Airport guest house is right in front of the entrance to the airport terminal, that was the name of the guest house that I was lucky enough to book in the winter of 2019. They have a floor on the 3rd or 4th floor, one apartment is split into 4 rooms. They had an ambiguity with the name of the room. The pictures did not match what was provided to me. I needed a table, so I even had to settle for a room of the lowest category. A very unpleasant host, apparently from idleness with some friend, fell in, began to put pressure on me. I explain to him that the pictures don't match, he hints that he doesn't like it - the door is open. The next day, he writes me a letter through the booking saying if everything is okay, I told him that the air conditioner does not heat well. When he came, he tried to pretend that everything was fine, I did not agree, because it was obvious that the conder was not pulling because he was old. Then I either wrote to the booking office that the air conditioning was weak, or I answered the booking questionnaire that I did not like the check-in. The next day, this owner already comes and starts banging on the door like let's move out. I do not open the door, the person was clearly inadequate, I say that all issues are resolved through the booking service, I advise everyone to do so. I had to leave the next day anyway. And the booking even issued compensation to me on its own initiative. In between, I wrote to the local authorities that I would no longer be in your town from such a service, no one even sent a reply letter. This is how in Italy they do not work off the rather large VAT you paid when paying for goods and services. Then I remembered that the bus fare to the ferry cost 2 euros, for some reason 2 conductors worked and they did not forget to take 2 euros for the bag from above. I do not recommend the town of Reggio: degradation, hopelessness and lack of culture reign here.
