Rest from December 3 to December 10, 2024. We have recently returned and while the memories are fresh, I will write a short review. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I'll start with people, of course. Very positive people cleaned our room, met us in the morning/ afternoon/evening. I'll write right away, so as not to write separately the cons – these are the girls in the restaurant: where are your smiles? It feels like they were sent to a restaurant as punishment for the seven deadly sins) I don't even want to remember, never mind.
We took a break at breakfasts and dinners. Just a low bow to the cook! It was gorgeous, varied, delicious and all that can be said good. There was everything you could order and eat. A large beautiful restaurant area.
By the way, the territory is small, but it has a children's room, exercise equipment, a ball court, three swimming pools (one of which is heated even in winter). The pool was cleaned every morning, there were no complaints about its cleanliness (although we had experience with dirty basques).
It was cleaned several times in seven days, everything was fine with us. A smiling and talkative woman always lifted the mood. We send her big greetings!
The room itself. We were checked in even before the appointed hour without any problems. In my opinion, this is how it should be, if the room is ready to move in, why pickle the arriving people? The room itself is fresh and clean. Heated floors from below- lovely! The bathroom, toilet are all standard and clean. They gave out snow-white boiling robes and a bunch of different towels, hygiene kits.
Like cons. To get from the market to the guest house, there are about 150 meters of road in the middle of a wasteland, of which probably 70 meters without lighting. We turned on the flashlights on the phone and walked. There are no problems getting there by taxi at all.
The windows of the room overlooked partly the construction site and partly the sea. We didn't feel any discomfort.
Since we arrived in the evening, the light turned off, but immediately turned on from the generator. Yes, this is Abkhazia. The TV was malfunctioning, and one day the techs were called.support, a worker immediately came, pressed some settings and everything worked again. But the picture sometimes lags a lot and it's not worth counting on TV. There are 9 channels, broadcast from Adler. There were the main ones and those that are TV series about cops)
The lighting of the hotel is beautiful and bright. There are well-groomed greenery all around. The elevator was working.
When calling the reception, the receiver was immediately picked up and the issue was resolved, great fellows.
The price of a question from Yekaterinburg from December 3 to December 10 is 67 500 rubles. Flight, transfer , accommodation, meals morning/evening.
We went to the beach once. The large filling structure for the sun beds was monumental.

Great hotel! It is located next to the sea, the food is simply gorgeous, the buffet has something to choose from and everything is very tasty, the rooms are fresh and designed, the hotel recently opened and you can see what they did with their soul, it was nice to live, the children really liked the animation and the nemo kids club, spent all day there! We were at the New Year, swam in the pool, the water was warm and clean, we were at the New Year's buffet too, I really liked it, thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay!

It's a beautiful place. We went with friends. The buffet is delicious. You can take dinner separately, it is very convenient if you did not have time to eat on the tour. I swam with my daughter in the pool. Heated swimming pool. I liked the design, very beautiful rooms, lighting lamps and recreation areas. There is an exit to the beach. They didn't forget about the children either, an animator works daily, and full-length cartoons are watched in the evening. We liked it, we will definitely come again.

A great hotel for family holidays. We stayed at this hotel at the end of May. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and service. Briefly about the advantages: a good location away from the noise on the beach, delicious and varied food, cozy rooms, interesting children's animation, heated and cold swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff, live music during dinner. There is a shop and a market near the hotel. We were satisfied with the rest, I thank my friends for recommending this hotel.

A wonderful hotel, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There are all hygiene products in the room. Shampoos, conditioners, creams. Kids have steps for the convenience of washing. There are several types of lighting in the room itself. The restaurant has several types of high chairs for children of all ages. A warm pool, a pool for those who like cooler water. Plenty of sun beds for every taste. If you want a standard one, you want to lie right in the water. For those who like to lie around, and maybe even sleep, there are covered soft beds. The territory itself is small, but everything is very compact. Playground,football field,kids club. The animators are not very friendly, but we didn't need them. The sea is 50 meters behind the gate. Be sure to take special sneakers. The hotel itself is located on the outskirts of Gagra. The store is a 10-minute walk away. But because of the eternal Abkhazian problem with stray dogs, I did not walk with the children, only a taxi. The food is delicious. There are not a lot of dishes, but let them give two types of soup, but they are always very tasty. The staff is at the highest level. Any request was executed within 5 minutes. Rotovirus has not bypassed us, but this is not a problem of the hotel, but of the Black Sea coast. Drink preparations for the gastric microflora in advance

