It's a very nice room.
Excellent cuisine in the main restaurant, varied and delicious.

The food is excellent and varied (there are 5 kitchens per day). The staff is kind and will always help. Room service is provided 2 times: cleaning and control of the mini bar (it is free). The territory is large, there is entertainment in the form of games (darts, shooting gallery, ping pong), training(water aerobics and yoga).
The hotel is very beautiful and wonderful.

I had a rest in early May 2025. A stunning hotel in the very center of Kemer. If you want to relax with maximum comfort, then this is definitely the place for you. The service is top-notch, and many people come back here again and again. I have a feeling that I will be one of them)
The food is extremely varied and everything is very tasty, the bartenders make amazing cocktails.
Despite the fact that I don't like Turkish coffee, the coffee shop here is very good... if you can't imagine your day without a cup of coffee, you will have one)
The animation is super! Enes, Sultan and Domfu are just incredible. Animation in the pool area, which is an undoubted plus for me, since you can always be by the sea with yourself) In the evenings there is a show or live music, after that there is a disco. Also, I recommend going to the Luna bar, atmospheric.

A magnificent hotel!!! Super, my husband and I were very satisfied. The five is real . The territory is good, the hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is all polite, pleasant to communicate with, there are no complaints about food. The beach is clean, there is a pier with sun loungers, high-quality drinks. Any kind of entertainment, from children's animation to sports , yoga, aqua aerobics. Every evening there are entertainment shows, discos. Nearby there are retail outlets , called Arbat Kemer , pharmacies , an embankment , you can walk to the port , admire the surrounding area in the evenings .
I highly recommend Akrakemer, I would like to return to it again, with great pleasure

The hotel is very nice. We had a rest in January, and we were lucky with the weather. The food is excellent, the food is all delicious, there are more than five ways to cook eggs for breakfast, red fish, delicious pate. Alcohol is imported and of high quality. I really liked the hotel. Nice rooms. They cleaned it every day. There are several pools, three small slides in the children's room (the children went in). The beach is pebbly, there are sun beds both on the shore and on the pier (but you need to occupy it earlier). On the shore, plus the fact that there is a QR code on the umbrellas, after scanning which you can order water or beer.
We went to the sauna and hammam almost every day.
Five points for nutrition. A good main restaurant, breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Chicken, beef, lamb, lots of different fish, shrimp mussels. There was something new every day. You can also have lunch near the beach (an antricote or a hot frying pan came in).
For a la carte restaurants, you need to make an appointment in advance: either (to the left of the reception from 9:00 the girl at the table), or download the application and sign up through it. The recording is available 3 days in advance. If you have a large company and several rooms and want to sit at one large table, then using the app is not an option. I liked Olive and Marine more. There is a nice pastry shop next to the lobby.

From 25.09-03.10 we had a rest with our daughter in Akra Kemer!In general, the hotel is beautiful, 10 out of 10 the location of the hotel , the place is stunning, beautiful coast surrounded by mountains.We arrived early in the morning and offered a room right away, but on the 1st floor with a view of the playground and the walls of the following buildings -we refused, waited for 14 hours and gave the same room, but two floors higher-so the view on the left of the mountains on the right of the aquagorks is normal, as they say, the view of the air is normal.The food is excellent in every sense.The service is at 10, all well done trying to please.Animation there are many games and sports activities - everyone found something to their liking.In the evening, the performances are beautiful, but we are spoiled by Alva Donna, of course we cannot compare with them.There are many retired Europeans.I took a spa scrub peeling procedure -I'm disappointed here-they gave me a scrub on cold, dry skin -firstly it hurt and was not effective, at first I actually had to steam me in a hammam, well, at least sit for 5 minutes -but they don't care just to work out their 30 minutes and get money and after even tea in They didn't offer water in the bags either(.I really liked the restaurant with a menu on the seashore -it's convenient to sit there for lunch.

I really liked the hotel. The territory is not large, but people do not interfere with each other. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and other entertainments - people settle down somewhere and do not get bored. I really liked that the hotel is aimed at small children. Upon check-in, we were given a list of things that we can ask for in the room (a cot, a bathtub, a high chair, napkins, a set of dishes, food, etc..). It was very convenient. With a stroller, you can drive absolutely anywhere - either an elevator or a ramp.
The staff is very polite and helpful. And, as if, the smile is not on duty, but really sincere.
The room was cleaned perfectly. The child constantly climbed under the bed, they took him out of there not dusty))
I also put a big plus sign for the SPA and excellent massage from Balinese employees. I'm quite squeamish, but here I had no questions about the cleanest and softest towels)
In general, you can relax here perfectly! I definitely recommend the hotel!

