysterical laughter from how shabby everything is in this hotel. The location is the most inconvenient, even the local guide came and the first thing he said was "how did you find this place?", but I won't dissemble here, we realized at the time of booking that the hotel is far away, so we will assume that this is our conscious choice. When checking in, they were tormented for a long time with questions about booking "and show the voucher", "send us to the phone", "have you paid?" and so on ... From the street, the hotel looks quite presentable, but when you get to the room, it's not that you don't want to take off your shoes, even it's scary to take off your clothes, to go to bed. The number is killed. Moreover, the repair seems to have been done well, but they launched everything there so much, the carpet is all stained, there was probably a leak on the wall, the material is leaving and crumbles all over the bedside table, and in the place where there was a leak, something similar to mold… They put two sheets on the double bed, since apparently they just didn't find one of the right size ... they washed in slippers in the shower, because the color of the tile is terrifying… Well, the cherry on the cake is the toilet, which stopped flushing ... Then came breakfast, I managed to eat two pieces of melon and drink black coffee… Our question is "is milk available for coffee?" the answer was "no". The breakfast food is creepy. We didn't have breakfast there anymore… We saw that there was a gym and my husband expressed a desire to visit. My husband came back and said, "I opened the tomb," no one had cleaned it since Stalin's time." On the day of the eviction, the plane was late and we went to the reception to ask to leave our things, they took us to some nook near the reception and showed us where to put things, someone's things were already there and cockroaches were running around. We're just freaking out. We are seasoned travelers, we had to live a lot not in the best hotels, but here, for the first time in my life, I wanted to write a review about the hotel so that someone would warn and he chose another place.
I managed to visit the hotel. It is located in a quiet and almost unnoticeable place. The staff is good. But the maid is not doing her job so well. Breakfast can also be varied
A very comfortable, calm, cozy option for rest and arrival. The administration and the staff are respectful and take into account all our requests. It is not the first time we have stayed with them, we are satisfied with the service, most importantly with the rooms! Well done.
It's hard to climb to the 4th floor, the room has never been cleaned in 4 days. A big plus for a varied breakfast. Breakfast is a Swiss table. Clear. Responsive staff.
It's a very nice place. Clean, cozy. There is a cleaning service, breakfast is included in the price. A towel of 3 pieces per person, slippers, shampoos, shower gels, etc. - everything is there
Of the disadvantages, they put only 1 toothbrush for four, they did not respond to the request to add it. Breakfast is not varied and is not replenished, by 9 o'clock there is practically nothing (
The administrator who worked on the night of October 27-28 is very grateful for your responsiveness and just a human attitude. Good luck in your work and good luck in everything)
Terribly dirty bed linen, I had to change the duvet covers and pillowcases on my own, because the staff did not take care of it! The blankets are scary to look at because of the disgusting yellow spots
Clean, cozy, the staff is polite, There is a young man in the administration Asror or Asrob (please forgive me if I did not correctly call by name)responsive, attentive, Thank you.
Very dirty room! Pillows, blankets and mattresses are scary to look at, they are all stained. The service is at zero, we had to change the bed linen ourselves
We arrived at the hotel, our guest did not like the room, there is no elevator in the hotel. We decided to look for another hotel, when the hotel staff came out, they told us to cancel our reservation or they would make a problem for our guest! A hotel employee came out after us and threatened that he would make a problem! I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all!

A great hotel, for reasonable money. Clean, linen is changed, tidied up, pampered with breakfast. The staff is helpful and friendly. It is located 800 meters from Chilinzar metro station, 5 minutes on foot.
Cool hotel👍Cozy, clean, comfortable, polite staff, I lived alone in a 2-bed room for 8 days, a strictly chic breakfast every morning. I recommend it to everyone
There were several times I really liked it, clean and cozy, excellent breakfast and Internet. I especially liked the roof terrace. Thank you very much, I will be there again
The room has a high ceiling, there is additional lighting by the bed, there is a weak hair dryer, a good breakfast. But it's not worth a fiver. The price is too high for such money, you can withdraw better
Relatively clean. But you need to make repairs in the shower. It is not expensive for such an accommodation. There is no elevator. At the reception, young boys can't tear themselves away from playing games on the phone and don't think about their work. We were a little worried that the reservation would be saved without prepayment (Russian Federation cards do not work). We got a call 5 times in the evening to clarify that we would definitely be in the morning. I thought it would be canceled.
The hotel is called el Arda, or rather the hostel, without comments, of course, conditions for 2-3, cleanliness for 2, paper must be asked, the bath and toilet are not cleaned, water is poured on the floor, there is nothing to clean, the package in the bucket was also asked, the fan is running very loudly, that is, it will not work to go to the toilet quietly at night), they did not give us the key to the door, we always had to ask the reception to open the door (on the 1st floor); breakfast is generally for 2, instant coffee in a bowl with a spoon, milk in an open 2.5% bag, once found mold on a piece of baking, boiled eggs, fried eggs can be eaten... in general, it is suitable for such money for an overnight stay, but if you want a more comfortable rest, then I would not advise it. The location is close to the metro, convenient and there is a cafe nearby, it is fashionable to have tea and coffee and have a snack...
A very inexpensive hotel for the price/quality. The furniture is a little tired, but some rooms have been renovated. The area leaves much to be desired...
Nice hotel, I liked it.
Free Wi - Fi 😂
There is also a disadvantage
There is no refrigerator
There is no balcony to dry clothes
No room cleaning, not once in 4 days
The main thing is not to get with tourists from Kyrgyzstan. The very noisy ones go with the whole village at once
The staff is wonderful, ready to do everything for the client.
Minus the huge pillows, it is impossible to sleep on them.
Room cleaning on request. The breakfasts, if you do not find fault, are quite good, the linen is clean, towels were changed on request without problems. Great location. In general, I liked it.
An inexpensive hotel with friendly staff. Of the disadvantages of cleaning (dirty carpets)There is no elevator on the 4th floor)breakfasts are included but the tables are not immediately cleaned) they do not track the replenishment of the buffet after the meal ends
The hotel is on 3, inexpensive, near the metro, the rooms are small, you have to go straight to 8 for breakfast, so that the food is there, you can hear the neighbors, even when talking, there was no remote control for the TV, and batteries in the remote control from the air conditioner!
The terrible staff of the hotel, came on the recommendation of a friend, was very disappointed, the price does not match the quality of the services provided. The lights were turned off, the handle in the shower is broken, as is the air conditioner in the room, the requests of the guests are ignored by the reception. For the same money, you can rent better rooms
I did not like it, the lock to the bathroom was broken, the child closed the door, but could not open it.there is no phone number to call at the reception. I had to go downstairs and talk about the problems. There were bullets from the TV, but it didn't work. Some little things , but I want to relax comfortably .
The rooms are dirty initially, the linen is stained, someone has faulty plumbing, someone has an air conditioner, for 5 days of stay, the room has never been cleaned. After making claims, the administrator said that everything would be fixed, but they did not wait...
