The store is great, but the guys have a problem with complaints.
This is not the first time I bring a defective product and every time only unsubscribes. This time it boiled over.
A T.M. Pingvin burner (with a hose) was purchased, complete with wind protection and adapters for collet bolts of the same brand. This burner has been in use for no more than 5 LDPE. On the last trip, the hose burned out. My application for replacement / refund was answered with an "unsubscribe", allegedly the burner was overheated due to: long-term use without interruptions, collet cylinders (to which the store itself sold me branded adapters, the use of wind protection (branded which they also sold to me.
And the option that the rubber band itself had a defect due to which gas was passed through, and then its ignition, which led to the burning out of the seal, is not considered by anyone?
Shameful behavior of the complaints department !!!
Refund the money!
