It seems that the girl in question in the previous review was me, whose coating was not drying out. I was also hesitant to write a review, but after some circumstances, I won't do it. I think we need to be honest about this. I did a manicure in July and, as mentioned above, the coating did not dry out, the master was nervous, redid each nail, sawed, covered and so on several times. In response to my dissatisfaction with this situation and a request to remove the coating so that I would leave this place, the master refused me and continued to do her job. In the end, I forbade me to file and remove the excess (swelling under the cuticle) anymore, because everything around the nail was already hurting. At the reception, the master herself said that this manicure would be free. There were apologies and calls from the salon with sympathy. After 2 weeks, I removed the coating from my trusted master and it turned out that in this salon, due to the non-drying coating, I developed the Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacterium, the nail was green-yellow like grass! How terrible it is that the master, realizing the consequences that may be due to the fact that the coating did not dry, kept silent and just did it for free. Or maybe she didn't know it, then what about her competence and experience?! When I came and showed the nail, the management had already expressed so many words of well-being to me, saying that everything was new and the lamps and materials would deal with the problem. And by the way, it is clear that it is not new, and it would not hurt to update it. And also that the master quit the next day. And no matter how it is, it's a complete deception, I see this craftswoman several times a week leaving the salon for her lunch. Why lie! Why convince me what her name is! I understood everything a long time ago and I no longer have the desire to visit the salon. It is sad that such situations happen in the so-called beauty salon. And let everyone draw their own conclusion.
I have never seen such a blatant trash in salons.
1. It all started with a recording delay, where the administrator indicated 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, I came up to clarify myself, it turned out that it was still + 20 minutes
After a 40-minute wait, a girl came out whose coating was not drying out and she asked not to pay for the service (good acquaintance with the new salon)
2. The master did not apologize for being late, behaved as if I was late ( dryly, disinterestedly)
3. The master was in a hurry all the way because after me there was a recording and it really hurt, and when I pointed it out, she didn't react much, as if I was just a mannequin and in general I would tolerate it.
3. The office is dirty and everything was covered in nail dust, they come into the office, put the phone on a chair before the procedure began, took the phone a minute later to check the message and it was all covered in dust from someone's nails (I haven't started removing the coating yet)
4. The administrator did not come up for the procedure, did not offer, corny, water, let alone coffee tea, and the service costs 75p!
5. After the end of this crazy action, I came up for payment and at least for waiting (so in 40 minutes) what 5% complementary ones were offered, but there is no paying the bills, and the rest there apparently no one cares.
6. Well, the cherry on the cake. I still doubted writing a review, but today I noticed that the coating began to fall off from all the nails, a week after the procedure itself, well, the song is right?
I enjoyed the massage very much. I relaxed and rested, I'm happy. The pedicure master Ekaterina simply amazed with her professionalism. The administrator, the staff are excellent, knowledgeable and loving their work, I advise you.👍
