Nice hotel, rested for 2 days. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shops, market. At the reception, they spoke only in English + Google translator on the phone

We were passing through for one night. We contacted the hotel in advance, explained that we were going, there was a queue at the border. Upon arrival, our reservation was cancelled and the room was occupied! We are at night with 2 children, after 3 days on the road ! It is stated on bookıng that the staff speaks Russian , but no ! Either he forgot or did not know the language. We could not explain why our reservation was canceled! Shame and irresponsibility to such a hotel and management!
