The hotel is not bad. We lived for 5 days. There is a swimming pool and a dining room on site. Parking in a closed area. The bed is clean, boiling, towels are plentiful. The room was not cleaned (( garbage removal on their own, the container is on site. This is one of the disadvantages. And the second disadvantage is that something always burned in the kitchen.. The hoods couldn't cope, and sometimes the doors and windows had to be opened wide in the hall. Also, access to the sea is not very successful.. But on the whole we are satisfied! By the way, despite the fact that something always burned in the kitchen, the food is delicious, although the menu is just small.

I was "lucky" to have a rest here in August, which can be said, the hotel may not be bad, but if, as in our case, you got into building "C", then I can "congratulate" you on a spoiled vacation.
In building "B" on the ground floor there is a kitchen and you will not be able to get enough sleep, from 8 a.m. the emergency door of the kitchen opens and the head cook (to call her another word, the tongue will not turn) begins to yell obscenities. At night there is a bar and music for the whole hotel until 2-3 o'clock at night, that is, you will be able to sleep for 4-5 hours at most. There is zero reaction to requests to the kitchen. Turning to the reception with a similar request (at least to close the emergency door of the kitchen), they said that they would sort it out, but there was no reaction.
Also, it is worth highlighting the disadvantages:
1. Terrible food, the head cook must be sent to study, and not to poison people.
2. The receptionist will always disappear somewhere, they do not respond to requests.
3. The rooms are small and dirty (the bed linen was dirty when checking in, but it's worth considering that this problem was solved). Everything is kept on snot, very good audibility, a brush was broken in the toilet. There is a refrigerator - but it's a shame, nothing can be cooled normally.
4. There is no kettle or clothes dryer in the room. For an additional fee, they can wash things in the machine. An iron can only be requested at the reception.
5. We had conditions - "not the first floor", "double bed" - none of this was fulfilled.
If you do not want to spoil your vacation, you should not book an overnight stay here, and if you have booked, then immediately tell me not to use the "C" building

There were nuances with the pool and meals, since the season opened from 1.06, and we arrived on 21.05, nothing else worked. And we quickly found an alternative to this, of course, if you are traveling with children during this period, be prepared for the fact that you will have to cook yourself or go to a cafe in the morning at this time, by our departure everything worked as it should and the pool and kitchen))) So I recommend… And don't forget that we create a relaxing atmosphere for ourselves

A good hotel with responsive staff, the rooms are clean, but ants were noticed a couple of times, there was excellent noise insulation in the building, neither neighbors nor a disco could be heard
There is always a disco in the evening and you can also order a barbecue there
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, there is also a sports ground, a swimming pool, a playground, a bar (to be honest, we didn't use any of this, because we always had a plan for the whole day)
We took accommodation with breakfast, the breakfasts are hearty: porridge + vegetables and eggs or sausages /sausage
The cafe has the usual homemade food
It is 5 minutes to the sea (you need to turn after the agava cafe, which is located on adleiba and turn into a narrow street with a sign "barbecue")

We've been here twice and both times it's a heartbreak. The hotel staff is sincere, helpful, kind! The area is clean. The rooms are very cozy. There is a large parking lot if you are driving your car. Very tasty food in the cafe. In the evening, you can sit at the bar. There is a cool wild beach near the old lighthouse. The closed territory is very captivating, the child can be safely released to run on the playground and not worry that he will go somewhere. I definitely recommend it

It's a great place! Very friendly staff! The territory is closed, there is a place for cars.
There is a cafe with reasonable prices on site, the food is delicious (breakfast 8:00-10:00, lunch 13:00-15:00, dinner 18:00-21:30). Caesar and pizza are simply divine! There are dishes of national cuisine. A large selection of dishes for children (mashed potatoes, spaghetti, French fries, nuggets). In the evening, the bar is open, you can smoke a hookah, order a barbecue, drink homemade wine.
There is a good swimming pool on site, cleaned regularly. There is a playground in front of the pool. There is a sandy volleyball court behind the pool. There is an area with hammocks.
Excursions can be arranged at the reception.
The beach is within walking distance, leisurely with a child for 10 minutes. The beach is wide, with small pebbles.
There is a public transport stop 2-3 minutes away, which will take you both to the center and to Mocha.
There are shops and a pharmacy within walking distance.

