It is now located in a new, large and very beautiful building.
The architecture itself is very noble - marble elements on the floor, a lot of warm light, light tones.
I am a very fascinating part of the museum!
To begin with, we immediately wanted to take a tour and we had a great guide - Bakhtiyar. The presentation of information was relaxed, easy, and most importantly, there was a lot of interactivity - it constantly kept our attention on the information and did not let us get bored.
There are various animal remains, fossils, various minerals, elements of national culture: outfits, jewelry, household items. The main thing is that there is a yurt in which you can take pictures :)
We were told about the history of the formation of Kazakhstan, the emergence of religion.
There are exhibits dedicated to the USSR, space, and local famous personalities: dancers, cosmonauts, and the military.
There are temporary exhibitions.
I definitely recommend you to visit, especially with a guided tour!

Hello everybody! For the first time in the museum. I really liked the beautiful, modern building, the design of the territory, especially the picturesque flowerbed in front of the entrance! The four floors of the exposition were impressive: a lot of interesting exhibits, different themes, very colorful. I learned a lot about the history of my native land. Thanks to the museum staff, especially the guide (competent, polite and very nice). Come to the museum, watch online, I advise everyone!!!
