The best bread in Kazakhstan is made and sold here, the assortment is very large, about 400 items. Nice area , green , lots of shops , barbershop, vegetable shops , ATMs , bank branches , small shopping malls !!! One of the disadvantages is the noise on playgrounds until midnight ( in summer)!!!

About a week ago, I took Borodino bread from the store. It was the most wonderful product!!! But I didn't remember which shift baked this bread, unfortunately.
But today I bought the same Borodino bread, but how heaven and earth differ. The dough is peroxide, the sugar is almost at zero, no spices smell from it. Baking brigade number 7.
The same thing happens with a sliced loaf. Once you take it, it's soft and fragrant. Another time is like nothing else!!! I've already realized that thieving shifts bake bad bread.