I stayed at this hotel in early June. the staff is responsive (special thanks to the administrator Oksana), the chefs perform their task (although they did not like the boat and all the products with cheese, as if diluted with tasteless cottage cheese). everything worked in the room where I slept and the cleaning was done when I asked. there was not enough chair on the balcony (to sit there separately from other people on the street) and hangers in the closet. the walls are thin and everything is VERY audible. I did not like that there is no specific schedule of "discos", the bar with loud music works "until the last customer" and there is nothing to be done about it. relaxing with a "Russian flavor" in Abkhazia is the norm, but not for a modern adequate person who wants to sleep at night / not listen to music /, and in the morning go to explore the sights of Abkhazia. overall a good hotel!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, large enough swimming pool. There is a place for "hangouts" (like our local cafes), a DJ comes at 21 o'clock, you can sit "with your own". The local canteen does not correspond to the hotel, we ate there once in 10 days to make sure that it is better to eat elsewhere). I recommend staying here.

We rested for 9 days in the middle of August. A lovely, small, cozy hotel. It is located in a quiet area. We walked to the sea for 10 minutes at most. The cleanest sea and few people in the area. There is a parking lot on site, a clean swimming pool, a volleyball field. There are many tables outside, there is a bar. Wine, hookah and so on. The room was cleaned every 3 days (change of towels, linen, garbage disposal). We lived in a suite. We are quite satisfied. The breakfasts are excellent (included in the price). Porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes, tea, coffee. We had lunch and dinner a couple of times at the hotel itself. It's delicious, the prices are reasonable. A slight disadvantage is the audibility in the rooms. Otherwise, the staff is wonderful, the hotel is lovely👍🏻

If it were possible to have 0 stars, I would have put it that way! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know in my life! On the second day of the stay, the air conditioner broke down, and they promised every day that they would fix it tomorrow! As a result, they lived with a fan ..... The administrator can't decide anything! There is nothing on the menu in the dining room, 1-2 dishes all week! The room is not cleaned! They smoke everywhere, there is no designated place, you have to breathe if you want to sit. The host brings his guests almost every evening and they sit in a crowd.
Abkhazia itself is just super! I will definitely come again, but I will avoid this hotel and will not advise anyone!

We are shocked! I have been to Abkhazia for the 4th time and I know how they can receive guests here.
But in this hotel, forget about it!
Dirt, rudeness, nothing has been done for vacationers.
We read the reviews and thought that we would have a wonderful vacation.
But this is not the case at all!
5 a.m., we are being populated by a very strange man on swinging legs.
We were on the road for 13 hours and just so you understand, there is NO welcome water in the rooms! There is also no water cooler! They sent us to a convenience store, which we never found!
Buy water at the bar, but the bar is up to 22.
Dirty rooms, torn dirty linen. The staff does not make contact!
The staff pokes, is rude, does not solve problems!
Know that if you are coming here, then you still have to stay!
We haven't heard of any word "service" here at all.
Do not choose this hotel!

We are very sorry that we chose this hotel. The rooms are dirty, moreover, they have not been cleaned for 11 days of stay. The bed linen is all in pellets and does not change either. The hotel staff is not very interested in the guests, it feels like the hotel is for the rest of the owners, who held gatherings with a crowd of their guests every evening and the canteen staff served them, and the guests had to wait a long time for the order. In the pool, the ladder is all wobbly, so that it is not cleaned and cleaned either. The food is monotonous and not tasty, we went to eat at the Agave cafe. Of the advantages, only the sea is very clean, but it takes 10-15 minutes to walk along the road without a sidewalk and along the garbage cans.

