Not bad (for Abkhazia), at the level of the Turkish troika. We were in October, breakfast and dinner are included in the price, the food is not delicious. But for lunch (for a fee) the food is for five, the prices are Moscow.
The pool is warm but small. The other two are without heating. The territory is very small, but beautiful, the pictures turn out super, apparently that's the focus :)
I didn't like the beach, it's not cozy.
The rooms are five, cozy and pretty, Underfloor heating, everything is there for a comfortable stay.
There is nowhere to walk around, abandoned buildings, construction sites, roads are broken. In the evening it was scary to go out, we used a taxi.
The animation seems to be great, for kids 5+, but the boy in the animation is kind of nervous.
In general, it's not bad, for a four. For those who have not been anywhere, it will seem like paradise (especially after other hotels in Abkhazia). They picked up the intestines, although they drank the purchased water, did not swim in the sea and ate only at the hotel.

Just arrived with my husband from Abkhazia. We rested in this hotel. The room was 210. The cleanliness is perfect, the room is cleaned every day. In-room bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, safe, clothes dryer. Breakfast buffet. We didn't take lunch and dinner. The staff is very polite, from the maid to the reception. The territory is well-groomed, landscaped. Four swimming pools, one heated. The beach with sun beds, the sea is clean. We are very satisfied. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I'll start in order:
1. The staff is polite, but absolutely does not try to help in solving problems.
(On the first day of check-in, we lost the remote control from the air conditioner, when asked to bring a spare remote control, we received the answer: "look, there is no spare one.")
2. We were promised to provide a baby stroller, as a result, we are waiting for the 3rd day.
3. The food is mediocre (as simple as possible, not varied).
4. There is a construction site around the hotel (noise, dust, construction debris).
5. According to the management of the hotel, visitors should carry washing powder, bleach and laundry soap with them. (Not all items are accepted for washing, and the washed ones are returned with stains).
6. No one thinks about the safety of children, balconies, open corridors are not blocked. Slippery floor.
7. Bad Internet connection.
8. You will not be able to order anything in the room. (Clean towels, food, drinks, etc.)
9. Located on the edge of the city, it is extremely inconvenient to get out to the center.
10. The children's pool is dirty, without heating.
11. Bad light in the rooms. (The light bulbs are not working).
12. The beach bar is closed.
13. There are no beach umbrellas.

This year we were a little disappointed with the rest.
We spent a whole year remembering last year's vacation at the hotel and counting the days.
On my recommendation, at least 3 families came to the hotel.
The announced hammam and the new spa complex have not been launched. There is no Wi-Fi in the room or on the beach. Only the news is shown on TV, there is no further channel.
We left a request with the administrator 3 times, they said they would fix it. But nothing has changed.
I don't understand the difference if you come in August or June. It should be equally GOOD!!!!

The hotel is super! Come and you won't regret it! Food, cleanliness at the highest level! The staff is polite and considerate! Your own piece of the beach. Bar. Concerts and performances for adults! Special thanks to the group of wonderful animators for working with children, they were engaged from 9.00 to 21.00.
Now the cons are so that you don't think that the review has been purchased:
1. Refrigerator for wine in the room. What for? Put a regular office refrigerator. It is cheaper and more practical.
2. The coating around the pool becomes very slippery when it gets wet. I almost fell down myself.
3. The veranda of the 1st floor flows like a colander. We left things on the dryer, it started raining at night. Everything is soaked.

