Instructor Anastasia is not only experienced, but also very attentive, my daughter is always happy to see her and practice. The pool area is clean and safe, after classes in the pool we always stay in the recreation room, we can't take the child away from there) after several classes, the result is visible! I recommend it to everyone! 😊

We have been visiting Akula for about a year and a half, and we are very satisfied with everything. Olga, the polite administrator, will always solve any question and help you choose a convenient time. Coach Anna easily finds a language with the kids, I really like her approach. Alexandra and Diana also visited, and they were also satisfied with their methods of working with babies. Everything in the pool is thought out for the convenience of mother and child, comfortable. Always clean and tidy.

A great pool, always super friendly receptionist, will treat the child with cookies and solve any question that arises. I like that they are very customer-oriented, they will always help you find the best option. The coaches are also great, they quickly find an approach to the kids. I give five stars for Coach Anna-she is a wonderful, sensitive specialist. We had one class together, after which we were thrilled.
We signed up for the second time, but we ended up with another coach. Coach Anastasia (as it turned out later, she had been working for the last week) - I give her a confident zero stars for her work. The child hardly did anything in 30 minutes. They stood in place and sorted through the toys. (Anna and I had exercises, and we moved back and forth, and even tried to dive). At the same time, the coach looked at the clock hanging on the wall a thousand times. There was no question of getting to know and contact the child.
Of course, I was immediately ready to "cut from the shoulder." But the administrator (a very nice girl) offered to sort out the situation somehow, that she understands everything and asks not to leave a review.
Naturally, paying 75 rubles for an activity similar to playing in a bathtub, like with a coach, but the coach frankly "has to work out before the demob", leaves a very unpleasant aftertaste. The situation took place on the 10th of January. A month and a half passed, and one day they wrote to us that "there is a window for today," but it was the child's birthday. I asked them to suggest options later. A month has passed, but the cart is still there.

We have been taking the child to the Shark for 8 months now. I like everything: wonderful coach Anna is a real professional in working with kids, Olga is a very pleasant and helpful administrator. The conditions for children are very comfortable.

There is no permanent staff, there is a staff turnover. We went to another branch there and the coach is better.
The water in the pool is cold, hence the baby's illness. My son is always snotty and coughing terribly after the pool.... When the heating was turned off, it was so cold even for an adult, but how to change clothes and lie down for a baby? Why is there no heating?
When there was only 1 branch, super coaches worked here: Valeria, Elena and Lyubov. In two years, the child's skills are weak, he is afraid to lie on his back. 2 years have passed since there is nothing nearby, the result is: the child is afraid of water, the child did not swim at all on his back, his hands do not train, etc.
Water in the faucet with fluctuations. We survived all the coaches, administrators and children who started from scratch. If it is possible to take you to another one, do not set foot here. Many people tell how they hypothermiate children (there is no activity, normal activity for a child from one year old, they come out with blue lips) and get a bouquet of diseases right here.

At the beginning of 2024, I decided to bring my daughter to Akula on the island of Ukrainka, and this was my best decision.
What we came up with was that my daughter was afraid of water, and she washed her hair with wild tantrums.
We got to Coach Alexandra. Thanks to her, my child stopped being afraid of water after a few classes, and now he enjoys going to classes. Alexandra is a real professional, she found an approach to my very shy baby.
The atmosphere in the pool is very friendly, always very clean.
I would also like to mention the administrator Olga. This is the most polite and positive administrator who will solve any issue.
Highly recommend it!

I would like to express my gratitude to Coach Anna for her patience and such a high-quality approach to work. We came to the pool according to the indications half a year ago, in a month Anna helped to cope with the problem, but since the child really likes both Anna and the classes themselves, we decided to continue. It seems that Anna will be able to find an approach to any kid)
And of course, thanks to the administrators for understanding the situation and helping to find a convenient time.

In justification, it was said that they put the cleaner in the administrator's place, that's why it happened. Should the client care about that? We arrived with the whole family in advance to do everything in time, because the baby will be in the pool for the first time, as a result, we stood freezing on the street until 9:00. We have been visiting this club for 3 months.
At first everything was great, but after the first month everything changed. The attitude is biased. No indulgences.
Sometimes it gets dirty in this little pond. And sometimes even the fiscal swims. Cleaning the pool is weak if someone went in front of you in a big way (albeit in diapers) the smell is all over the room and even on the street.
The staff is not polite, we often meet new people, apparently not everything is good, turnover.
In general, the conclusion is that if it is possible to go to other places with children, then it is better to go to other places.
We were not satisfied.

The pool is terrible. The water is dirty - filters are rarely changed. Coach Elena never even smiled during the lesson, turned on a song about anarchy and swam with the baby to it. The child swallowed water all the time, to which the coach only sarcastically repeated "What, delicious water?". The room is cold, the temperature in the hall is +22.
