There was supposed to be a scheduled boiler inspection at the end of November. The master did not arrive, as a result, in December, the -5s were left without heating. The dispatcher couldn't connect two words. They called everyone, but no one really did anything. When asked why the foreman on duty hadn't arrived, he hung up.