We stayed at the hotel from December 30, 2023 to January 3, 2024.
We have not been to Abkhazia in the 21st century. I wanted to escape from the Moscow winter into warmth and greenery. And it succeeded.
The hotel is quite new, built in 2018, but the plan is not finished and construction continues. Yes, the video exhibition on the hotel's website is already outdated and there is a large outdoor swimming pool and a construction site of a spa complex on the site of the volleyball court. For this reason, all the equipment works in the rooms and the furniture does not fall apart. There are enough sockets for all the guests' gadgets and they are located in convenient places. The lighting is well thought out, the door opens with a bracelet. Another rare thing: the room has underfloor heating. Not without humor, of course: the safe turned out to be non-working, in my opinion because of dead batteries. The administrator promised to send a specialist tomorrow. Indeed, the next day a specialist arrived and tried to replace 4 old batteries with two new ones, however, the safe did not work. After telephone conversations with another specialist, he tried to take the safe to the hospital for repairs. At this point, I had to step in and show the specialist where the screws with which the safe is bolted to the cabinet are located. He had to call for help. Together, the specialists coped with unscrewing the safe and returned it to its place on the same day. But they forgot to screw it back on. And the safe turned into a convenient metal box in which you can take out all the valuables from the room at once and quickly, well ... so as not to look in your pockets and so that the closet would not interfere.
Our plane was delayed, arrived 4 hours later and dinner at the hotel was already over. But we must pay tribute to the hospitality: the administrator Maya made sure that we were left and served a late dinner.
The hotel is positioned as a 4-star family hotel. I think it should be borne in mind that stardom in different locations has different criteria. Comparing with the 4 stars in the Russian Federation (for example, Alean network on the Black Sea), I want to note that there is no separate children's menu for children (baby food in cans, milk, steamed, baby portions, etc.), all dishes are only for an adult table. There is also no children's cafe with confectionery. The food was quite varied and I had enough with average requests. But it should be borne in mind that there are no several display cases in baking and confectionery, numbering 24 different products, as in Alean. It's good if two on two or three trays are offered 4 types. The same can be said about salads and fruits. The food is 3 stars. But it's delicious. They always ate too much.
A huge plus is a heated swimming pool with a water temperature of 30 degrees. But there are two pools, and the second one is large, new, well-equipped - cold, you don't buy in December. The view outside the window is somewhat spoiled by the ongoing construction: another residential building is being built. But somehow slowly and not noisy. Worse, there is no sound insulation in the rooms at all and not only the neighbor's snoring can be heard, but in general - everything he says in the next room. (Woe to those who have neighbors with small children). And it's too bad that there is no paved road to the hotel, only a primer that turns into mud in the rain. So don't expect to walk around the city in high-heeled shoes.
The staff has not yet been trained to smile and say hello, there is something to work on. And sometimes, even though she is silent, you can read on the waitress's face everything she thinks about you.
There was still not enough clarity in the organization: that is, I ask the organizer of the New Year's Eve party in what form it will be held, he says that it is a buffet. I'm clarifying how the seats will be distributed, whether by numbers or by companies. He replies that there is no need to borrow anything in advance. We arrive at the appointed time: everything is organized not by a buffet (standing), but by a banquet (at the tables) and, of course, all the tables are already occupied by strong young guys with whom a disabled person with a stick cannot win competition. As a result, he stands against the wall as long as he can until he falls. Was it worth warning the truth in advance?
Or ordering a transfer: an hour late is a common thing. But why not just say that it happens. Instead, "he may be delayed for 10 minutes," then "I will definitely be there in half an hour." It is good that an inner voice when ordering a transfer suggested that it is better to listen to the administrator and order an hour earlier. Again, thanks to Maya!
In general, the place is good. But it is still being built and improved. I think that in 2 ... 3 years it will be possible to come here without any doubt from all over the Russian Federation. In the meantime, it is good for tourists living nearby who have the opportunity to come by car for a few days.

Great hotel! Excellent rooms, cleaning every day. The buffet is decent, the quality is excellent. Animation for children all day, they work perfectly, especially animator Lyudmila, sincerely loves children. I especially liked the attitude of the hotel management, they are on site all the time, they improve the quality of the hotel and, as a result, rest! The sea and the beach are good, there are always sun beds with umbrellas, although, of course, they often occupy the first row with towels. A warm swimming pool is on site, and another large swimming pool is also being built, but the construction does not interfere. When they launch it, I think it will get even better. We rested from 28.06 to 03.06.

