I always liked this store, we bought animals there more than once and everything was fine. The staff is polite and the store itself looks very good.I don't know what happened now.in January 2023, I came for a guinea pig, even in the store I noticed a wound on my back, I thought it was just from a run-in with other pigs, after examining it at home, I realized that it was a fungus.they took me to a ratologist and it turned out to be lichen . We are lucky that we have observed quarantine and all safety standards. After 2 months, we decided to go there again and were horrified.with the naked eye, the focus of infection on the babies was visible.it is clear that no one does disinfection of the windows, the drinkers are dirty, everything is dirty, the feed in large bags is on the floor in an open form.There are cats in the store that can spread the infection throughout the store.they asked for a book of complaints (they didn't give it to us), the saleswoman offered to talk to the director, who turned out to be even more rude, argued and was rude, didn't want to hear me at all and somehow solve the problem. It 's your reputation and money, how can you treat animals so negligently ?? We left treatment recommendations and a phone number, but we all know what will happen to these animals. I am sure that the director is not only a boor, but also a knacker!!!! I am not asking for compensation for the treatment and sale of a sick animal.only a good attitude and a clean territory for animals!!!
