But first you need to undergo fluorography in their direction at a nearby city polyclinic (free of charge), take tests at the CVD and any private laboratory (for some money, for some reason they do not take HIV and hepatitis in the CVD). As a result, they climbed into a vein twice in one day, and they also need to go to the regional tuberculosis dispensary for a certificate from a phthisiologist. After that, you come to the Clerk for summing up the results and issuing a conclusion. You can pay with a card, a qr code or in cash. In principle, all this was done quickly, it can be done in 2-3 weekdays. They work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.
UPD: They also make a permit to drive a vehicle, have an identity card with them and access to electronic certificates (via caspi or egov). You can take a 3*4 photo with you, or there is now a photographer's service there. We moved from the main building of the bus station to a neighboring, detached one, there is now a lot of space, each doctor has his own office, there is even a wardrobe, shoe covers, a waiting bench. It's much more convenient now!