There are 2 pools with warm and ordinary water, in which I spent the whole vacation and never swam in the sea for the first time.
The food in good canteens is delicious and always varied.

A good hotel, I agree that probably in terms of price / quality ratio it is not better to find in Abkhazia.We had a family room with a terrace on the ground floor, large, comfortable, in-room kettle, tea, bath accessories, towels, bathrobes,slippers. Of the disadvantages, I can note that the sound insulation is very poor... You can hear the TV from the next room as if it works for you...To the beach, 200 metro is very convenient, there are sun beds and umbrellas. Good food, there is not a huge variety, but everything is delicious. There are always 3 hot meat\chicken\fish to choose from. Excellent animation, 1 out of 4 stars of this hotel can definitely be given for animation.Since the hotel is small, children receive a lot of attention from the animators. well, the main disadvantage of crossing out my next visit to this country is rotavirus. But there are no complaints about the hotel. they have dietary nutrition for the sick and a medical office, with a doctor who can give an injection of cerucal!!!/)

We visited hotels in 2022. I really liked it. We arrived again in July 2023. We really liked it. There used to be one bossein, now there are three, there is also a Jacuzzi, wine, beer, champagne, milkshakes are free, bossein has ice cream. We are pleasantly surprised. Good service, excellent delicious cuisine. Live music. Animators work with children all day. The program is diverse. In 2022, the ensemble of Abkhazia came to beautiful dances, songs about the Motherland about love, it was a pity they were not there this year. We recommend it for family holidays. We are resting here now, the hotel is good, the renovation is fresh, everything is clean. The food is good, delicious, but the choice is not great.. After a week of rest, you get tired of eating the same thing. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, linen is changed once every 3 days. The animation is good for children, but adults are bored in the evenings. The sea is 3 minutes away, the beach is good, the sea is clean, the pebbles are small when entering, there were always enough sun beds. The view from the room is gorgeous to the mountains and the sea, if you do not look down at the devastation that surrounds the hotel. There is a market nearby, and the local pyaterochka, which has very attractive food prices, is even cheaper than in Russia (I was surprised)

We had a rest with my husband and children from 29.08 to 05.09. The hotel is excellent, polite and considerate staff. There was a late check-in, dinner was left. Animation - the children are delighted, there is a Thirst bar nearby, very tasty food and drinks. Everything is clean, rooms are cleaned daily, towels are replaced constantly. The food is excellent, but the menu is monotonous))). To the sea 2 min. The only thing is rotovirus, everyone is sick, but it's not the fault of the hotel, the fault of the "dirty" sea!!!The children got sick the night before they left, but 2 injections of cerucal and everything is fine. We will definitely come next time!!!!

Wonderful hotel! The rooms are clean, beautiful, and have everything you need. The daily cleaning is good, the staff tries to fulfill any request. A pool with hot, I would say, water!!! 😄 In any weather. A great restaurant, the food is simple but delicious, the only thing I would do a little more on the children's menu, often the meat was in batters or with spices, but you can still choose something. The staff at the restaurant is very friendly, understanding, there are a lot of children and, accordingly, they create additional hassle and fuss, the hostess is a sweet girl! The animation guys are working great, the kids club is good! We had a vacation in April and couldn't enjoy the sea, but the hotel compensated for its absence. If we return to Abkhazia only here! 🤗

We had a rest in June. We did not meet with champagne. We arrived earlier and waited 1.5 hours for check-in. but they checked us in early. The rooms are humid, the neighbors' cigarette smoke gets into the room, the building is noisy from the window. The audibility is high. 3 swimming pools (one cold for children, one cold for adults and one heated. the sea is good. The animators are great. It's a bit boring for adults ((I don't understand why the all-inclusive package doesn't include Abkhazian champagne, only wine - we didn't get the wine. They bought alcohol for money. A wonderful hotel. But! At the end of March, there is a power outage 3 times a day: 4-6 hours, 12-14, 20-22. Absolutely everything is turned off, there is no water at this time either. The welcome drink stated on the website is not provided. The rooms are great, clean and new. The deluxe sea rooms are the best. The sun loungers by the pool are gorgeous. The pool is not always warm. Leaving the hotel towards the city can be terrifying, there is a construction site around.

