A wonderful complex with friendly hosts and wonderful administrator Maria! I've been looking for a very long time for a suitable apartment for us. There is everything here-the houses are built of larch-the smell inside is wonderful! There is no TV-we don't need it at all, we don't even have it at home, so this is rather a plus. We came to see Abkhazia, rented a car, it is very convenient that the car can be driven into the yard so that it does not stand on the street. The location is good, near New Athos, holy places, hot springs, Chernihiv. The farthest is the Ritz, we set aside a day for it and went early in the morning, everything else is relatively nearby. From food-we had breakfast with porridge with fruits cooked in a microwave, we always had lunch where we were going, on the way home we bought pizza for 250 = at Stop Pizza (this is from Sukhumi on the highway" and vegetables / fruits and we had enough of everything, there were no problems with nutrition. The neighbors lit a fire every evening and after them it was possible to roast something else-the coals remained. The studio room has a bed, two bedside tables, shelves, a kitchenette (micra, kettle, refrigerator), a bathroom with a hairdryer and a water heater, a refrigerator. Everything is exceptionally clean, pillows / mattresses, snow-white linen made of thick cotton, terry expensive towels. There is a lot of vegetation, flowers, lavender, persimmon, grapes on the territory! The highway is nearby, but after visiting any attraction, we slept like angels and nothing bothered us, although, objectively, of course, we can hear it. The best place in terms of price/quality ratio. Stylish rooms with wooden finishes, there is a small kitchen area, a terrace, tables in the courtyard, a cot, Wi-Fi. There is no TV, but for us it is rather a plus. A large sandy beach is a 5-minute walk away. Upon check-in, a compliment from the hostess is a decanter of homemade wine and chacha.
If you are interested in more than just a beach holiday, it is better to come by car, because the guest house is located in the suburbs and only small cafes and shops are within walking distance.

A pleasant clean modern place, unusual for Abkhazia. The sea is across the road, it's clean and deserted. The building and the rooms in it are cute and really eco-friendly (wooden). All amenities and amenities) in short, I advise you, especially in the price/quality ratio🙃

Complete discrimination of people living in double rooms, there are no tiles in the cooking area, it is impossible to use tiles and the cooking area that two-storey rooms have, but what
should people who travel with children do and no one is interested in for a long time. In the cooking area there is only a barbecue and a sink, there is not even a roof light how to cook in the evening, no one cares To buy a tile yourself in the room because of weak wiring. There is no normal inertia. There is no TV. There is not even a table to eat in the rooms on the second floor. The complex is located far from the center, there is no normal cafe, there are a couple of counter-type shops. For 1700 rubles , in fact , a bed and a toilet

We had a rest in August 2019, the price / quality is appropriate. The sea is 8 minutes away, the sea is clean, there are at least a few people. The room is clean, nothing superfluous. The only thing is noisy from cars (near the highway)