Excellent hotel, almost in the very center of Kemer. I went outside the hotel and you're in the city. As always, there are many shops, pharmacies and various shops. The territory of the hotel itself is small, very well maintained and green, everything is compact. There are never crowds of people anywhere, the waiters speak Russian. The main restaurant has a good selection of dishes and various meats and seafood and vegetables and fruits. In bars, alcohol is both local and imported. Towels without cards and without restrictions!!!! There are no bracelets on my arm either. This is a big plus. There is a coffee shop, sweets. There is also ayran in the bars. The cleaning is excellent in the room and there are all bathroom amenities. Each guest will receive a bag as a gift. Daily replenishment of the bar in the room. The sea is clean, the entrance is gentle, there is a pier. Every day there is some kind of entertainment program. The hotel is without complaints, I recommend it

Nice hotel (visited in May 2025). It was great about 20 years ago. In general, everything corresponds to the stated price. Clean rooms, linen change every other day and towels every day. A good restaurant and alcohol. It happens that interesting artists are invited. There is live music in the lobby in the evenings. But for me personally, the hotel is morally outdated, with dirty carpet in the corridors, old plumbing and a battered children's room. We chose between Acre Kemer and Lusso in Sorgun and, of course, we regretted it. Although there is no way to compare them, they were equivalent in price at the time of early booking.

A hotel with very helpful staff and delicious food. The rooms are a bit "tired", but overall clean and cozy. We had a rest in March, we were lucky with the weather, so we swam in an outdoor pool with slides (it is heated to 26 degrees), then moved to a warmer indoor pool, and from there to a hammam and sauna. To all this, there is also a constant opportunity to eat, drink a cocktail (they make very tasty non-alcoholic drinks for children) or drink coffee with a dessert of a good level. In general, my daughter said that it was better than the Rixos we were in last year, I probably agree with her. The only thing I didn't really like was shampoo and hair balm, they are bio there, if by nature the hair needs care, it's better to take care with you)

We had a rest from March 16 to March 24. The main advantage of this hotel is its friendly staff. The hotel is good, we were there in late October and early November.
The food and drinks are beyond praise, I really liked the themed dinners. It's a little difficult to get into a la carte restaurants, especially in Italian, it is very in demand.
Do not expect that there will be sushi in Asian, only as a starter snack for a tooth.
The service depends solely on the person, there were very good waiters who know Russian and are always friendly, and of course there were those who served neutrally.
I've only seen discos from children's animation, apparently due to the fact that there are no small children.
Adult animation for 4: some kind of sports events and discos in the evening, sometimes with invited artists.
I liked the pastry shop there.
There is a slight disadvantage that there are not enough sun loungers, vacationers occupied a sun lounger at 6:00, and then they could not come. Here, it seems to me, the hotel administration needs to intervene: you either relax on the beach with your things or Come when you can, but do not take up space for a long time.

It's a lovely hotel. Clean, good animation, varied and high-quality food. There are themed dinners. I liked the work of animators for both adults and children. The competent staff at the reception always helped with all questions.

Important note! Rooms with direct sea views overlook the concert venues, i.e. the music is up to 0 o'clock and loud. A number of rooms have a view of the neighboring hotel (orange country), which is quite noisy, and on the other side of the room there is a playground.
I recommend choosing rooms with pool views and side sea views.
The hotel is close to the city, it is convenient to walk everywhere. You can rent a bike.

We had a vacation with my husband from May 20 to May 27, 24. The hotel is chic, the room (with sea view) is clean, cleaned well. The food is sooo delicious, and fish and shrimp and mussels and meat are different, special thanks for the desserts, it's a paradise for a sweet tooth. The territory of the hotel is not large, but everything is somehow harmonious, well-groomed and beautiful. We chose this hotel because it is not a human place, we were lucky (or maybe always so) there were few people, there were enough sunbeds at any time. Entertainment programs in the evening are good (acrobats, dancers, songs), of course mini disco for kids, and for adults at 22.30 disco. Decent a la carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, Turkish, fish and Mexican) and moreover, there is an application where you can sign up for a restaurant or watch the evening program; your own wine library. A beautiful bar on the terrace on the top floor overlooking the sea and the hotel grounds. I recommend it!!!

Cozy, small hotel, great food.
Convenient location, near the center of Kemer and the embankment. The service is good, the service in restaurants and bars is fast. The staff is friendly.
A la carte restaurants are pleasant, interesting dishes. Excellent mutton in Italian and delicious octopus tentacles in seafood.
The noise insulation in the rooms is average.
Lena and Sasha from the animation team are great, great exercises at 10:30 and classes at 16-00. I've never walked before, but I'll tell you, I was very happy to do yoga.
The wine is local, but not bad.
Pure spirits are imported, but I think cocktails are made from local ones.
Efes and Vescs bottled beer only.
The mini-bar is only beer, water and lemonade.