Great club hotel. Perhaps one of the best in Abkhazia after the Amra Hotel. The territory is small, but well maintained. The rooms are spacious, high-quality furniture and plumbing. The best thing here is nutrition. Buffet. There is everything for every taste. Several types of meat dishes, always different fish, coffee machine, sweets. Even salmon is lightly salted. In the evening, the restaurant plays live music. Great warm, even hot outdoor pool. The sea is 30 meters away.
Amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, responsive. I left expensive headphones in the room. I've already called from Moscow. No one took the headphones. Carefully packed and transferred with other guests to Moscow. I was touched. Thanks to administrator Lana.
On the territory there is a good children's club, a rope park, a playground, even a football field. We planned to stay here for a couple of days, but in the end we stayed for the whole vacation.
From small shortcomings. There is a construction site nearby. The windows overlooked it. But this is temporary. There is also a reconstruction of the indoor swimming pool. But we had enough open hot.

A cozy modern hotel with a beautiful territory, wonderful and delicious food, wonderful pools and excellent service!!!)We rested in the Family Room with a balcony on the 5th floor from June 9 to June 15, 2023. The room is comfortable and cozy, there is everything you need! Cleaning daily!)The view from the room to the mountains and the Europa Hotel (this is both a plus and a minus).Minus sometimes loud music from cafes and from a nearby hotel, as well as very colorful singing of frogs in the evenings))).Very pleasant and helpful hotel staff, thank you so much for such an atmosphere))) There is not enough faucet on site or near the beach exit to wash your feet after visiting the beach. During our vacation, there was a birthday of the hotel with pleasant surprises (ice cream in the afternoon and a cake for dinner).

A great place, a delight!!! We were at this hotel for the New Year holidays. The guys are handsome animators, they entertained both children and adults. The food is delicious and varied, very tasty. One small wish for coffee with milk was very desirable (latte or cappuccino), and coffee machines make only Americano and espresso. The location is gorgeous. In general, I really liked it, so much so that we are going again in the summer))))

In general, the service is more likely to suffer. It is not clear how children are considered upon check-in, given that everything was indicated at the time of booking. As a result, for 3 adults and 3 children (5.3, 1.3 years old) We were offered two rooms. Each has a large bed and a sofa. Upon check-in, each room had two sets of towels. The beds are made and that's it. They brought a bed for the baby with sides and a set of bed linen for this bed to another room. Where to sleep for two more children is not clear, pay extra. As a result, we bitterly agreed to make up the SOFA ALREADY AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM. So it was possible to somehow exist normally. But they stubbornly brought only 4 sets of towels, no matter how many they asked for.
Food, well, failure. It's just the same thing every day. Without any variety, a couple of salads, cabbage and carrots in Korean, I ate it there for a couple of years ahead. In general, of course you can eat well, but when you're there for 10 days, you think about how much you can. In the evening, there is live music in a small room for eating food. In general, of course it's fine, but not for such a room, it was always very loud, so it's not even possible to have a conversation. From the series, I sat down, ate quickly and was free. There is not much variety for children. There are compotes in the main restaurant. But on the beach there is one soda like duchess, there was a coke a couple of times, but it quickly ran out. Well, milkshakes can be different, some in the morning, others in the afternoon, and others in the evening. For adults, champagne for breakfast, chic yes. Not tasty :) but here, of course, the taste and color.
The area around the hotel is not gentrified, apartments are being built nearby, but this does not interfere with living, only visually.
Overall, the hotel is not bad. The best nurse there is, unfortunately, we never had to contact her.

The hotel is 5+, we really liked everything, although we were already out of season. We swam in the heated outdoor pool, went to the spa. Great hotel, near the sea!
Wonderful recreation area, 3 swimming pools on site.
There is a children's club "Captain Nemo", animators are responsible reliable guys with an interesting entertainment program for children and adults: morning exercises, dance contests and competitions.
Pleasant and comfortable staff service, especially in the restaurant. A large range of food!
We got a chic, comfortable, spacious deluxe room with a view of the sea and the pools. Everything is cozy and clean.
The only thing missing is a fitness center for training, which turned out to be under construction. A small minus is that it is better not to go outside the perimeter of the hotel towards the city, construction sites, unrepaired roads
(the city is recovering and building other hotels)…
I would like to visit it again, especially since the fitness center will already be ready for operation.

