We were in Sukhum in September of the 21st year, booked a room in Acre on the official website. The hotel is excellent, starting from booking, accommodation and check-out. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for their hospitality, courtesy, care and service. Special thanks to the chefs for the delicious breakfasts, especially porridge and cottage cheese. The room and public areas were always clean, bed linen and towels (new and crystal white) were changed regularly. I was pleased with the availability of beach towels. The hotel has its own water supply (several stages of purification) and a diesel power plant, video surveillance and security. All photos on the site correspond to reality. I recommend the hotel to visit.

I liked the hotel - and the location is convenient, and the rooms are clean and cleaned upon request (although the hotel rules only clean every 3 days). You choose breakfast in advance (from about 7 dishes) - so you can eat different dishes every day and not get bored. If you close the balcony door, it becomes almost quiet. There is an air conditioner and an electric heater (you can quickly dry clothes and shoes next to it).

We came to this hotel for the second time, remembering last year, we really liked it. We checked into the room, as we did last time, then came and said that we had made a mistake and we needed to move to another one, they confused. The room turned out to be small, the beds were single and separate! The breakfasts are meager (like you won't starve, but you won't get enough)! In general, I was a little disappointed. Then he gave the phone to the woman and she said that there really were no rooms, some guests were coming, well, OK. When we were about to leave, we met a man at the door (as it turned out, the owner), I explained to him, he says no, everything is there. We call this woman again and she says there are no numbers. Good. I went to the booking and showed them the reservation that I can make now and they will be obliged to check me in (it turns out there was a number on the booking), to which the owner says a 10% discount for you and here there is such a number and calls the amount 2 or 3 thousand more expensive than the price on the booking, I indicated He doesn 't care about you ... here is the price on the booking, and you tell me it was much more expensive about 7 thousand per room, in ABKHAZIA!!!He eventually said he couldn't help and we went to a monastery and there I found a luxury room for 2500.
Bottom line, there is no point in going to them, they will still look at your clothes to let you in or not, and when they see you have a good chain, they will also throw a couple of thousand for sure. Not a foot towards you anymore

From the beginning, we were led by the prices and beautiful photos of one of the guest houses in Sukhum, upon arrival we were shocked by the remoteness from the center and the appearance of the guest house, it was decided to urgently look for another accommodation and the staff of the Acre hotel did not refuse us, even though their working day had already ended! In search of a place to live in Sukhumi, we looked at many options - guest houses, hotels, and even an apartment. But they chose Acre and were definitely not mistaken. The hotel is new, 2018. A nice spacious room with a large bathroom, with a comfortable bed, good pillows and perfectly clean linen and towels, on which the name of the hotel is embroidered. Bathrobes, slippers, beach towels, clothes dryer, powerful hair dryer, bathroom accessories. Silent air conditioner. Everything in the room is thought out to the smallest detail to make it comfortable for guests. Everything was definitely done with love. Very good breakfasts. Friendly staff. 5 minutes to the sea (city beach). The market is around the corner. A wonderful hotel.
