Lines last forever. You see the tellers are sitting around but they don’t serve. I would not recommend it to anyone.

This is some kind of nightmare!
It feels like people are just sitting there, not understanding what their job is.
Opening an account is a separate type of bullying: go there, they tell you to go to another counter, and after several such approaches, you return to the original one.

The most disgusting department in the
Yerevan . To exchange money, you will sit there for 30-40 minutes. You will give normal bills, and they will change them for torn ones and refuse to exchange, so when handing a bill to an employee, be vigilant, pass one bill to the cashiers under the cameras. For the first time in my life in Armenia, I came across such inhumane employees, and in principle, people, if they could be called such, of course. Unfortunately, I cannot specify the full name of these employees, due to the fact that I was too stunned by the similar behavior of the girls, one of whom tried to catch up with me to deal with me, and a guard came to help her. Considering that I was late for the tour and asked for an exchange 100 times. I don't know where the head is looking, but with such employees there are fewer and fewer customers

I have accounts in 4 different banks myself (we went to open my mother's account) - nowhere is there even close to such boorish behavior

Terrible conditions for opening an account. They ask for a whole package of documents, as if you are asking for a loan or mortgage. But there are no queues, probably for the same reason.
I do not recommend it.

There are two queues, one with coupons and another through their mobile app. You need to download and receive an e-coupon without registration, then activate it at the branch using a QR code. The service is extremely slow, which is why there are a lot of people. With a regular ticket, wait 45-65 minutes. another joke: Your number on the scoreboard lights up for 20 seconds and disappears forever))