We are resting from August 17, 2024 tomorrow 02.09.2024 we leave. 16 days in one go!!! I really liked the hotel!!! 11 out of 10!!! I recommend. Now I know exactly where to go, We are vacationing with two children of 4 and 5 years old with my husband. Perhaps I'll start the description with the fact that we had a late check-in, but the buffet was waiting for us even though dinner was already over. What we were incredibly happy about, the journey was long, 5 hours plane, transfer from Sochi, crossing the border (here we were lucky too, passed quickly). The room is cozy, clean, towels are changed and the room is cleaned every day. Bed linen replacement in three days. The staff is very polite. All days I was surprised at the girls in the restaurant, smart guys, all day at work from 7.30 to 21h, like bees, everything is clean, dishes are cleaned, food is replenished, total control so that there is enough everywhere. And with all this, they always smile, such friendly, clever people! At the hotel on the bar, Ekaterina and the guys bartenders, tirelessly prepared 100 milkshakes for my children, not to mention the rest of the vacationers. They are always friendly and polite. In part of the territory, of course, it is clear that they tried to create comfort as much as possible!!! Every corner of the territory is clean and cozy in its own way, The pools are always clean, one morning I saw that they were taking water samples, and this could not but please. by the way, the territory is closed, which is very convenient for families with children, for example, after getting acquainted with the territory, they moved independently. We felt at home, we decided all our wishes by ourselves, went to the game room for a cocktail, lemonade, pizza and ice cream. By the way, homemade ice cream and pizza are distributed at the children's bar from 15.30 to 16.30, also a kind of ritual that children wait for every day. I think every mother will appreciate this. There is video surveillance everywhere on the territory. The beach is clean, sun beds and umbrellas were always free, although the hotel was completely full during our vacation. By the way, the beach employee is also a very polite man who monitors this. The sea is clear, the weather also pleased us. We earned some local currency "Palms" by participating in morning exercises, and other various contests and events organized by animators. In exchange for them, they promise something at departure, which we do not yet know, but it is very interesting. We also participated in a master class on cooking khachapuri, the children were delighted!!! They ate their creativity with such an appetite... Milota. The cook, despite the fact that there were a lot of children, paid attention to each child. In general, I already feel how sad I will be leaving this place, BUT OH! We have 1.5 more days! And it pleases. I recommend it if you want to relax here. The hotel is truly family-run, calm and welcoming. Thanks to the head of the hotel, we appreciated your work!!! We will be impatiently waiting for a new meeting!!!

A cozy small hotel in novaya Gagra. There is a local market nearby, if you need anything, everything is there! Yes, of course, construction is still in full swing everywhere, but if you take a view of the sea, it doesn't matter :) We celebrated the new year here with friends, It was very sincere and fun, the animation is well done! There are no frills in the kitchen, but everything you need to eat and, most importantly, delicious 😋 the children had their own movement in the children's club. The hotel is very modern, stylish, thought out to the smallest detail. The pool is heated by one, we swam in it in the rain, very cool! Upon arrival, a welcome drink for adults is wine, compote for children. The location is a bit on the outskirts, but it doesn't bother us. There is a children's club for children, there is a football field, a rope town. The room has a kettle with tea, refrigerator. In the bathroom, gel, shampoos, dental kits, shaving kits, cotton pads and sticks. A trifle, but nice. There are bathrobes for each guest. For children - baby robes, it's so cute! The room has a double bed and a sofa, 2 adults and 2 children 6 and 8 years old are resting. There is an elevator, the hotel building has 5 floors. The design of the room is stylish, modern, pleasant to be in! We have a great buffet breakfast and dinner, everything is very tasty! Dry red wine on the 700rub bottle bar, very democratic. Definitely recommend it!
There are strollers for families with children. Umbrellas are also provided to guests in case of rain. Service in every detail. Well done!

Nice hotel, upgraded the room category and had a sea view. The breakfast is varied, you will not stay hungry. A wonderful hotel. We celebrated the New Year 2024 here, everything was perfect: a chic buffet, a New Year's program, a disco, fireworks, everything was at the highest level.
The rooms are excellent, everything is new, a large plasma TV, bathrobes, slippers, etc. The pool is also super, very warm water, you can swim around the clock. In general, I liked the atmosphere of the hotel, thanks to the managers.

You know, the rating of 5, based on so many reviews, scared me a little, but believe me, this is not cheating.
We arrived in August 2024, for a long time I chose from hotels that do not look like "I came to my grandmother's cottage", so I only looked at hotels built after 2020.
Aquamarine chose at the last moment, as he saw good reviews.
Of course the price bites, there's nothing to say. For this money, you can find a GOOD hotel, eat and drink in cafes, and a third of the cost will remain.
But then we decided to try an all-inclusive hotel.
So, the staff is super. Everyone is polite, helpful, and appreciates you as a customer.
Eating 3 times a day, with a large and full-fledged SHS, where the food is really delicious, not just rice, pasta and cutlets.
The rooms are clean, comfortable and cleaned daily.
There is a heated pool (there are 3 of them in general)
If the sea is worried or you are just tired of salt water, that's it.
Unlimited alcohol. They bring beer, don, zhiguli, and goose cheaper, but it's not disgusting. You can also drink unlimited "homemade" wine, vodka, champagne, but honestly I would recommend only beer, everything else is like that.
In general, I strongly advise you to have a good rest.

