The hotel is on the level. Justifies its 3 stars. Clean and cozy. They clean daily and normally. There is a restaurant on the ground floor and on the roof! The view from the roof is of course cool! The city (the part that is visible) as in the palm of your hand.
For a Russian speaker, the absolute lack of understanding by the local population will be a surprise! You have to practice in English...
