I have been visiting Accent Studio for a long time and I want to share my positive experience. First of all, I would like to mention Master Lilia Andreevna. She is really a professional in her field! Every time I come for a haircut, she understands perfectly what I need, sometimes even with half a word.
Lilia Andreevna is not only a master, but also a good conversationalist — she always maintains a pleasant dialogue, which makes time in an armchair comfortable and relaxing. I always leave happy and with a great haircut.

I go to this salon for a manicure. I've been to different masters and they're all wonderful, the manicure is good and lasts a long time. The atmosphere is warm and good. The receptionist always greets you with a smile and offers you coffee/tea. A visit to the salon is always remembered three days in advance, a day in advance, and a couple of hours in advance.

There was a negative experience of visiting this salon. She was booked for manicures and pedicures. I refused to make an appointment for a pedicure after the manicure. The master's attitude left much to be desired. At first, I waited for her, and then the master ignored my wishes and decided to give me tips, when I reminded her that I would like regular extensions without tips, this caused a lot of negative emotions in the master. As a result, no one liked the final result, including the master himself, it was done roughly and carelessly. I left without a scandal or loud statements. The master was unhappy from the first minute of our meeting, although it was my first time in this salon, it was repulsive. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.
P.S.: I learned about tips directly in this salon when the master began to try tips on my nails.

Great hair salon! Now I will only go here. The masters do not need to explain 100 times how I want to get a haircut, they always understand everything at once and get to the point. How many times I've been to other hairdressers turns out to be disgusting compared to the accent, but they charge the same amount. The atmosphere in the studio is pleasant, homely, and the staff is friendly. In general, I highly recommend them not only as a hairdressing salon, but also as a beauty salon in general (I also did piercings here, everything was just as clear).