I have never drunk more delicious wine, which was served to us as a welcome at this hotel. Even when leaving, they bought 1.5 liters with them.
The owners are great, they try their best to offer a different level of recreation in Abkhazia in their hotel. The sea is the purest, not to be compared with Adler. The beach is pebbly, there is beach furniture for guests.
Vacationers are mostly families with children, so couples may not be comfortable.
Minus for the surrounding area of the hotel: wasteland, dilapidated buildings, lack of a normal driveway and pedestrian road. In a nearby cafe, my husband was served some kind of palenka at dinner under the guise of Royal vodka.

We had a vacation in April, with children 7 and 3 years old. The hotel is ideal for a family holiday. Many thanks to the hotel team, I have never met anywhere better! You guys are a miracle at the kids club! The children are already dreaming of returning))
The reception and administrators resolve issues quickly and clearly!
The food is excellent, respect to the cook! During Easter, they baked cakes for us and organized the children to paint eggs. Delight! Thank you for that!
The waiters and the cleaning are lovely, I wanted to hug everyone before leaving🤗
The water in the pool is hot! Swimming in any weather is a pleasure)
The construction site does not interfere, there will soon be an indoor swimming pool and apparently a spa complex👍
The only thing that hindered was the construction site outside the territory, at our arrival it was working around the clock and very noisy. But thanks to the staff, they moved us to another room and we forgot about her.
All rooms in the side building are now facing the construction site, if possible, choose rooms in a 5-storey building with sea/pool or mountain views.

The coolest thing here is the children's animation. The hotel is good in itself. Of the cons: not friendly and rude receptionists at the reception (just all three of them). The noise insulation of the rooms is zero!! Breakfast is only two hours and until 10:00 (I want to sleep on vacation sometimes, and not worry about being late for breakfast). The breakfasts themselves are average, you have to stand in line for the coffee machine, pancakes and cheesecakes are not tasty and very oily, fried eggs are not every day.

We had a rest together from April 18 to April 24, 2024.
The hotel is located in Novaya Gagra. There is a construction site around, so the place is not quiet. This is a minus. But he's the only one.
Check-in is fast. The staff is attentive, polite and helpful. The room is spacious. Daily cleaning, high-quality. The room content is standard. The only thing is that only shampoo, shower gel and a dental kit are available from consumables. The consumables have not been replenished, but they will probably be given at the request. The maid is constantly on the floor, so it's not a problem to make any request.
The territory is small, but very cozy. Heated, cold and children's pools. A large number of different sun loungers, sofas, tables with armchairs. The territory is cleaned constantly, the pool is cleaned in the morning.
For children there is a playground, a sandbox, a children's club, and constant animation. Animators also try to attract adults to events.
The food is very decent. In terms of quantity, maybe not very much, but in terms of quality - everything I tried was delicious and made from fresh products. There is no separate children's menu, but it seems to me that all the time it was possible to choose what was desired for children's nutrition.
In the evenings, there is live music in the buffet hall. Very cute.
The sea is right outside the hotel.
I am very happy with my stay at Aquamarine.

We had a rest at the hotel at the end of May.
Positive:
- good comfortable rooms, sockets and lamps near the beds, modern design, comfortable beds, high-quality bed linen, there is everything you need - beach and shower towels, bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, etc
. - food: everything is delicious, fresh, varied, coffee beans, homemade pastries, will not stay hungry no one is a vegetarian or a child)
- swimming pool: the water is warm, the backlight turns on in the evening, it is cleaned every morning
- live music in the restaurant in the evenings
- cleanliness on site and in the building
Minuses:
- if you open the balcony, something nearby is humming very strongly (like an old refrigerator)
- construction site: wherever you look around they are building- on the territory, on the beach, etc., on the one hand you look at the sea or mountains, listen to the sound of the surf, on the other hand something is being drilled, pounded, smells of paint, rattles escalator
- adults periodically "get drunk" by the pool: they sit down with bottles, drink, smoke, etc. - at such moments, all desire to be there with a child disappears
- despite the fact that we bought a "package tour" and the plane left at 22.00, on the last day of rest it turned out that only breakfast was included, lunch had to be paid additionally -850 rubles / person. I understand that the room needs to be vacated according to international standards at 12.00, but why lunch is not included in the price of the tour is unclear.

