The aqueduct itself is high and authentic. But it is very awkwardly located - neither to make a pretty photo, nor to feel the atmosphere of the ancient world that gave rise to it. It sticks out in the middle of a dusty avenue, there is no view either behind it or in front of it, there is a small square nearby, but this does not save.
