We spend our holidays in Abkhazia every year at this hotel. And you have never regretted your choice. Friendly hosts, convenient location, grocery and clothing stores nearby, the dining room has been working at the bottom of the hotel for many years - delicious and at a price - normal. The rooms are clean, freshly renovated. TV, air conditioning, refrigerator - everything works. There are many Russian channels. We always take a room with a sea view, a table and two chairs on the balcony. The view is awesome. If you take rooms 1 and 2, then the room has a view of the sea and mountains! To the sea - 4 minutes at a very slow pace. There are 150₽ sun beds on the beach for the whole day. Umbrellas - 200rubles. We left from 12.00 to 16.00, left sun beds with towels and nothing was lost anywhere. We park the car in the yard, but this must be agreed with the owners in advance. The central market can be reached by foot, or you can take a bus - it stops right in front of the hotel. There are new microwaves and ironing boards on each floor. There is a kettle, 2 plates and 2 mugs in the room. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer and mirror. One disadvantage is the steep staircase - it's hard to climb to the 4th floor. If an elderly person is overweight, it will be difficult. And so - everything is gorgeous!

I am writing a review while we are on vacation. The hotel is great!Good location, close to all the streets in shops, everything is there, a lot of cafes with live music, it takes 3 minutes to walk to the sea slowly. The hotel is clean, spacious, cozy, everything in the room is there, everything works, all conditions are created for a comfortable stay. The hotel has a Rosemary dining room, very tasty, homemade and the price is reasonable, the staff is trying, well done. The hotel has Very hospitable hosts, we traveled by train for almost 2 days, upon arrival, the hostess settled in ahead of time, sent us to rest, recover after the trip, and then only paid for the accommodation, for the first time I see such a warm and human attitude. (we've been to many places, Turkey, Egypt, Singapore, Thailand, Europe), but Abkhazia is just a top!!! They say blindly-the country of the soul! And good people) we will advise all friends)

A nice guest house, the rooms have decent furniture, everything is there. Nice balcony with great sea and mountain views. Convenient location. A minute's walk to the sea, within walking distance of shops, cafes, canteens, the embankment, the center. I would like to especially mention the hostess Kristina and her husband.
