One of the advantages. If we consider this hotel in the context of price-quality ratio, then at the time of my stay it was a super option. Within walking distance from the railway station. But I also walked to the center and only took a taxi twice. A large comfortable bed, although the mattress is certainly too soft for me...There is a railway nearby, but it did not bother me at all. The breakfast is modest, but considering the price of the hotel it will do, I ate too much. The cook prepares scrambled eggs from two eggs, three small slices of cucumber and tomatoes, bread, butter, chocolate paste, bread, jam, lentil soup, you could also take porridge. There was nothing meat - that's a minus. But I liked that there were seasonal fruits, which for some reason is usually rare in inexpensive hotels in Uzbekistan. The other day there was cheese soup with chicken - very good.
Now, why 4 stars, and not 5. For the three nights that I lived there, my room was never cleaned, they never even came to update the water, tea, coffee, gels, etc. But okay, let's say I didn't mess around. But on the very first day, I found that the water in the shower did not go away. I pulled out the grate in the drain, and saw that it had not been washed for probably several months. There was dirt and hair all over it. I washed the grate and drain myself and the water went away perfectly. How did the staff wash the shower before? After all, it is obvious that the water goes away very slowly. Or was the shower simply not washed? The toilet door wouldn't close either, because the threshold was slightly damaged. But I was alone - it was not relevant to me.
I was unpleasantly surprised that the employee did not give me registration at the first request, under the pretext that they give it out AT CHECK-OUT. This is my fifth time in Uzbekistan and the first time I have come across such a rule. Let's say the girl really followed the instructions, but after all, registration is necessary for visitors UPON ARRIVAL. Especially if you need to use banking services, etc. I did not convince the girl of this, but thank God the registration was not useful to me this time.
Well, the breakfast, which could certainly be more diverse, but I do not lower the estimate for it, I understand that the owners are trying to reduce costs to maintain such a price, so no complaints. In general, despite the above disadvantages, I will clarify once again - this is a good hotel.

Nice hotel, close to the railway and airport. We arrived from Samarkand and reached it in 12 minutes. Everything in the room is in sufficient quantity. There are no trains at night. They accept cards, but Russian ones do not pass. There seems to be a lot of food at breakfast due to the entourage, in fact there is almost no choice, the food is prepared separately with the arrival of guests. The food is Turkish, delicious. I have not seen such meager breakfasts yet, instead of food there are cans of canned fruits for a fee, i.e. it is like a storefront. There are no pastries, cottage cheese, porridges, eggs, cheese, sausages at breakfast. Watermelon and lentil soup were made from fruits. There are no complaints about the number.

It's good to stop. Close to the airport and the railway. A new hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Comfortable and clean, new bed. Bathroom: nice to enter, bright, odorless. The only disadvantage is that the breakfast is not a buffet, without a choice: what the cook brought out. But, normally, you can eat. I see no reason to lower the rating for this, it is clear that the owners and staff of the hotel are trying.

It seems that the address is incorrect, all taxis are left at another house)) the hotel is very pleasant, with excellent repair and fast WiFi, hot water is good pressure. The friendly staff helped with the bags. There is a table, all hygiene items, and the mattress is not hard. Near the train station, but you can't hear the trains.

A small hotel. I got a room with two beds on the ground floor. The room was quiet, high-quality bed linen - I managed to get a good night's sleep. The hotel and rooms are modernly renovated. The room has a wardrobe, kettle, WiFi, tea, coffee, sugar, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, a set of towels.
Breakfast was on the minus ground floor, there was milk porridge, yoghurts, casseroles, cold cuts, sweets for tea, some fruits. There is no coffee beans.

I liked the hotel. Clean, cozy. The staff is friendly. There is a kettle, coffee, tea, slippers, toiletries. I would like to replace the packs of coffee with milk. It's unclear what it tastes like. It is better to add yoghurts or porridges to breakfast instead of fatty soup.
