Terrible conditions for opening an account. They ask for a whole package of documents, as if you are asking for a loan or mortgage. But there are no queues, probably for the same reason.
I do not recommend it.

Это просто издевательство, сейчас пойду писать жалобу у управляющего офисом, с виду все так здорово, но простую оплату квитанции сделать заходишь будучи клиентом банка и … сидишь больше часа!!! Просто сотрудников на кассах всего два. А остальные где и почему нет, попробую добиться ответа
Сотрудникам банка абсолютно плевать на свою работу. Тебе улыбаются в лицо но счет открыть не могут мне уже МЕСЯЦ. Просто из-за халатности сотрудника, в чем они сами без проблем признаются))
Очереди две одна с талонами и ещё одна через их мобильное приложение. Нужно скачать и без регистрации получить эл купон затем его в отделении активировать с помощью QR кода. Обслуживание крайне медленное из-за чего людей очень много. С обычным талоном ждать 45-65 мин. ещё прикол: Ваш номер на табло светится 20 секунд и исчезает навсегда))
