Аквилон, конечно же один из лучших строительных маркетов в Павлодаре, у которого как и у всех есть свои минусы)
1-вроде как большие торговые залы, но некоторых товаров выбор небольшой, например, входные и межкомнатные двери, хотелось бы побольше, некоторых товаров просто нет в торговых залах, нужно идти на склад и просить, чтобы показали, что не очень удобно.
2-Склад, персонал на складе не всегда знает где у них что лежит и могут по пол часа бегать искать, не очень удобно.
3-Заказ товаров через интернет, в последнее время стало глючить приложение, просто висит и всегда возвращает на главный экран.
4-Снова заказ через интернет, даже когда ты заказал, приезжая в магазин, ты всё равно идёшь в торговый зал и сам всё это собираешь, неужели трудно поставить человека, который будет формировать онлайн заказы? Например по указанию менеджера.
5-нет услуги на заказ (когда нет в ассортименте, но раньше был или с этой фирмой работаете)
6-не самые низкие цены, даже со скидкой порой дороже
7-расположение, несмотря на трамвайную остановку напротив магазина, без машины довольно не комфортно приезжать. Тут 3 из 5
8-маленькая парковка
Ну и конечно же о плюсах, они тоже есть.
1-Что хочется отметить так это уникальность системы покупок, тебе не надо ходить по отделам брать чек или бумажки, нужно просто сказать свой номер телефона и на него забивают твой товар, а придя на кассу и назвав свой номер, кассир сразу видит все товары, это гиперудобно, в этом вы лучшие, ну и раньше были карточки, тоже было удобно.
2-Сайт или приложение (хоть и начало тупить) всё равно по удобности очень хорошее, понятный и простой интерфейс, большой фильтр, но над фильтром нужно ещё работать.
3-Просторные торговые залы, не завалены проходы.

A chic store!!! Almost everything is there, and even more than necessary. There are firms both good and low-cost, this is very good.
Prices are not always lower than in other stores, let's say that they are mostly higher. But there are bonuses. Binding in most cases is compensated by time, convenience. No need to drive through a bunch of small shops.
I like that there are such companies as Valtec, Bosch, Dewalt, makita, Gardena!!!

Хороший большой магазин, где можно найти всё что нужно для ремонта, декора и сада-огорода. Грамотный персонал поможет подобрать нужный товар. Побольше бы таких продуманных магазинов с квалифицированными работниками. Есть бонусная система накопления баллов, всегда присутствуют скидки и акции. Доставка на любой вкус и цвет, услуги распила, установки входных дверей, подбор кафеля и коллеровка краски, расчеты и замеры кровли и фасада. Богатейшие услуги. Если строительный магазин то только Аквилон. Ни в одном магазине нет столько полезного и выгодного для покупателя как в Аквилоне.

Отличный магазин товар гораздо дешевле. Консультанты профессионалы своего дела всё объяснят подскажут помогут с выбором. Единственное если нет своего транспорта то добираться не очень удобно. А так всё отлично!!!

Сервис нормальный, цены космос, ассортимент не очень, бывают хорошие акции на электроинструмент, ламинат, монтажную пену, смотря на что нарвёшься... В целом магазин не плохой, но можно лучше...