So. We are a family of 4 people: mom, dad, children 13 and 1 year old. The end of September, 2024.
We arrived at the hotel at 9:00. We were very well received at the reception, the girl Anastasia speaks several languages perfectly, including Russian. She explained everything well, where you can change clothes and leave your things (there is a room with a shower, toilet and lockers with a combination lock). We changed our clothes and went to the main restaurant for breakfast. The food is very good and varied. For children, there are 2 types of hipp canned food, yogurt, ayran, chocolate or something like that in boxes with a straw. But this is for older people. Cans for kids. We took our food jars and porridges. The blender is not publicly available, but if you ask to grind something, they will do it without problems. In general, I would like to mention all the staff of the hotel - they are all great fellows, very pleasant, friendly, they will always come to the rescue, prompt and respond to any requests.
We were checked in at 13:30 a little earlier, the room was ready by that time. The room is nice and clean. The furniture and bedding are perfect.
For a 1-year-old baby, we were given a playpen bed with bedding, a bathtub, a high chair, a sponge and soap baby supplies. We could also ask for a radio babysitter and a potty, but we didn't have to.
The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, ironing board, iron, and a clothes dryer on the balcony. The room is standard with a balcony. Our room overlooks the playground and the neighboring hotel (not Orange))).
There are very beautiful mountains on the left, and the sea is visible on the right. Quietly. In the evening, music is playing in all the hotels, but my daughter is asleep. Although I woke up at home from every rustle. The music plays until 12 at night.

On nutrition: I've already written about children, adults-there's a lot of choice, everything is delicious and varied. Alcohol is imported and local, there is non-alcoholic beer.
Before that, we were in the 5th - everything was disgusting and dirty there.
Everything in Akra is delicious, for every taste and age. The dishes and everything else are clean. This is very important to me. The desserts are delicious! My eyes are running away, I want to try everything. We were satisfied with everything we tried.

There are 3 slides. Rescuers are watching. My 13-year-old son was almost always there. The pool is 35 cm deep for kids. It's not very warm, but it's for me. Kids swim like that with pleasure.
The hotel's territory is small, but it has everything you need. Everything is neat and clean.
You can eat anywhere and at any time. Pizzeria, fruits, ice cream, drinks, nuts and chips. If you were late for lunch (we had it because of the child's daytime nap), you can have a delicious meal in an outdoor restaurant on the way to the beach.
There are small pebbles on the beach, sun beds with umbrellas. It's a small area, but there's plenty of room for everyone. There is a descent by stairs or you can enter this way. There is a pier with tables.

We were with my wife and daughter, who is almost 5, everything is fine. We were in Barut last year, but in Side, so we decided that we should go to the same network so as not to take risks. True, it either changed its name, or changed its owner, it's called Acre, but everything remains the same in terms of service, as the travel agent told us.
It should be noted right away that there is one important feature, it's hard to call it a minus, loud music until 12 at night, and both in acre and in neighboring hotels, on the first day we were put in a room with windows facing the Hilton, it was hard to fall asleep because of the music, but my daughter passed out without any problems after the road. The next day we were asked at the reception to move us away from the music, they moved us quickly without questions, it became much better, but not ideal of course, but such are the orders in all nearby hotels, apparently, although it is a little strange, considering that the hotel is designed for holidays with young children, probably 80 percent of the rooms can see the sea from the window.
Everything is clean, beautiful, on the second day they called from the local concierge service and asked if everything was in order and if there were any wishes? And we just left the children's swimming slippers somewhere and I still couldn't get to the reception to find out if they were storing lost things somewhere. The girl said that she would try to help, and the next day they hung our slippers on the door handle and wrote about it in the blog:)
There is a lot of food, I liked it in general, they pour everything you want, that year it was somehow less in another hotel, but somehow a lot of things tasted better. For some reason, some dishes were quite salty, I took some fish, but it was not very, with a taste of silt, but it was more of a quibble, mostly everything was delicious, different colors on different days, sushi, pizzas alternated with borscht with olives :) I replenish the mini-bar in the room every day with beer, cola and nuts with cookies. At the same time, a colleague was fed porridge and dumplings every day in the Krasnodar Territory for the same money.
The show on the evening of the first day left a great impression, the Kuban show is just a fire, we were impressed by their tricks. There are different dance shows every day. There is a playground for children, a children's club, ours did not go, but groups of children walked around the territory in the mornings, sometimes dressed as Indians, then pirates.
There was always coffee, yummy food, cocktails, juices, chips, water and so on, on the beach too, you can order to the sunbed through the qr code. Everywhere on the territory and on the beach is WiFi 6. There are slides and a 35 cm pool for children, my daughter really liked it. The sea is beautiful, clean, and warm. We swam sometimes barefoot, sometimes in slippers. We went to the city and decided to take a stroller to take a longer walk, put the shopping and not carry our daughter in our arms later, we took the stroller at the reception. A very cool shop-cafe in the lobby. We did not go to alyakart, we had to sign up there in 2 days, it was inconvenient for us, we constantly forgot, it was difficult to remember this with a child and we did not get there.

