Taxiing is a service that you provide and we pay money for it.
Why is there no car on time? (almost never)
Why does a taxi arrive with a passing passenger? (after refusing to go with a passing passenger, we were informed that they would eliminate this issue and quickly find a replacement, but we waited half an hour on the street and left in another taxi. Then why are you called taxi services if you do not know how to provide the necessary services?
If there are no cars (I agree, this sometimes happens. But then your operators or taxi drivers should also report this)
If you cannot provide a "taxi" service, then do not provide it. Close your service!!!!
