The hotel is old and in need of renovation, especially the lobby at the entrance. The room is large, and there is a great large terrace. The staff is polite and loyal to the residents. The entire infrastructure of the 5-star Hotel is across the street. The area is calm. modern buildings, lots of shops, restaurants, ATMs.
The hotel is located across the street from the Akra hotel, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, but there were nuances during the stay, a couple of cups of tea are supposed to be in the room, so they were taken away without replacing the dishes with clean ones, I had to ask them again to bring pillows on which they slept-for some reason they were replaced with others (more tough, although they didn't ask for it) on the last day.Well, it still feels like this hotel has nothing to do with the main hotel, as if you don't live in the Akra network, but in general in another place, my personal opinion. You can go to the main hotel for breakfast, visit everything else as well.By the way, the rooms do not differ in style in both hotels.
The hotel is very nice, the staff is friendly, ready to help the guests in any matter. We had a rest with a pet, a small dog, and brought a cot and bowls to the room upon check-in. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily. The breakfasts in the nearby cafe are very tasty. The rest was great!
