I ordered a table at the end of April. I received it in July, the production and delivery dates were severely disrupted. No one warned about delays in production, later only exculpatory references were made to local holidays and the delay in the supply of materials. The table was made in the wrong color that was chosen. In addition to minor scratches, cracks, chips and obvious sloppy work, a defective sliding part was revealed. The company did not respond for a long time, then employees redirected to each other. I have written an official complaint to the e-mail. Mail. In August, I managed to talk with the owner of this IP, I was refunded 10 thousand rubles for the inconvenience and promised to redo the sliding part of the countertop within a week. 2 months have passed - no response, no greetings.
I will not recommend this organization to anyone. Six months of waiting, so much nerves and effort spent to achieve at least some kind of response and justice.
And the furniture is not comparable to factory production. It's a piece of trash!
And I don't say anything about the attitude towards customers at all - boorish and uncaring!
