As a result, no one knows anything, no one understands anything, they wrote an unsubscribe, your request was sent to a specialist, wait from 3-5 days, by this time the vacation will end and the SIM card will no longer be needed. It seems that the operator is not reliable, it is quite possible that they are still engaged in fraud.
