We arrived at night after the blizzard. Tired, we went to bed in the hope that we would have breakfast and wash in the morning. As a result, my husband could not even wash off the soap. Can you imagine going to Borovoye after a working day to relax and there is no water, no light, no food!
- I went down to the reception in the hope that it would be turned on, we were told that it was turned off all over Borovoye, but they also lied here because I called other hotels and everything was fine there.
I would understand if they had knocked out a lot in Shchuchensk or if they had made a discount for it. But alas, what a lack of respect, constantly referring. That we have recently opened.
The bed in the room is just 2 beds pushed together.
For several days, they fumbled with the refund of the funds, blocked them in what's up and on Instagram. I had to call the police.As soon as someone called there, they apparently reported to them, they answered as nice and made a refund.

New hotel, delicious cuisine, nice heated pool. The barbecue area is comfortable (coals and skewers are provided), its own Parking. Rooms with Euro renovation, all accessories, hot water runs immediately. We were satisfied.
