I was a model in Svetlana's course on sewing gray hair. I really liked the result!! The hair was dyed at home and I'm sure that not every master would have taken up the job.
In addition to professional work, I would like to note the human, correct and very friendly attitude of Svetlana and her team towards students and models. Everyone was given attention. I was very afraid to go, because I feel out of place with a lot of people, but then all my fears were in vain. Thanks to Svetlana, Victoria and Ivan!
I do not recommend it!!! If you want your hair to be burned off, then you should go outside to Svetlana!
She was recommended to me as a very highly qualified master colorist. Svetlana was outraged by the uneven coloring and said she would fix it.
After applying bleaching powder to all blonde hair, then peeled off the strands, then protonated.
She told me not to dye the roots myself, to dye the roots with her.
When I came to the root coloring for the second time, Svetlana applied the discoloring powder to the roots again!!! So that the color is even!!!
And after that, my hair just fell off!!!
Svetlana Vladimirovna doesn't think about the client or the quality of his hair at all.
As far as I understand, the coloring work is done for Instagram photos.
Therefore, after Svetlana Vladimirovna, there was a long period of hair restoration. The hair has gone bad. And the color from the "eminent" master was quickly washed out.
In addition, Svetlana does not know how to communicate with clients, such vanity and self-confidence.
It's a terrible place! I hope Svetlana Vladimirovna will see this message, as it is addressed to her. If you want to come to the Soviet hairdressing salon, you are welcome here! When I arrived and it was already time for my appointment, Svetlana was working with another client, put me on a chair to wait. The room was hot and smelled very strongly of paint. I sat for 5 minutes, no one was paying attention. I decided to go outside to get some fresh air. Naturally, I warned Svetlana about this so that they would call me when she was done. I stood outside for 25 minutes, and when Svetlana deigned to finish and pick me up, the first phrase from her was not "sorry for the delay", but "we are wasting time on your going outside".... Excuse me? What? I'm just freaking out! Is it a hairdressing conveyor or a modern salon with an awesome master? I didn't forgive you for sticking me in and finding a place faster, I made an appointment for a full-fledged appointment.
I work with clients in the Beauty industry and I know what a service is. We all get delayed with clients sometimes, but we need to apologize and at least offer tea or coffee. And not with the claim to be indignant at the client that he breathes fresh air (which, by the way, is not in the cabin. Apparently air conditioning costs too much nowadays).
A very sad experience with this place and the master. Don't waste your time on non-professionals and dirty salons, but rather go straight to decent places.
