We ordered Adana Kebab (380 lire), Chicken skewers (335 lire) and two unfiltered beers for 160 lire (later they took it in the store for 65 lire). The total amount is 1035 liras.
After the beer was brought to us, the waiter brought a plate with bread, cheese, olives and water. We told the waiter that we had not ordered these dishes. He pretended that he did not understand, I asked if it was free, he replied that it was not free and left.
When the bill was brought, the total amount was 1,270 lire (235 lire more). I told the waiter that we had not ordered two dishes on the bill (water and a bread and cheese plate). The waiter said that these are their standard dishes, which are always automatically included in the bill. I said that we would not pay for what we did not eat or order. He called the administrator, with whom we also discussed the same thing several times. As a result, he recalculated the bill for us in the amount of 1,190 liras. My husband said let's pay, what's there to swear and waste your nerves.
Total: the impression was bad, the evening was ruined, there was no customer orientation.
The food itself is delicious, there are no complaints.
I would like to say that this was the first catering establishment that I visited for the first time in Istanbul and in Turkey in general. These people managed to spoil the impression right after we asked for the bill.It included dishes that we hadn't ordered, namely water and snacks.A whole council of staff gathered around us.I would have paid and closed my eyes if there had been 20 lira, but they counted about 300 extra for us.After a long debate, 110 lira was still removed. We just put the money down and left.I just didn't want to make a row and sort things out with these merchants.I hope they will become richer with this money.I don't recommend this place. The food is delicious and I have no complaints about the kitchen.Beer costs 160 lire, and in the store across the house there is exactly the same 65.Think)