We rested at this hotel at the end of September, the weather was great, wonderful sunsets can be seen directly from the tents, which are equipped with tables, huge soft mattresses and an incredible smell of romance . The rooms are just huge, everything is new and beautiful. The bed is beyond words gorgeous. In the bathroom, everything is also on top. Regarding nutrition, there are also no complaints. A huge selection of different dishes and everything delicious is fresh. Tea coffee and wine are also included. Friends, this is the best thing I've seen, it can't even compare to Sochi

The hotel is super. We will definitely come back here! Spacious rooms with new furniture, good mattresses and pillows. I slept well. The pool is very warm and the food is delicious. We got into the season when the lights are turned off during the day-that's the only thing I didn't like.

A great place for a family vacation. A pleasant welcome from the doorstep upon check-in - with a glass of delicious homemade wine. Excellent cuisine: Thanks to our chefs for cooking delicious food for us)!!! The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive to the guests. The proximity of the sea is 30-40 meters from the hotel! I would especially like to mention the excellent work of the animators, they captivate children from morning to evening, you guys are their idols!) after returning home, the child asks for a week to return to the hotel to the animators Sergey, Dima, and Luda) that's such affection and love), thank you for such warmth!.
In general, everything is fine! We plan to come in winter and swim in the new baths in the hotel's spa center (currently being completed).
I recommend it to everyone!

There's a construction site, dirt, and garbage all around, and the city is dirty in general. There are garbage dumps, construction sites, and vacant lots around the territory. The lights are turned off frequently, and there are interruptions throughout Abkhazia.
They gave me one standard room with a view of the construction site. Oh well. Then the power outages started and on the first day of rest we sat without electricity after 6 pm. You can't go anywhere in such darkness, because to get to the city you need to at least know the way where to go, and there are wastelands, construction sites and garbage dumps around, it's creepy. In winter, the room is cold because the exit is from the balcony. But we didn't count on suites and suites.
A WARM POOL IS declared. There is no heat there! Cold water.
Then they settled in another wing, there is a warm room, the view is already much better and the sea, the beautiful territory of the hotel. The happiness didn't last long. 😅 The TV doesn't work, I didn't get through to the reception, either the phone doesn't work, or I dialed the wrong numbers, because I just don't remember where to dial, but there is no information. I called the spa's order number on the brochure on the table, but there were also no beeps. I had to go down. It's scary to ride an elevator, all the time you're afraid that the lights will be turned off and you'll be stuck without communication, without light. As a result, we were stuck in the elevator for a short time once. And sometimes they turn off the lights here not for 2 minutes, but for hours! 1-2 hours is quite the norm here, and so on several times a day.
We've been walking all day, and I want to come to the hotel in the evening and feel not like the dregs of society, but like a human being and be warm, well-fed and feel safe. But nowadays Abkhazia cannot provide guests and tourists, and with them the patient locals with basic things. Because of electrical outages, either there is no light, or the water is cold instead of hot! I want to come back in the evening after the excursions to eat, wash in warm water and fall asleep. At least it was paid for, but not secured. So far, there are more negative emotions from rest than positive ones, and this is just the beginning of the vacation.
The sauna is also not working, and all these problems of the hotel are blamed on electricity. What is it paid for? Everything that is stated does NOT WORK! On the last day, there wasn't even any cold water, there was no electricity for hours. How to relax with children here?
It's better not to go here at all if you want to relax comfortably, clean and warm.
This is the first time I've had such a bad vacation, and I'm disappointed.
The beach is dirty, there are cliffs around, sloppy, the stairs to the beach from the bar are broken.
In the evening, board games are held, cartoons for children such as a cinema are included. Actually, this is all that you can do here at the current time.
No indoor aquazones are working, outdoor ones are not heated, saunas are not working. But a massage for 3,000 rubles is offered.
The bed hadn't been changed, and the robes were smoky.
1 star for the food. 1 star for the interiors and a clean bed.

I really liked the hotel. The examination is good. The rooms are cleaned every day. The food is good. Small! But there is a choice. We bought it with breakfast and dinner. They didn't regret it. The only suggestion: to cook chicken soup -broth for breakfast (I liked this idea in other hotels)
Everything is as in the photo. I don't want to leave this hotel. To the sea 70-100 m
It's only far to the center. But a taxi will be called at the reception.

We are coming to this hotel for the second time purposefully. Because I really like it. The hotel has everything for convenience and comfort, a good Swedish line, animation for children, swimming pools, including the heated main one. In general, everything is stylish, modern, beautiful, helpful.
