Once upon a time it was a great sauna, but over time it got tired and needs to be repaired. Once is enough to never go again. They also turned off the shades in the steam room, apparently to save money.

There is no service at all in the hotel. There are cigarette butts in the room. In a double room, towel, shampoo for one person. There are no bathrobes and slippers. For 20,000 tenge per day, it was possible to include at least breakfast. They asked for the remote control from the air conditioner on the phone, answered, and went down to get it themselves. The old TV shows with interference. Maybe all this is because the room is not a suite.
