The water park is decent, it can be compared with the Kva-Kva in Moscow. The good news is that there aren't many people. The slides are great, and the water is not particularly clean, but if you take into account the fact that there are problems with water in Donetsk, then everything is fine. I really liked the water park. The pools are clean, there is no smell of bleach! The slides are cool, I've been to many water parks, some of them were new to me :). Minus a star for dirty water on the slides, in some places the floors are damaged. And very expensive! In my opinion, if not all services work for you, it is possible to make an entrance cheaper. There were many more minor flaws, but I didn't find fault. Because I liked it in general.

Not all slides work, although there are so few of them. The water on the slides is dirty, with a touch. The slides are leaking in some places, and as it turned out during the rain, not only the slides, the roof after a downpour on the street also began to leak. There were not enough circles for everyone, since a large number of circles are simply deflated or torn. They were glued by employees right next to the aquazone. I turned to the staff with a question about where to get a circle, so there is no place. I was told that I need to ask people for a ride. That there are a lot of circles lowered and they physically do not have time to inflate and glue them. So this is despite the fact that there were few people in the water park. The tile (mosaic) is torn off in the Jacuzzi, you can easily damage your feet. No one cleans the toilet and showers, there is a corresponding smell.
The price for admission to the water park does not correspond to the condition and provision of services at all.
An adult is 1800 rubles, a child is 1700 rubles ( this is until 14.00).

I have been to many water parks, including the Peterland In St. Petersburg, but despite this, I always believed that Donetsk has the best slides and the water park itself. I was there in 2019, everything was fine, the whole family was delighted. We were disappointed in the same year. It's all mud, and the tiles in the pool have started to turn green. Slides in dust, bird droppings and greenery. When entering the black hill, be careful - it is very slippery, you can get killed. One of the slides (blue with a grid) was broken. There was not enough water pressure to push the circle up and people were constantly being dragged out of there by stairs. After that, the slide was closed. The aqualup inside is kind of dirty. Be prepared that the cafe is only on the street, which is not very convenient, especially in cool weather. In general, there are no questions for the staff. If you put the water park in order, everything will be fine. I hope the management will see this review and take it into account.

Who! Should I go??? What kind of fright is this??? If your staff is stupid, take it and bring it! I sent it to some guy at a table, he replied that everything was fine, go take it off. And if another "instructor" comes up with the same question?
The summer pool is still not working, but that's understandable, the weather is like this.
There's not much for an adult to catch there. It's not really possible to buy! The depth is not great, and there are too many people. Until you get to the slides with a huge circle, you won't want to do it again - maybe it's calculated. Why not organize the lifting of at least circles? Or some kind of additional platform at the top? Heavily... The next morning, the whole family has a crepature. And so - the son was delighted!

Of the obvious advantages, there are fewer people, most likely due to the dispersion of vacationers in newly opened establishments of a similar orientation. We come to Donetsk once a year to visit relatives and the mandatory program includes a visit to the water park with the whole family. So, how much were you well impressed in 2020, so disappointed in 2021!
1) The breakdown of the cost by time of visit was canceled: previously, you could stay half a day and pay accordingly, now: no matter how much you come, pay in full.
2) Now the entrance, the ticket office (one!)and the changing rooms from the main entrance. Queues are everywhere. You first need to get into the locker room with an electronic door lock (after standing for 15-20 minutes), and then somehow block the door, which is not possible immediately, because the mechanisms are apparently tired, and those who want to change clothes endlessly pull these ill-fated doors from two sides!
3) Another way of pumping money has appeared - mandatory payments.products for children under 10 years old! We didn't need to - the child can swim and we are always with him! But without these funds, they are not allowed into any pool!If you don't have your own, go buy at the entrance!
4) I'm not talking about prices at all! For a city in a state of war, such a rip-off is a crime!
5) Well, the tip of the iceberg is the brazen rude staff! In the water park itself, there is an incessant whistling for alleged violations, which just makes your head ache after an hour! Constant comments: Don't stand there, don't go there!!! YES, FOR THE MONEY THAT I PAID, I AM FREE TO DO WHAT I WANT! (WITHIN THE LIMITS OF WHAT IS ALLOWED!)
IN GENERAL, DON'T SET FOOT THERE ANYMORE! AND I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