We had a vacation in Abkhazia for the fourth time, we love this country, the Country of the Soul! There is something to compare it with, we were in different seasons and in different hotels and boarding houses, so Aquamarine is a 5-star level, even outside Abkhazia.
The beach is within walking distance, the food is on the level, a nice promenade with a Ferris wheel and several attractions is within walking distance. There is something to do in the evenings. In general, you can write a lot, I will say that we will be happy to come back again!

we rested at the hotel from 07.08 to 08/16/2023, the choice of the hotel was based solely on reviews on Yandex, and now I want to supplement this resource with my own reviews:
1) the hotel is undoubtedly very worthy not only for Abkhazia, but also for our Black Sea coast. The territory is small, but everywhere is clean (cleaned regularly) and cozy. The plantings are growing up, I am sure that in a few years the territory will be greener;
2) the food is good, a solid four, for me personally, the lack of local cuisine was a minus. The choice is huge: fruits are plentiful for breakfast, lunch and dinner, empty containers were quickly filled, there was a shortage only for desserts - they stayed for an hour for a meal, you may not have enough cupcakes. The menu is predictable, the assortment alternated every other day, so today it is clear what will happen tomorrow, but in general everything is delicious and everyone will find something to eat for themselves. Live music is played daily during dinner;
3) the service is good (I don't know where there are so many negative reviews about the reception staff here - all the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful). Special thanks and respect to the bar staff (really cool guys);
4) the animation is excellent, both old and young can occupy themselves, but children under 5 years old are not interested there, because the majority of vacationing children are already adults and do not take little ones to play. In this case, the kids can occupy themselves in the children's room, under the supervision of their parents. In the evenings, cartoons are shown on the terrace of the children's club, but there is a minus - there are not enough ottomans for all children, they had to take a place in advance and if the child moved away, then his place will be immediately occupied. It is unclear why adults occupy ottomans on an equal basis with children? why can't you sit on the benches next to where the kids are sitting, who didn't have enough space;
5) The rooms are modern and large (we had a Deluxe Sea, so a beautiful view from the window was provided). The repair is good, everything worked, the air conditioner coped;
6) the rooms are cleaned daily, the maids are friendly (they wrote here that they are straight beauties, I would not say so - ordinary women of Oriental appearance) but here I will immediately write a minus - the linen was changed 1 time, on the 4th day, there was no question of any change of linen on the 3rd day! Towels were changed and replenished with shower gel/shampoo kits - daily;
7) the pools are large and relatively clean (clean only immediately after cleaning, dirt, stones, hair are already visible after lunch). The pool in front of the hotel is warm, it is not possible to swim in the heat. The next one is wonderful, just during our stay, the sun beds were changed to soft sofas, everything is super, but I immediately write a minus, which for the most part refers to vacationers, not to the hotel (although it would not hurt the staff to perform their duties according to the announcement that I saw in front of the warm pool) - vacationers, a question for Why do you need to place your belongings and towels on the sun beds near the pool early in the morning (usually at 7 a.m.) and not appear there for 5-6 hours? Why do you only think about yourself? it's fun to watch when all the sun beds around the pool are occupied with personal belongings and there are no shoes - accordingly, you are not in the pool! In 8 days, only once a hotel employee collected all the towels and personal belongings, freeing up the sun beds!
