We celebrated my son's birthday in an Active park. We had a very cool time. I liked the bright modern room for eating and relaxing. The presenters of the holiday are young creative girls! Thank them very much! Everything was fun and cool. The main thing is that my son really liked it! He said it was his best birthday ever! There are many different attractions , vending machines and entertainment ( go-karting , karaoke , air hockey ) The children played non-stop for an hour and a half, did not take them home) friendly and friendly staff. Recently celebrated the child's birthday, we were delighted!! Both children and adults did not want to leave at all (I would like to mention the polite staff who will always help and prompt absolutely everyone at once.
We thought for a long time whether to rent a room and visit or still have a full-fledged holiday, we stopped at the holiday and did not regret it at all). The presenter (we had a girl) clearly explains everything in a structured way and easily finds a common language with children. Definitely let's go to this place with our daughter to have a lot of fun with cars!

You can rent a room separately for adequate money. We brought our pizza and cake.
The staff is friendly, the entertainment is modern, the room is new and tidy.

Celebrating my son's birthday! The place is wonderful. The children really liked it. But it is advisable to take a break of 10 minutes between visits, booked time, so that you can change clothes. Considering that the payment per hour (as it says on the website) is the "give 5" tariff, the children had fun for only 35 minutes. Because it was our birthday and they were delayed for 10 minutes and 5 minutes - our children changed shoes and changed clothes, well, before the end of the time, the children were sent to change clothes in 10 minutes.
But in general, everything is great. Only the administrator should warn in advance that there is a tact of the situation and you pay, everything is exactly as they say on the site, although at this time it includes: changing clothes for children, paying for visits (after all, children need to wear a bracelet on their hands) and tell the rules. I also bought tokens that were not useful. And it's very strange that when I bought them, they didn't tell me that everything was included in this tariff and the tokens were only needed for the vending machine to pull out the toy. And I didn't like the attitude either. Not organized. The only good thing is that my son liked it. (February 15 was in the National Park.)

We have never met such super NON-professional employees, and in particular Victoria, that's what she called herself. Rude attitude towards the guests for our money. Let's get to the specifics. We came to the park to celebrate the child's birthday, which we had booked in advance for the date and time (that's the only reason we didn't leave). We arrived 13 minutes before the appointed time, expecting at least a greeting and a story about the rules of the institution, but instead they told us from the doorstep that they would not let us in because our time had not yet come. We were a little discouraged by this, but we decided not to pay attention and said that there was no problem and we would wait in the lobby. No one called us at the appointed time, and when we went in to check if we could come in, we were told that we should have realized this by a sign that had been silently removed. The boorish attitude did not end there, and even the remark did not help, but I do not want to describe the whole situation, unfortunately, such people are not even able to study. I can only say that you have lost clients not only in our person, but also in the person of our friends and acquaintances. A wish to the owners to take a more responsible approach to the selection of staff. Well, I would like to receive a response to the review.

They came on a weekday, two adults, two children, there were no other visitors.
They were not very friendly, they only made comments to children, they asked them "gently" from cars - if you can't ride, ride a motorcycle.
I wanted to interest my child in riding a motorcycle, but the receptionist said that in this case I need to buy a full ticket.
We received comments in between when the administrators either stopped talking on the phone or stopped singing karaoke. The service is disgusting, I do not recommend it.

The place is certainly good for a birthday party, but there are disadvantages 1. the children scattered the balls, the workers started a conversation that they were too lazy to collect the balls from the floor and turned off the go-karting saying: Until all the balls were collected, the go-karting would not turn on 2. when they planned the holiday, they said that everything was included, we also took a break room and my friend bought tokens for HER money, although they said that everything in this room is at your disposal and everything is free (of course, after paying for the holiday and the room ) As it is, it's pretty interesting and good.

So-so place for one time. The administrator is also not interested. There's only one guy working, I don't know what to call the rest of them just hanging around the reception desk. There are cars, but they are often occupied as well as the karaoke room. 1 room the floor is lava and another with buttons on the wall, well, you can play an hour in them for half an hour each. And there's just nothing else to do there. And there are so many ratings of 5 🌟 for the reason that people are given 30min + time for a review.

We took the program for three hours - according to the children, it was not enough. They just got into the taste, and already the holiday is over. The only drawback is that there is no food on site, you need to order delivery or bring it with you. But a promo code for pizza delivery is a nice addition.
