Communication with the complaints department is only via Viber, you ask a question, you will not receive an answer to the question, THERE is NO FEEDBACK, you ask questions into the void, three days later they said they would make a replacement, but they did not ask me if I wanted it. For three days, I tried to contact the complaints department and clarify at whose expense the ascent to the 5th floor would be made, 5 rubles per floor. After I contacted the store and clarified at whose expense the rise would be, they could not answer this question and were more inclined to believe that I would have to pay for it.
