We bought an apartment in the Pine Garden complex built by Akr Group. Premium class complex : 2 swimming pools , sauna , hammam, nature . But in fact, as soon as the rainy season came, all the flaws and gross violations immediately came out. All utility rooms have been flooded , rainwater is being poured into the indoor pool , motors and electrical wires are submerged in water . The gates and lights are closed, the elevators are not working. The sauna is constantly malfunctioning, the hammam has not even started. They are in no hurry to solve problems, especially on weekends.

I bought a kaartira from them. They were detained for half a year , a fire occurred in 1 month , as they saved on wiring. Then the flood, the roof leaks, the entire 0 floor is flooded, the infrastructure is not working. They didn't even remove the blind area , drainage and waterproofing. Not a conscientious developer
