The terrible girls at the reception, don't say a word, bark. One thing or another, the feeling that a nurse screams at you in the hospital has happened. Then it is dangerous for children because the floors there are wet from the pool, it is not safe, because of this, it is not relaxation but a complete strain. Dear head, change your shepherds at the reception to more competent ones, and something needs to be done around the pool, maybe artificial grass or lawn, really how much, not that the child and adult will fall. The steam room was also a bit of a problem with my last visit, it was completely turned off because one of the corner steam rooms was too hot. By the way, you do not have a book of complaints and suggestions. The entrance system is also inconvenient, go take your slippers, hand over the keys, take the room, pay at the exit, who pays gets dressed and I don't even give the shoes to the child, or it's also from the rudeness of your girls at the reception it's not clear. But the feeling from them is just terrible, they don't seem to scream, but the feeling that they did not come to relax but voluntarily to the Hitler Youth camp. Horror in one word from them