They were supposed to stop by the hotel on July 10, 2023, but heavy rains hit Abkhazia, the roads were washed away. They asked for a refund or rescheduled the dates. At first, the receptionist told us-it's really not worth going with small children, it's illegal. Then they said that everything is dry in Sukhum, we are waiting for you. And the fact that Gagra is blocked, it doesn't matter, get there by air. As a result, we were refused even a partial refund. We were very disappointed! We have two small children, it's really scary to drive. Roads have been washed away, cars have been swept away, people are being evacuated. You need to be more humane!
We do not recommend a hotel with such service!

The hotel management is just real ***! People be careful if you have left an advance payment for the reservation, know that the money will not be refunded to you if for some reason you cannot come!
As it turned out in our case: we paid an advance payment of 4,300 , but 3 months before arrival, the reservation was canceled and 3 months later they promise to refund the money. In fact, there is no money! It's a shame and not pleasant how the hotel owner treats vacationers and his business!
PS : I am completing the review. The money was refunded on the day of the planned arrival.

We had a rest in September at this hotel. They greeted us like family. A very comfortable hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, with air conditioning, a water heater in the room, so there were no problems with the shower. Cleaning every three days. There is a restaurant on site and they cook there with love and taking into account all wishes. The swimming pool on the territory is large with clean water and a large recreation area with sun loungers where you can sunbathe. The sea is a 9-minute walk away. The sea is about 500 meters away, it is a 5-minute walk. Many people write that it's 10-15 minutes to the sea, all this is a lie. You can look at the maps and you will understand everything for yourself. We rested from June 16 to 22, 2022. Elena, the receptionist, met us at the hotel. A very nice girl. She told me everything, explained everything, and walked me to my room. The meeting pleasantly surprised us. The pool is always clean. Many people write that it is not cleaned. They do all these jobs at night so as not to disturb vacationers during the day. The area is clean, the tables are always clean. The staff is always friendly. I would not say that the room is perfect. But let's make an objective assessment of this country. First of all, you will find yourself in a place where there was a war in the 90s and the residents still cannot put everything in order. Secondly, if you want a different service: for example, as we have in Russia, then go to Sochi, there is the place for you with your wishes. Here they are slightly behind the Russian service by about 30 years. So it's up to you to decide what's best for you. Or a service where you will be charged for everything. Or a calm, measured vacation with family and children without spending too much on any nonsense. We focused on a relaxing holiday without any parties until the morning. There are other resorts for this. As for the quality of the food and the rooms in the hotel, this is already much more on the turn. I can say that for a solid four. But the bedclothes do the best. Stained towels, blankets are the same, furniture would do well to at least keep a little eye on it. Otherwise, you have to check everything when checking in and then tell the administrator that there are spots and broken hinges on the doors. I can only say one thing about the sea. The water is clean. As the locals say, the water flow changes three times a day. We were at Mocha Beach, as many consider the best beach in the city. I can say one thing. If you want to swim in dirty water, then you are welcome here. The perfect place for you. But if you want clean water, it's better in the lighthouse area where we lived for a week. The pebbles in that area do not cut the average foot, the water is clear, dolphins swim every day. There is a cafe with very tasty food and a good enough choice for both adults and children. There is a shop not far from the hotel, 5 minutes away there is also a cookery, a dining room. The center is 10-15 minutes away by car. It depends on which taxi driver gets caught. Few people follow the rules, so get ready for cool trips. The mountains are visible from the hotel.

A beautiful small hotel at a distance from the city (20 minutes) to Sukhum, there is a swimming pool, but it did not work in May. In rainy times, it is damp and cold in the rooms, you can only heat with air conditioning. There is a kitchen in a separate building. Quietly. The rooms were rarely cleaned, perhaps because of the off-season (May), I would like more cleanliness. For some reason, the TV shows Baptist preaching channels :3 Call and specify everything you need. Otherwise, I never served in the pool, and I chose this place only because of him.

In the room, more or less, everything works, but it leaks (air conditioning, shower cabin). The rooms are small, the third cot stands right next to each other. The kitchen often closes early or refuses to take an order, because they do not have time to cook before closing. The beach is 10-15 minutes (we went to Paradise), the sea is warm and clean. Taxi to the center 300r, to Mocha beach 350r.
