There is a lot of bureaucracy for a simple buyer. Go to the manager, go pay, go get it. In other companies, everything is somehow more simple: I called in advance while driving - they will bring the necessary goods from the warehouse, turned them in my hands, if everything is ok, I immediately paid and left.
Maybe your approach is nothing for legal entities, but for individuals it's too much running around.
There is something to work on!
