There are many different attractions , vending machines and entertainment ( go-karting , karaoke , air hockey ) The children played non-stop for an hour and a half, did not take them home) friendly and friendly staff. A great place, we enjoyed spending time with the children. There are many new entertainments for Minsk: the "floor is lava" room, karaoke booth, vending machines, a room with push-button walls, a race track, etc. you can celebrate others, there are separate rooms. Recently celebrated the child's birthday, we were delighted!! Both children and adults did not want to leave at all (I would like to mention the polite staff who will always help and prompt absolutely everyone at once.
We thought for a long time whether to rent a room and visit or still have a full-fledged holiday, we stopped at the holiday and did not regret it at all). The presenter (we had a girl) clearly explains everything in a structured way and easily finds a common language with children. Definitely let's go to this place with our daughter to have a lot of fun with cars!

Let's start with the pros, it's a great idea, a bright park, and I'd love to be your regular customers with the kids if it weren't for one huge but... We have never met such super NON-professional employees, and in particular Victoria, that's what she called herself. Rude attitude towards the guests for our money. Let's get to the specifics. We came to the park to celebrate the child's birthday, which we had booked in advance for the date and time (that's the only reason we didn't leave). We arrived 13 minutes before the appointed time, expecting at least a greeting and a story about the rules of the institution, but instead they told us from the doorstep that they would not let us in because our time had not yet come. We were a little discouraged by this, but we decided not to pay attention and said that there was no problem and we would wait in the lobby. No one called us at the appointed time, and when we went in to check if we could come in, we were told that we should have realized this by a sign that had been silently removed. The boorish attitude did not end there, and even the remark did not help, but I do not want to describe the whole situation, unfortunately, such people are not even able to study. I can only say that you have lost clients not only in our person, but also in the person of our friends and acquaintances. A wish to the owners to take a more responsible approach to the selection of staff. Well, I would like to receive a response to the review.

She was not there, the children wanted to ride cars-they were forbidden, they said everything according to the program, in the end, stand in line and not the fact that you will ride, they did not even ask what size the T-shirt was, they gave a small one, let your "animators" talk all the time into the microphone, otherwise you can not hear at all, a candy machine (for coins) Have you seen the condition of the sweets at all? How long have they been lying there? it's been a long time since everything melted, there's not enough room to undress, in short, I'm completely terrified, I can't step here anymore!

The place is certainly good for a birthday party, but there are disadvantages 1. the children scattered the balls, the workers started a conversation that they were too lazy to collect the balls from the floor and turned off the go-karting saying: Until all the balls were collected, the go-karting would not turn on 2. when they planned the holiday, they said that everything was included, we also took a break room and my friend bought tokens for HER money, although they said that everything in this room is at your disposal and everything is free (of course, after paying for the holiday and the room ) As it is, it's pretty interesting and good.

So-so place for one time. The administrator is also not interested. There's only one guy working, I don't know what to call the rest of them just hanging around the reception desk. There are cars, but they are often occupied as well as the karaoke room. 1 room the floor is lava and another with buttons on the wall, well, you can play an hour in them for half an hour each. And there's just nothing else to do there. And there are so many ratings of 5 🌟 for the reason that people are given 30min + time for a review.
