Магазин хороший, большой. Широкий ассортимент мебели, приветливые и отзывчивые консультанты. Отдельное спасибо консультанту Карине. По договору с доставкой уложились в срок. Единственный минус в том, что сборка и навеска мебели производится не сразу в день доставки, как в других магазинах, а нашем случае через неделю.

Год назад выбирали матрас, очень долго изучала какой же выбрать. Хотелось выбрать качественный и удобный матрас, ведь ⅓ времени суток мы проводим именно на нём. Зашли в Аксамит ТЦ Озерцо, нас встретила продавец Карина милая девушка, чётко и понятно рассказала о плюсах и минусах матрасов. Выбрали матрас Kondor Sidney Medio, и за год использования ещё ни разу не пожалели. Матрас привезли в упаковке прочной плёнки, запахи какие либо отсутствовали. А ещё Карина нам посоветовала приобрести непромокаемый наматрасник, и он нам пришёл очень кстати с появлением ребёнка. Спасибо большое Аксамит за широкий ассортимент товара и хороших отзывчивых сотрудников!

Выбирала шкаф, чтобы был вместительный и не громоздкий. В магазине Аксамит нашла то, что мне нужно. Привезли и собрали мебель согласно договору. Шкаф очень нравится! Через месяц понадобилась тумба под ТV. Пришла снова в Аксамит))) и не пожалела. В ближайшее время планирую ремонт в коридоре и уже знаю, куда пойду за мебелью 😁. Особую благодарность выражаю Карине за её тёплое отношение к клиентам!
