We stayed at the hotel with the children at the end of October. Everything is very good, the rooms are clean, cleaning is daily, and very quickly. The breakfasts are ordinary, but very tasty, we were not hungry. We had dinner, also in the hotel restaurant, salad from the chef, you'll lick your fingers!!! A visit to the unlimited water park is a bonus. The children were delighted. The only unpleasant minus is that very, VERY noisy companies stop by on weekends.

We booked a two-room suite from April 8-11, 2025. The water park is great, no changes. The staff is top notch. The hotel is satisfactory.. In 2023, it was better. The staff doesn't work out a bit.. When checking into the room, I found a bunch of unpleasant flaws.. The window in one of the rooms was not properly closed, cold air and noise from the street from the highway were blowing out. He asked me to fix it.. The master came and checked if there really was a problem. They offered to change the number. I had to move in again. At the reception we were offered to move the bed linen on their own, from one floor to another, but unsuccessfully.. In the end, the cleaner brought a new one According to this incident, none of the employees even tried to apologize for the inconvenience. They moved me to a room . Flies in the ceiling lights, strange spots on the sofa, there is no plug in the sink, hot water appears after 10 minutes as the cold one merges, the drain in the shower barely lets water through. The food is simple and delicious.
