Excellent, modern, business business center, conveniently has its own Parking, everything you need, cafe, dining room, fitness room!

Windows don't open in offices! This is the first time I have encountered such savings from a developer. The ventilation system is only visual. There is no air supply. 8 hours with air conditioning just to breathe.

The BC itself is normal, still fresh. But some toilets don't have toilet seats. Toilet 1 on the floor is also so-so. Of the advantages, there is a gym and a cafe right in the building.