And yes, vacationers again - is it necessary to rinse your feet in the pool when walking from the beach? after all, people swim there! after complaints at the reception, a footwash faucet was installed on the street (along the path from the sea);
8) the location of the hotel on the outskirts is real - around landfills, construction sites, abandoned buildings, it's good to go close to the market. To all motorists arriving at the hotel by their own transport - Yandex navigator leads incorrectly to the hotel, you will arrive at the exit of the hotel to the beach, and you will go through the dump, almost along the beach. A relatively normal check-in (over bumps) through the Gagra market;
9) beach - sun beds and umbrellas will always be available, but a vacationer from outside the hotel will definitely nestle next to you, it's okay to roll out your mat or towel right next to your sunbed. The beach is not closed, a lot of vacationers move quietly along it, during our vacation there were a lot of people - you can't swim quietly near the shore, you will definitely touch someone with your hand or foot. The sea, in my opinion, is dirty (a lot of branches, sticks, nuts), but again, all this is individual and depends on the weather (it rained almost every night), the sea stormed regularly, for 8 days there were only 3 days of relatively calm sea, and so there were cases of very dirty sea (in the photo);
10) the Thirst bar - there you will always find really Sukhumi beer at 150 rubles / bottle (although right there on the beach a person sells 100 rubles) or pizza (which you may have enough at the snack bar near the pool - hello to vacationers who are gaining pizza/sausages in dough, because no one limits the number of hands). In the evenings, loud music, it takes a little getting used to falling asleep in a hotel under the boom-boom-boom, even with the windows closed, is annoying. It is more logical to turn down the volume after 23:00, the hotel is positioned as a family and there are really a lot of children, I don't think they need loud music.
Now the cons (in my personal opinion):
1) the all-inclusive concept on the website indicates draft Sukhumi beer is a hoax! the beer is Russian (DON according to the guys from the bar), and you can see it from the bottles (although without labels). Drinks at the bar are the cheapest (everything that is better is for money), generally drinking. The prices at the bar are high, the benefit is that you can sign up for a room and pay off at check-out;
2) I don't know if it's a minus or not, it's just some kind of misunderstanding - the resort fee, which no one warned about, is charged upon check-in;
3) rotavirus is just a ppts, feel free to throw 2-3 days out of your rest, a daily queue at the medical center, the search for the nearest pharmacy is provided to you (if you did not take medicines with you). We swam in the pool (because of the dirty and raging sea), cleaned our teeth from the cooler, but still everyone got sick. Tip - go straight to the medical center, you will be given at least min water and a thermometer)));
4) periodic blackouts, especially in the evenings, generators can not cope, so there is no light regularly for several minutes, and there are around in hotels;
5) the price is unreasonably high, well, where is 22,000 rubles per day, although it's all individual and probably acceptable in the current situation, it's just unusual to give such money for a "domestic" hotel.
Thank you for reading the review to the end, I advise you to take off your bracelet when leaving the hotel, because the price for a taxi and on the market will immediately be cheaper; do not book excursions from the hotel, the same bus that brought vacationers from the tour is ready to go with you for 1000 rubles cheaper bypassing the hotel.
When we were at the hotel, I wanted to write a direct negative review, but there were generally positive emotions, so solid 3 stars.
PSS I will not return to this hotel again.

