I washed the car here 3 times, the last one was today, at Dmitry M.'s, which actually prompted the review. Each time I took the AquaSpa complex (one of the most expensive).
To summarize, the car has to be dried or washed at home every time. There are stains on the case, disks. There are smudges that are not removed when issuing a car after drying. Hand washing is selective, many places remain in static dirt. The blackening of the rubber is also not complete, but with the letter C.
Of the pleasant things for myself, I will note only the waiting area, the salon was also well vacuumed.
Wet cleaning of the cabin is also selective, apparently at the discretion of the employee.
upd: 3 stars is too much for an organization that is unable to accept constructive criticism and is looking for excuses for its employees' mistakes. Moreover, it shifts the blame on the client. If you are interested, I can tell you the addresses of car washes in Minsk, where for the same money (!) they wash cars much better than you. And the stains are removed from the openings, and they know how to dry mirrors and spoilers, and the bumpers are washed completely.
Maybe you should finally stop making excuses and start working on quality?

Sometimes it seems that you come to wash your car for free, if you make a conclusion about the attitude of employees towards customers. The service has slipped below the baseboard. Not only are they creating problems out of the blue, they are not even interested in solving this problem. When we arrived at box 3, there was 1 car in front of us. To the question "can you tell me the approximate waiting time?", we were answered "30-40 minutes, since they take two cars to the box." We stood in line for an HOUR, another employee came and said that we should wait another 30-40 minutes, since they only take one car to the box. Was it really difficult to initially say that our waiting time would be 1.5 hours + waiting for the most comprehensive washing (about 45 minutes)? We obviously wouldn't waste our time. Average washing quality with a 2.5 hour waiting time, are you serious? Moreover, we did not even hear "sorry for such a situation" after we wrote a proposal to the complaint book that we need to have a conversation with employees about the CORRECT provision of information. After a while, after reading the reviews for this place, as well as the work of the specialists and, especially, the responses to the reviews, I realized that boorish behavior is the norm of the whole team. As they say, draw your own conclusions... but this was obviously the last time we were here. Thank you for showing your true "face" :)

I will never recommend it to anyone. I have not seen such a non-selfish attitude anywhere else. I took the most expensive complex, asked the guys to clean up on their conscience, if necessary, I will pay in person, since they did not clean last time and showed in which places. After a year of visiting this sink, despite the previous shoals (I will not list them, so as not to offend much), I was once again convinced that the quality of service of this institution is not flourishing, the boorish attitude of the administrator, I called the administrator's call button repeatedly, from the fourth time they deigned to approach me with the words: I am not a methior, I finished I did my job and came up after 20 minutes . Washing is not an eco option, it is not clear why this attitude. I won't come back. I definitely do not recommend it.

On June 15, 2023, the car was washed badly for the first time inside, ordered a complex, washed and left, there were stains on the panel in front, but that's okay, wiped it with my super rag and it became clean, and when I opened the back doors the next day and saw a lot of dust in the doors, I realized that no one had wiped anything there, They probably didn't wash the windows either, they were just clean. It's not pleasant, you come to trusted places, and the quality of work deteriorates even for a price. And also, when I arrived a week later, I explained the situation to the girl at the reception, I received a genial answer: why didn't you tell me right away? And because I didn't see it right away. And she didn't even offer any bonus, as they would have done in a decent place.

I read reviews about such a wonderful car wash, we stopped by, but in fact the car was washed carelessly, streaks were left, and some parts of the car were not washed at all. Frontal - they just walked with water, it's obvious. There was no strength and mood to find out, swear and prove something.
Was it really the Moscow numbers that prompted the client to charge 24 rubles for a low-quality car wash "body / mats"?
It is strange how many years I have been washing my cars at simple, non-laudatory car washes in Brest, Minsk and Grodno, there have never been any complaints about the quality of work.

I regularly used the services of this car wash, I always took the complex, but unfortunately recently the quality of interior cleaning has become extremely poor, the guys are clearly messing around! The interior is very poorly cleaned, wet cleaning is not felt at all, the windows inside the car are not washed very well either, streaks and plaque remain, in general, after the complex you have to clean the interior yourself!The car body is washed perfectly
