As a result, there was an incorrect diagnosis and lack of repair, and when I picked up the memory card, it was already missing (I noticed it later because I was in a hurry), after the review, they contacted me and informed me that they were waiting for me to pick it up. We gave the iPhone to replace the battery and clean the grids (speaker, microphone, etc.) There are no questions about the battery, it holds the battery, I hope it will keep on. The phone was a gift for my sister and of course I wanted to do everything ideally, a new battery and all clean.. It would seem. On the same day after the cleaning, they left for another city to actually give a gift. My sister was very happy, but.. at the first call after the repair, it was discovered that the microphone and speaker began to work poorly (extraneous strong noises from the interlocutor + his own voice is heard during the conversation). The warranty period is 30 days for accum and cleaning. On the second day after the repair, we called this service to explain the situation and find out if they could look at everything and fix the problems, to which they replied - tomorrow / the day after tomorrow we will not be able to, the employee who did everything to you does not work, come another day. It so happened that it turned out to arrive in Vitebsk again after 12 days, since it was not possible before. We arrived, came to them again, explained everything, said - leave it, we'll see. The call came 5 hours later - we looked at everything, we didn't find anything like that, come check it out. (Although my sister had been talking loudly into the phone all week before so that at least someone could hear her normally, so this call was very surprising) We came back to the service, checked on our own, showed / told, everything is unchanged - the employee's response to this is "oh, it appeared, but then it wasn't" (cool looked))) Naturally, it was expected that everything would be done under warranty, since the period is 30 days. But the employee convinced that neither cleaning nor replacing the battery could in any way affect the microphone, etc. (hinting that we ourselves had damaged it), that it was necessary to arrive earlier, on 3-4 days, then maybe they would have done something (even though they had said come any other day before). We have not received a normal response to the claims - leave more and we will see more, but if this is a loop, then it is already paid for naturally. In short, I do not recommend the service. I'd rather overpay another better service than you again. It's not even about money, but the situation itself is unpleasant, I wanted to achieve justice and adequate acceptance of my guilt, since this is not a coincidence. Thank you for helping to make such a gift for "beauty", and the guarantee is also "cool". It is better not to answer the comment, you will convince again that you are right)) it will be funny if something else happens to the battery during the warranty period))) Although I won't be surprised anymore

Now there are huge problems with him. Another service said that the laptop is completely flooded and you need to look for new spare parts. A "low bow" to this organization for the "completed" work.
UPD: Then why, after your cleaning, did I have to pick out the keys myself and clean the keyboard so that it wouldn't stick? Do you have such a cool cleaning that everything remains after it?)