The hotel is suitable for unsophisticated and not very demanding vacationers.
It was the second time, after the hotel changed its brand. The quality has dropped, and you can choose more pleasant places in this price category.
Everything is made up of little things. The territory is small- we are ready for this and it is taken into account in the price of the hotel. You can't wait for the staff in the dining room, it's good if they come to you once for dinner. The coffee is sour. Baking in a pastry shop is quite sad. There are no complaints about the bartenders at the bars, they work well.
There are no questions about the numbers either, everything is updated. Sauna, hammam, everything is fine. Outdoor relaxation pool is not heated. There were questions about the work of Guest Communications and reception. There is no QR code with menus and table numbers when you can conveniently order drinks and they will be brought to you. The drinks are quite decent, as in other hotels of this price. There is very little food, a lot of baking, almost no hot meat ...
The dishes are covered with food film... Containers with hot food are not fixed, i.e. you have to hold the lid with one hand. Vegetables and cheese are poorly cut. Alaska Asian is terrible. For dessert, you will be served a canned pineapple ring in a greasy batter - it's just a shame. The work of the animators is almost invisible.
There is no longer a loyalty program as it was in Barut.
Perhaps positive changes will occur when the manager changes. But we no longer plan to return to this hotel, although four years ago we rated it above average.

We have not been to Turkey for a long time, the hotel was pleasantly surprised, wonderful rooms, good cleaning, the restaurant and a variety of dishes and drinks deserve special praise, the staff is friendly, the service is excellent, the territory is compact but perfectly planned, there are no crowds, a beautiful swimming pool, a Pebble beach, a beautiful pier with a bar.

We had a rest in October from October 3 to October 7, 2024. The hotel is cool, the room was (suite) large, 2 rooms, Jacuzzi. Cleaning every day, the view from the balcony to the mountains and the sea is gorgeous. The food is varied . The beach is small pebbles, the sea is warm and transparent. The service staff is super, there is a question, come ask, they will always help.
The hotel itself is located in Kemer, all within walking distance. The rest turned out perfectly. Recommend.

The best hotel in the history of travel!
We went with my husband and daughter for 8 months in October 2023.
The location of the hotel is excellent, there is a wonderful beach, and in the evening you can walk around Kemer.
We had a large classroom room on the 1st floor 1001. The staff took into account our wish for silence, since we are with the baby.
Food is a separate delight, seafood, red fish and much more every day. Cool theme nights. The choice of food is simply huge.
There are enough sun beds on the beach, there has always been enough for everyone.
Animation: entertainment programs every evening, a lot of sports activities in the afternoon.
There was a situation when I had to apply for insurance, a doctor was called from the hotel, he helped to call an ambulance, activate the insurance. Thank you very much!
The most important value of this hotel is the caring and very responsive staff.
We will definitely come to you again!

We rested at the Kemer Hotel from 08/27.24. to 09/05.24. We visited this hotel for the first time in 2022, when the hotel was still part of the Barut network. I would like to note the improvement in service compared to 2022. We were given a luxurious room with a view of the mountains and the sea.
The hotel keeps its brand. Excellent spacious rooms, high-quality cleaning, polite staff, very pleasant in communication, always try to help. Everything is clean and tidy, the sea is clean and transparent, sun beds are always freely available. To animators Lena and Sasha Respekt! These are wonderful people who can find an individual approach to each vacationer, well, real psychologists. Yoga on the seashore is wonderful! The SPA salon deserves separate applause, excellent massage is done by Balinese girls, be sure to visit. The restaurant has a very diverse selection, confectionery is a work of art. Anna Pavlova is divine! All Ala carte restaurants are required to visit!

We had a rest from March 23 to March 28, 2025, consisting of 3 adults and 1 child (10 years old). We had a great rest, a week before departure I was upset that the weather had turned bad. It was cold and rainy in Turkey, but when we arrived it was sunny and hot. There weren't a lot of people at the hotel, which was great because we were on vacation. We were checked in immediately upon arrival at 7 a.m., were well received and escorted to breakfast. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is done every other day, but the bar is replenished every day. Back at home, I downloaded the hotel's app and signed up for breakfast at an a la carte restaurant, which is very convenient. The food was delicious, and we didn't go hungry at all. The waiters always come up and find out what we want to drink. They always say hello and smile. The territory is not large, but it is comfortable to walk and even still manage to get lost. The cats in the territories didn't bother us personally in any way. I also liked the live music. Special thanks to the staff for everything. I sincerely recommend this holiday hotel.

A great holiday for the New Year holidays. The hotel is operating at almost "full capacity". The Fish Alyakart was great, but the Turkish one let me down a bit - the mutton was overcooked.
