The most disgusting hotel of most that we have visited in 2 weeks.
First: At first we were put in room 403, we are non-smokers and any smell, even that we tried to remove from cigarettes, is felt. The toilet was also leaking, and it was very audible. They asked for a change. They changed it to 401, at first glance it seems to be normal, they went for a walk. We returned, went to bed - the window is in a metal frame, it does not close, it is broken. The hotel is located on a highway along which there is non-stop traffic all the time, the noise of the street is enormous, and when you try to fall asleep it is so completely annoying. As a result, after suffering for several hours, we went to the reception at 12 o'clock in the morning, because we could not get through, we did not know the number, any known combinations do not work. As a result, the administrator came and tried to fix the window, realized that it was not working properly, we immediately said that we were leaving tomorrow and asked for a refund for the remaining 4 days of stay. We were offered a replacement room, but the hotel has already lost our trust. Also in our room, when the light is turned on in the bathroom, there is a very strong hum of the hood, to our question - is this normal? The answer was yes! Maybe the owners of the hotel do not really understand why guests come to it? The hint is to rest! Even when one of the guests uses plumbing above the floor, all this is accompanied by another very strong noise when flushing in the rooms below, including ours. I will attach a photo of the breakfast in the photo. The room itself is dusty, shabby, streaked. The staff we met at breakfast and in the elevator are very nice and friendly, this is probably the only plus. A refund is also a big problem, if you booked through Ostrovok, the money will not be refunded to you! Even if the room does not correspond to the stated "sound insulation in the room" in fact, how to sleep on the highway itself! Categorically avoid it. I would not advise anyone to throw 16k into the wind for such a thing!