There is no opportunity to purchase a ticket to the water park in advance, respectively, ticket sales began on exactly 10, while only one ticket office was working in the presence of a long queue. That is, buying a ticket to visit from 10 to 14, in fact, it was necessary to stand in line for an hour. When contacting the administrator, they said the second cashier is late and that's it. The directors said no, they refused to provide a book of complaints and suggestions. Then a man came up to me, saying that he was the head of security and asked me to "shut my mouth" - a very "polite" man refused to introduce himself, was rude and forbade the cashier to let me through. At the same time, I also saw that the woman in the queue was also outraged by the delay, and the cashier threw her money, saying that she would not miss it. As a result, I experienced a lot of disgusting emotions about the consumer. It is a pity, but such a bestial attitude discouraged the hunt to visit the park.

We arrived at 9:30, the opening is at 10:00, we went in at 10:30. An hour in the sun with the children. Water is not allowed on the territory, including children's water, which is not on sale. The food is relatively expensive from 100 rubles per serving. An assortment of ordinary fast food, but quite tasty. There are quite a lot of visitors, especially on weekends. For fans of the sect of "fighters against the virus" it will be very uncomfortable, you can not even remember about the "social distance". In some places, the dilapidation of the territory is very noticeable, in particular, the tiles at the children's pool have collapsed. In general, against the background of restrictive measures in the region, such as "non-strict regime colonies", the place is not bad.

The staff is unrealistically miserable - clueless, rude and very stupid. Cashiers hide under the counters, do not distinguish their site from the VK group (and everything is described differently in them and the prices are different). They raise their voices, have no idea of politeness, ethics, zero knowledge about the place where they work. In any filling station (this is not a joke), you will be served better than here. Respect yourself and don't visit this place.

What could be better than a water park? A great place to relax at any time of the year, at any age. Both the whole family and the company of young people. Splash around in the pools, ride on various slides, enjoy your vacation lying on a sun lounger. If that's what you want, you should definitely walk past the Aquasphere - by leaps and bounds and by the tenth road.
The staff are young first-year students who do not know any basics of the service sector.They just learned stupid rules and did not learn how to maneuver between the requests of visitors and the demands of their superiors. Rudeness, open rudeness from unarmed employees, is wildly annoying. The bar and kitchen are a disappointment, "sleepy flies" work there, and the kind of food discourages appetite for another couple of days. The toilets are dirty, no one is watching this. But they actively monitor the guests (I emphasize the GUESTS) of the institution with a swimming pool. Everything is "impossible", everything is categorically "no". In the 21st century, you cannot take photos on the territory of the water park without paying for this service. The cost, by the way, is several times more expensive than a 3-hour visit to the water park itself. The deck chairs are dirty, broken in some places. The floor inside the building leaves much to be desired - to visit the slides, of course, you need to walk barefoot, seeing a battered and falling apart floor, sometimes you also want to disinfect shoes, not that bare feet.
A few slides don't work, but that's the lesser of the evils.
A smoking area on the summer playground is located 5 meters from the children's pool.It's brilliant!By the way, pieces of paving slabs and some building materials are scattered on this site (this can be hidden from visitors).It's not even about aesthetics, but about the presence of possible wounds with bare feet, the proximity of all these objects from children, as well as from the pools themselves (then all these construction crumbs float in the pool).
And, another visit to the VIP area exceeds the cost of renting a two-storey mansion for a day.
The opening hours of this place are only until 18.00 in the summer (summer playground). Maybe it's better to do it before 14.00 and kick visitors out on the street in their swimsuits and swimming trunks for a lunch break?
I hope, I really hope that the administration of this institution will eventually come to its senses and begin to change for the better.What I haven't noticed in the last 3 years!

The water is clearly below 26 degrees of the declared. Cold. Cafeteria -the food is terrible, especially chicken chopsticks for 120 rubles. There are boorish people working in the cafe. Plus, I can bet for saunas. And an adequate cost. But due to the fact that it is cold in the park, people are crammed into saunas like herring in a barrel. The toilets stink. We're not going back. If the attitude towards the guests does not change.