Who likes to walk along the embankment, then it is necessary to move to the right (there is really no passage there, everything is destroyed) first, go to the market and go back to the shore and from there you can walk. If you go to the left along the shore, there is nothing there. The beach is pebbly everywhere, fortunately you can take comfortable shoes near the market. Among the disadvantages is the location of the hotel, around the construction site, the lack of a normal road to the hotel. I am very surprised by the pleasant reviews about nutrition, in my opinion the food is very poor. So meager that the last days of their stay they went to eat at a cafe on the beach or left. But worse, in addition to the lack of variety, and also not tasty, the fish is dry, the porridges are tasteless, not washed.
In general, we were in Abkhazia for the first time, there is a place to go, we were on Lake Ritz, rafting, quads, sea fishing, rented saps. In the evenings, you can go to the park, go far, not everywhere there is a road along the embankment.

- the room was taken with a terrace, on the first floor. Very convenient, next to the pool. Big, cozy, everything is clean, new, beautiful. Cleaning comes daily, replenishes supplies of cosmetics, tea. The room has a view of the construction site of the neighboring hotel, but it didn't bother us at all
- territory. It can give odds to Turkish hotels easily. Small, compact. Three swimming pools, one of them heated, one for kids. Beautiful instagram boars (emphasis on the second syllable) - they are absolutely free (unlike the same Turkey), there is a volleyball court, a sandbox with a canopy, a cable car attraction, a mini club with animators!
- the beach is across the street, there are sun loungers and umbrellas. Armbands, circles, strollers for children are available on the territory of the hotel. Everything can be taken for free.

- the hotel charges a deposit of 1000 rubles for accommodation. It will be returned to you upon eviction, or you can order something at the bar for this amount.
- there is a nuance. The hotel is on the outskirts and construction is going on around. Walking distance to the infrastructure is 10-15 minutes. It's a little heavy in the heat. But I am glad that it is in terms of a beach holiday that the hotel is ideal and it has everything in order not to go anywhere once again 😅

We were in October, when the sea was already cool and you could get a wonderful experience - akin to a Russian bath - from the sea, after walking a couple of hundred meters, dive into a heated pool. There is also a positive prospect - a whole complex of swimming pools with chill zones is being completed on the territory. The market is a 5-7-minute walk away. The girls from the reception were very pleased;) - they are nice, professional, but not formalized. In principle, given the heated pool, you can drive almost all year round.

Without children, it's great too! The store-market is nearby. The beach bar is open during the season. The beach is pebbly, but clean! Dolphins come regularly. In general, delight and adoration!

We had a vacation in early June 2021 with our family. We came by car. In general, I liked everything, the rooms, the food, the service. A warm swimming pool, Parking for cars. In general, it is clear that the staff and the owner are trying their best.
Packaged wine, which is given out as a compliment at dinner, but the staff does not mind, you can bring your own, they will even help you open a bottle with a corkscrew.
Of the cons:
There is no toilet by the pool, only a shower and a locker room
There is no changing room, no shower, no toilet on the beach
As is customary, there is no lifeguard near the water either.

The very small territory of the hotel itself, everything is on top of each other, there is little greenery.
Well, of course, there is desolation around the hotel, but probably only with time the situation will improve.

We spent a week in this hotel. They were chosen based on a recommendation. 3 swimming pools, restron, all inclusive system. The beach is a minute walk away.
There is animation for children, an outdoor cartoon every day, a foam party, and volleyball for adults. Gagra is nearby, you can walk.

We rested for two weeks in June 2023! This is the best holiday hotel for parents with children. I would even say that this is for parents who are tortured by children and work, because you will be able to relax in this hotel!
Due to the fact that the territory is very thoughtful and small, you can safely let children walk around the hotel, where they will either hang out in a children's club with animators, or find something to their liking in special playgrounds: a rope mini playground, a gym, a sandbox or a children's pool.
There are 3 swimming pools on the territory and the sea is 50 meters away with its own beach, so water treatments are guaranteed to you. And if you're lucky, you'll get a great view of the frolicking dolphins.
The beach is clean and well maintained.Towels are provided for each family member and changed as soon as necessary! There are always sun beds and staff on the beach and, very importantly, there is an Internet throughout the hotel, including the beach.
Everything is for the convenience of vacationers!
The food at the hotel is excellent! For every taste. In two weeks, we didn't get bored of anything, because there is a lot of choice! And what's great is that the meal hours are long enough and the children managed to eat twice. Plus an ice cream and pizza snack in the afternoon. Delicious milkshakes! Just a bomb)))
And in the evening there is always live music during dinner.
A doctor works at the hotel every day!
There are also quite reasonable prices for laundry! 50 rubles is a child's thing. In short, rest for moms from household chores is guaranteed.
The rooms are stylish and comfortable – we lived in a family room, and then in a suite. Very comfortable and clean and beautiful in all rooms.Everything is thought out as much as possible for the convenience of guests.

So if you have children from 0-13 years old (teenagers may be bored), then this place is perfect for you!!!! That is why 95% of vacationers here are families with children.
