We had a family vacation in mid-November. Dignities: 0. Climate. We felt great for the first time in our lives. During the day +28, at night + 20, a breeze, sleeping is very comfortable, the air conditioner has never been turned on in the room all the time, you just don't need it. The sea is the warmest, and even if you dive into a stormy one from the pier, it is exactly warm! 1. The hotel itself, rooms, infrastructure, pools, beaches - everything is quite new, clean, our room was renovated. 2. The hotel is located near the city of Marsa Alam, on the coast, the first line. There are 2 piers from where you can dive both with a mask and scuba diving to a very decent depth. The reef begins almost 20 meters from the shore (unlike, for example, Sharm el Sheikh), and there is an opportunity to swim with a mask and admire the beauty of the underwater world - the main reason why everyone comes to the Red Sea. 3. The hotel has its own beach, and most importantly, a 10 * 50 m lagoon has been cut down right in the coral reef. This is the best solution that can be: during the week, there were about 3 days with a small storm at sea, there were red flags on the piers, you can not dive. However, it was comfortable to swim in the lagoon, and there was no ban, while all the advantages of the Red Sea remained: there were many species of fish in the lagoon, there were a couple of rays, the warm purest sea and waves. That is, even if you are unlucky with the weather (storm), no one will deprive you of the joy of swimming in the sea. 4. The hotel is kept crystal clear, the beach is constantly cleaned, the common areas are constantly washed, the pools are cleaned, we personally saw that the sanitary doctor came, took water samples for analysis. The hotel is family-run, there are many families with children, all children swim in the pools, they did not notice any problems. Towels at the stations can be changed without restrictions at all, you go to the beach, right on the beach you took a towel, bathed, dried yourself so as not to walk with it to the room and not dry it there, handed it over, received the card back. It's the same in the evening.5. Entertainment program: every evening there was a themed entertainment program on the square in front of the main building of the hotel, near the restaurant: acrobatic sketches, Latin American dances, karaoke competition, live music, etc. During the week of vacation, the program was never repeated. Those interested could take part. Every evening, animators went separately to gather children for a children's disco at the beach bar. Additionally, outdoor games were organized on the beach for those who wanted to play during the day. 7. Nutrition: it was not possible to try the entire range in a week, it is huge, for every taste and preference. There is a healthy food corner, steamed vegetables, rice. there is an unhealthy food corner - French fries and pancakes are cooked every day, the children are delighted. Additionally, upon arrival, 2 vouchers were issued for visiting A la Carte restaurants, they were never used, there was simply no need. There were always 2-3 types of meat, fish or seafood, salads, vegetables, a lot of sweets, pancakes and donuts in addition to them. 8. Alcohol: beer and white wine are quite acceptable, those who need it will make a cocktail from the list. You don't need a cocktail - they'll pour you a clean one. At dinner, alcohol is served by waiters, brought constantly, there is a desire - you can walk to the bar and take something to your taste. For the first couple of days, they were careful with ice - they asked not to put it anywhere, because it was suspected that ice was made from local industrial water. But, the fears were not confirmed, ice is quite possible to take. Coffee is a separate delight. Real espresso, from prof.coffee machines, class. The cappuccino is also excellent. You can ask the waiter to bring all this. 9. Staff: helpful and polite. On the advice of seasoned travelers, we took some Alenka chocolates to treat the guys who serve the rooms, after which they prepared some new figure for us every day :-) of towels. They walk along the beach during the day and offer various services: massage, quad bike rides, excursions, etc. Not to say that they are overly persistent. if you refuse 2 times, they no longer offer, only greet you when you meet. 10. Services: we took a massage - therapeutic is very good, relaxing seems to be good too. ATV rides are pure delight for children to drive themselves, watch the sunset in the desert. It might be a little boring for adults, we were riding for the first time - we got into it. 11. Infrastructure for children: a gorgeous water park, a huge selection of slides, that's right huge, for any age, both alone and together on cheesecakes (there is a cool slide without lighting - a rainbow), and a family on a mini-pool down. and on artificial waves on a boat. There were no queues (since it is the middle of November). The water park is open twice a day. there are staff on duty at the slides, monitoring safety. Additionally, the number of pools is such that it was not possible to try everything - there is an artificial wave, there is a heated one (but it was not needed at all, the sea is the warmest), there is an Olympic 50 meters, there are paddling pools for kids. 12. the contingent is mainly citizens of the European Union - Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, there are few compatriots :-) Disadvantages: 1. It is not a disadvantage of the hotel, just an observation. In November, the windy weather season begins in this part of the country. this is practically not felt on the territory of the hotel, however, as a result, stormy weather may occur (see above) - - you can swim in the lagoon, but you will not be able to dive on the reef from the pier. But, I'll make a reservation, out of 7 days, we still cut out 3 days, and, moreover, half a day even on the penultimate day. Additionally, windy weather is felt when climbing stairs in the water park. It doesn't bother you much, because you don't stand in queues there, and you don't have time to freeze, however, keep in mind. 2. According to the assortment of fruits, there were guavas, oranges, bananas, very good melons, but there were no mangoes. But, honestly, this is the third time we've been here, we're not sure if they even give them in hotels. We solved this problem of buying mangoes on the market, in any case they would be bought for goodies 3. I indicated above that the hotel is located at a distance from Marsa Alam, and about 2.5-3 hours by bus from Hurghada airport. As a result, we drove a little more than 4 hours, because at first we transported everyone who settled even further down the Red Sea. If you are traveling with young children, choose a route, it seems that some agencies offer charter flights to Marsa Alam airport. The bus was not bad, the trip is not very stressful. Total: complete delight, all the features (these are really not serious flaws, but something needs to be criticized :-)) are acceptable to me personally. Probably for the first time, the whole family agreed that we wanted to return to this hotel. Well, maybe not in the second half of November, but a little earlier, in the early days.

Nice, clean, cozy hotel, large territory. Free drinks except beer, coffee and cappuccino, to put it mildly, not very. The food is varied and delicious. Mid-level service. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
